我国企业家职业化过程中的问题及对策

企业家职业化既是企业对经营管理者的一种客观需求,也是市场经济发展的必然趋势。其特点在于企业家作为一种职业的专业性、目标的明确性、行为的市场性、配置的双向性。我国企业家成长的一个重要阻碍因素在于其职业化进程缓慢,原因在于受计划经济体制和传统观念的影响、企业家配置仍由行政决定、企业家主体素质参差不齐、缺乏企业家职业化的市场条件等。因此,必须深化体制改革,从培训、选任、评介、激励和约束等方面,构建企业家职业化的市场机制。     

校长职业化与大教育观

校长职业化是我国当代大教育发展趋势催生的结果。职业化校长必须确立科学的大教育观,努力培养自己与新的时代要求相适应的素质和能力;校长培训要把培养各级各类校长的大教育观念以及相关方面的能力作为教育培训的重要内容和目标。     

Do public services influence patterns of informal care? Informal networks and public home care in three Swedish municipalities

Whether an individual receives home care services depends on two factors: the functional disability of the care recipient and the caregiver's gender, when the living arrangements of the care recipient are controlled. Data from this longitudinal study of social networks and home care organization in 3 municipalities in Sweden show that care recipients with a severe disability received more home care services than others. In cases where the main caregiver lives together with the care recipient, the public services are adjusted to the family situation and are independent of the functional disability of the care recipient. Care recipients who live with the primary caregiver receive less formal help than do care recipients who live alone. When the primary caregiver does not live together with the care recipient, the public services are adjusted to the functional disability of the care recipient and are independent of the primary caregiver's gender. Care recipients supported by a male helper received more formal help than care recipients supported by a female helper. Those supported by a female helper received more informal help. Various models of relationships, supplementation and complementation between informal care and public services are discussed. The dependence on public home services is high. Assistance with basic activities of daily living is the first area requiring complementary contributions from the public services. A special type of kin independene was found, related to the function of public services in a modern and gender-equal society. The results provoke a discussion on research design as well as comments on welfare policy and gender equality in the transformation of the welfare state.

Practical knowledge and occupational control: The professionalization of architecture in the United States

An analysis of the formation of a discipline of architectural design in the United States in the first part of the 19th century emphasizes the relationship between the substantive content of professional expertise and the social structure of professional practice. As a newly constructed practice of design was threatened by broad changes affecting the structure of occupational control, explicit professionalizing projects emerged from the ideological organization of professional work itself. This paper identifies limitations of the market monopoly model and outlines an alternative view that focuses on the way the rhetorical dimensions of professional work organize the efforts of actors within a self-reproducing structure of occupational control. Analysis of the production of practical knowledge opens up new directions for research, incorporating the cultural dimensions of work into a macrostructural account of a profession and the processes of professionalization.

Volunteers and Professionals in Norwegian Sport Organizations

The mass media, politicians, and social scientists assert that there are increasing problems in recruiting volunteers to voluntary organizations. This paper investigates the situation with respect to voluntary sport organizations in a Norwegian context. The situation for voluntary and paid work is described and discussed with respect to different kinds of sport organizations. The empirical results show that voluntary work still is the foundation of most sport organizations, but that there are large differences between various types of organizations, and that voluntary work functions in complex interaction with other important economic and structural features of these organizations.
