基于最小生成树的基因分类算法

随着基因芯片技术的快速发展以及其在基因表达分析等过程中的应用,产生了大量的基因表达谱数据,如何处理和分析这些数据并从中提取出有价值的生物学信息成为一个极为重要的课题,基因分类是进行基因数据处理的常用方法。本文首先利用主成分分析法(PCA)把基因的多个属性转化为少数几个综合属性,将基因表达谱数据映射成一个带权图,并将图论的最小生成树理论引入基因分类分析方法,然后设计了基于最小生成树的基因分类算法,理论分析和仿真结果表明了该算法的可行性和有效性。     

手写汉字识别粗分类方法的研究

提出了一种基于汉字结构关系的手写汉字识到粗分类的新方法。该方法以抽取手写汉字基本笔划为基础，利用汉字的结构特征进行粗分类。它不仅算法简单、分类速度快、分类能力强、分类稳定、可靠，而且在分类的同时又能把组成汉字的部件及其笔划随之而分离出来，为用句法结构方法识别手写汉字奠定了基础。这种方法成功地用于在ＰＣ／ＡＴ机上实现的成页手写体（楷书）汉字识别系统中，效果满意。     

银行信用风险评估中的非财务分析

由于传统的财务分析对银行信用分析存在着滞后性、灰色性及短期性等诸多弊端,为防范信用风险,银行应注重对贷款企业运用非财务因素分析。对度量非财务因素的指标体系进行分析,可为进入WTO后的国有商业银行防范银行信用风险提供一些有益的参考。     

Wages, employment and economic shocks: Evidence from Indonesia

After over a quarter century of sustained economic growth, Indonesia was struck by a large and unanticipated crisis at the end of the 20th Century. Real GDP declined by about 12% in 1998. Using 13 years of annual labor force data in conjunction with two waves of a household panel, the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS), this paper examines the impact of the crisis on labor market outcomes. Child care, women's employment, and child outcomes

This paper reviews the evidence on the impact of child care and maternal employment in the pre-school years on child outcomes. This topic has long been of interest to economists, developmental psychologists, and scholars from other disciplines, and has been the focus of increased attention in recent years, as research has provided additional evidence about the processes of development in the earliest days, weeks, and years of life.¹  In this paper, I review the evidence on two broad sets of questions: what we know about the potential benefits of early intervention child care programs, and what we know about the effects (whether positive or negative) of maternal employment and child care in the first years of life. The evidence reviewed in this paper suggests that we now know a good deal about both sets of questions. But, this review also suggests that there are important gaps in our knowledge that future work by economists could fruitfully address. Received: 9 December 1999/Accepted: 20 September 2000
