G.E.摩尔伦理学思想的两重性

G.E.摩尔作为现代西方元伦理学（分析伦理学）的开创者，其伦理思想具有两重性。在其理论体系中，既有成为主体和核心的分析伦理学，又有丰富的规范伦理学内容；而且还具有目的与手段的两重性。摩尔思想的这些方面对我们具有重要的借鉴意义。

Influence curve of the monotonic dependence function for binormal distributions

Explicit formulae are derived for the influence curve of the monotonic dependence function in the case of binormal distributions, and are compared with those for the correlation coefficient. The interpretation of the comparison is given.     

Simultaneous estimation of Cronbach’s alpha coefficients

The simultaneous estimation of Cronbachs alpha coefficients from q populations under the compound symmetry assumption is considered. In a multi-sample scenario, it is suspected that all the Cronbachs alpha coefficients are identical. Consequently, the inclusion of non-sample information (NSI) on the homogeneity of Cronbachs alpha coefficients in the estimation process may improve precision. We propose improved estimators based on the linear shrinkage, preliminary test, and the Steins type shrinkage strategies, to incorporate available NSI into the estimation. Their asymptotic properties are derived and discussed using the concepts of bias and risk. Extensive Monte-Carlo simulations were conducted to investigate the performance of the estimators.

Estimation and selection procedures in regression: An L1 approach

The authors consider the problem of estimating a regression function go involving several variables by the closest functional element of a prescribed class _G that is closest to it in the L₁ norm. They propose a new estimator ? based on independent observations and give explicit finite sample bounds for the L₁distance between ?g and go. They apply their estimation procedure to the problem of selecting the smoothing parameter in nonparametric regression.     

The Henderson Smoother in Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Space

The Henderson smoother has been traditionally applied for trend-cycle estimation in the context of nonparametric seasonal adjustment software officially adopted by statistical agencies. This study introduces a Henderson third-order kernel representation by means of the reproducing kernel Hilbert space (RKHS) methodology. Two density functions and corresponding orthonormal polynomials have been calculated. Both are shown to give excellent representations for short- and medium-length filters. Theoretical and empirical comparisons of the Henderson third-order kernel asymmetric filters are made with the classical ones. The former are shown to be superior in terms of signal passing, noise suppression, and revision size.     

Objective Bayesian analysis of spatial data with measurement error

The author shows how geostatistical data that contain measurement errors can be analyzed objectively by a Bayesian approach using Gaussian random fields. He proposes a reference prior and two versions of Jeffreys' prior for the model parameters. He studies the propriety and the existence of moments for the resulting posteriors. He also establishes the existence of the mean and variance of the predictive distributions based on these default priors. His reference prior derives from a representation of the integrated likelihood that is particularly convenient for computation and analysis. He further shows that these default priors are not very sensitive to some aspects of the design and model, and that they have good frequentist properties. Finally, he uses a data set of carbon/nitrogen ratios from an agricultural field to illustrate his approach.     

光热反射实验中微弱信号的测量

介绍了用激光光热反射方法测量表面下物体热物性的实验原理.分析了实验中噪声的主要来源,运用带通滤光片结合差分探测的方式降低激光器产生的噪声.锁相放大技术对被测信号进行窄带放大,锁相放大器结合示波器输出了被测信号的周期变化部分,实现了光热法测量中微弱信号的测量.
