解放战争时期国统区的农民问题

农民问题在解放战争时期的国统区是一个普遍性的社会问题,它对国民党的命运产生了决定性的影响.产生这一问题的主要原因是由于国民党对农民问题的错误认识,以及在此基础上所制定的各项坑农害农的反动政策.我们必须吸取历史的教训,重视并处理好农民问题,这是事关全局的大问题.     

企业变革与企业文化管理

笔者针对企业变革中存在的成功率不高,员工抵制等问题的原因进行分析,通过对企业变革类型的研究,认为企业变革中存在文化变革与行为变革这两个相互影响的方面,企业文化变革存在于企业变革的始终,并对企业变革成败起到关键作用.在此基础上分析了企业文化建设在企业变革各阶段的特点和实施要点,力图通过企业文化建设促进企业变革的顺利进行.     

1957年关于人口问题的大讨论

1957年,在国家高层认识到需要控制人口和实行计划生育并发表了一系列关于人口问题的讲话后,理论界就中国人口问题进行了广泛而深入的讨论,并在重要理论问题上基本达成一致。这场讨论,奠定了当代中国计划生育人口政策的基调,使计划生育人口政策的酝酿和实施有了坚实的群众性基础;积淀了关于人口问题的丰厚理论底蕴,为现行计划生育人口政策的酝酿和实施以及新世纪以后人口理论的复苏奠定了基础。     

从绿蓝问题看波普尔对归纳问题的解决

归纳问题是近代以来最基本的哲学问题之一。波普尔首先把归纳问题转化为假说的选择与接受问题,然后在其证伪主义范式下对其作了正面解答。波普尔的解决方案在经验层面上诉诸可证伪度标准,或者说潜在证伪者类标准,但该标准没能解决绿蓝问题。在方法论层面上,波普尔用被他拒斥的“狭隘合理性”规则来攻击归纳,从而陷入了不协调的窘境。

大学生是我党执政兴国、全面建设小康社会的后备生力军之源,端正大学生的入党动机无疑是高校党建工作质量控制的首要解决问题。面时大学生入党动机中现实主义、非常态自我肯定乃至无共产主义信仰等错误倾向,必须坚持正确的入党动机在党建工作中的基石地位,通过加强政治理论学习和实践锻炼,以不断地扬弃整合方式,引导大学生树立正确的入党动机,提高我党的执政能力。     

A power study of k-linear-r-ahead recursive residuals test for change-point in finite sequences

A change-point problem in finite sequences is considered along with, so-called, k-linear-r-ahead recursive residuals and a test procedure proposed by ?o?a¸d? et al. [?o?a¸d?, J.A., Szkutnik, Z., Majerczak, J. and Duda, K. 1998, Detection of change point in oxygen uptake during an incremental exercise test using recursive residuals: relationship to the plasma lactate accumulation and blood acid base balance. European Journal of Applied Physiology, 78, 369–377.]. Theoretical significance levels of that (conservative) test are compared with its simulated sizes. Numerical approximations to the powers against various alternatives are given. Properties of the k-linear-r-ahead recursive residuals are described and the consistency of the test is proved, when the noise level goes to zero.     

An extension of play against the random past strategy. Choosing the right experts on IBM forecasts

In sequential plays with two players, the players have the opportunity to use information on opponents’ past moves in selecting a move for the current stage. Strategies for Player II are considered in our study, in particular, play against the random past (PRP) strategy. In this paper, PRP strategy will be reviewed and discussed. Hannan consistency of PRP strategy in term of regret (difference in average loss and an envelope loss) on k-extended Bayes envelope risk problem in matching binary bits game will be shown. The simulation of two-experts selection problem on real experts’ forecasting data of IBM share earnings confirms the consistency of PRP strategy.     

Principal-component-based generalized-least-squares approach for panel data

Panel data can contain the following four effects: individual effects, age effects, period effects, and cohort effects. The individual effects can arise from observed households or firms and are usually modelled as fixed effects or random effects in panel data analysis. The cohort effects can arise from birth years of the individuals. In order to overcome the identification problem in a linear relationship such as age?=?period???cohort, the principal-component-based generalized-least-squares approach is proposed. Simulation results suggest the efficacy of the proposed approach. Empirical results pertaining to Japanese firms suggest that cohort effects are larger than individual effects in half the data sets and that firm life cycles are not caused by age effects but by cohort effects.     

Nonparametric Instrumental Regression

The focus of this paper is the nonparametric estimation of an instrumental regression function ϕ defined by conditional moment restrictions that stem from a structural econometric model E[Y−ϕ(Z)|W]=0, and involve endogenous variables Y and Z and instruments W. The function ϕ is the solution of an ill‐posed inverse problem and we propose an estimation procedure based on Tikhonov regularization. The paper analyzes identification and overidentification of this model, and presents asymptotic properties of the estimated nonparametric instrumental regression function.
