高校教师参与健身运动的调查研究

高校教师作为我国知识分子的主要群体,他们的身体健康直接关系到我国高等教育事业的兴旺发达。为此,通过采用文献资料分析、面访座谈和问卷调查等相结合的形式,对部分高校教师参与健身运动的情况进行了调查研究,并进行了总结和分析,找出了现实生活中影响高校教师参与健身运动的主要因素,并提出相应的建设性意见。     

African American Children's Adjustment: The Roles of Maternal and Teacher Depressive Symptoms

This study examined the unique and interactive roles of mother and teacher depressive symptoms in child adjustment in 277 African American single mother‐headed families, as well as whether the associations differed depending on the age and gender of the child. Findings revealed a significant association between maternal depressive symptoms and child depressive symptoms in girls, but not boys. Moreover, the combination of higher levels of both mother and teacher depressive symptoms was associated with the highest level of child depressive symptoms and, for younger children, externalizing symptoms. The importance of considering the multiple social contexts in which children interact is discussed.     

Using Active Learning Projects to Teach Research Skills Throughout the Sociology Curriculum

A core element of the sociology curriculum is the methods course, intended to teach students the value of systematic observation and analysis of the social world. However, this one-shot approach to teaching methodological skills is ineffective and not well liked by students or faculty. A more effective approach is the integration of active learning assignments and projects that teach and reinforce these skills throughout the curriculum, from the introductory course to the substantive content courses. This paper describes my experiences with this approach, outlining various activities and research projects used to teach methodological skills. Also highlighted are the outcomes reported by students and the benefits for teaching sociology courses. A discussion of the possibilities for disseminating and using the research beyond the classroom and the strengths and weaknesses of integrating research across the curriculum, as well as several teaching tips are also included.     

三峡生态金融系统研究

本文提出了三峡生态金融系统的基本概念。三峡生态金融系统的基本模式是区域生态、经济、金融、科技等系统所构成的复合系统在结构、功能、行为上既遵循生态规律 ,又遵循经济规律的金融发展模式。三峡生态金融系统的主要任务是服从和服务于三峡生态经济区建设 ,通过金融政策导向 ,运用多种金融工具 ,引导和推进三峡库区沿着可持续发展方向 ,实现从工业化欠发达区域向生态化区域的跨越式发展。通过构建区域性金融中心等途径和方法 ,实现三峡库区生态经济区的发展目标。为此提出了增强金融比较优势、提高信贷资产质量、应对WTO挑战、构建生态金融安全区、综合开发利用政策资源、建立经济金融协调机制和重视民间投资等政策建议     

浅谈新形势下的高校科研管理

目前,高校科研管理工作中存在着一些问题,有待于进一步的完善和改进。结合国外的科研管理经验,我们得到了一些启示,提出提高高校科研管理水平的对策,将项目、基地、人才结合起来,将教学、科研、产业结合起来,注重管理创新,充分发挥高校自身的人才优势、知识创新优势、技术成果优势,并将其转化为现实生产力,从而发挥高校在知识经济发展中的巨大作用。     

谈传统文化对企业管理模式的影响

在企业管理中 ,各国的企业管理模式不尽相同。本文认为 ,不同的文化传统塑造了各具特色的企业管理模式 ,文章选取了美国、日本和中国这三个典型个案 ,具体分析了文化传统对企业管理模式的影响     

论《聊斋志异》中的“士人从商”

蒲松龄在《聊斋》中积极鼓励士人“弃儒从商” ,但他仍持“右儒左商”的态度 ,“从商”的目的仅仅是士人为了摆脱自身的穷困 ,尔后重新实现“儒业”的理想。蒲松龄主张儒商在经商活动中不失“儒家品德” ,这无疑寄托着作者的理想。《聊斋》中对“儒商”的致富过程叙述过于简略 ,看不到“儒家品德”在其中所起的作用 ,这是作者毕生投身举业而缺乏商业活动经历的缘故     

科技编辑对文稿学术水平的把关与科学性差错的防范

根据科技期刊工作的特殊性,科技编辑应从文稿的编辑初审、专家评审、退修及编辑加工等环节,进行层层把关,以高度的责任感,时刻注意防范和纠正文稿的科学性差错,保证刊载的文章学术水平高,有创新,前瞻性强,其科学性准确无误。     

关于"体育社会问题"的辨析

体育社会学作为一门新兴的学科，已日趋成熟．其主要内容之一，是研究和解决体育社会问题，然而什么是体育社会问题，目前理论界尚无定论．该通过分析，指出了体育社会问题的两重属性：通性——危害社会秩序；特性——影响体育发展．同时尝试给出体育社会问题的定义，以供参考讨论．     

普通高校科研的几点看法

分析了目前普通高校科研工作科技成果转化资金投入不足 ,缺乏健全科技成果转化体制、科技成果成熟性差等问题 ,提出以政府主导 ,加大投入、加强校企联合、建立风险基金、建立科技产业园区等几个重要解决渠道 ,及利用普通高校科研成果转化的扩散效应拉动相关产业发展 ,提高产业发展水平从而对地方与国民经济发展起到积极的促进作用
