Li_2O含量对掺Er~(3+)碲酸盐玻璃光谱性质的影响

用高温熔融法制备了掺Er3的(85-x)TeO2-(10+x)Li2O-4.5TiO2-0.5Er2O3(x=0,5,10,15)玻璃样品,测试和分析了玻璃的热稳定性、吸收光谱、荧光光谱等.根据McCumber理论,计算了受激发射截面.结果表明:LizO的引入,显著的提高了受激发射截面,而较宽的荧光半高宽基本不变.当Li2O的含量为25m0l%时,带宽特性FWHM与σepeak的乘积具有最大值.

Characterization of a class cf discrete distributions by properties of their moment distributions

The concept of a moment distribution is here applied to the class of factorial series distributions introduced by the author (197U). Moment distributions turn out to have a simple interpretation in this case and often take on a simple form. A few examples are given to illustrate this fact     

Takacs–Fiksel Method for Stationary Marked Gibbs Point Processes

Abstract. This article studies a method to estimate the parameters governing the distribution of a stationary marked Gibbs point process. This procedure, known as the Takacs–Fiksel method, is based on the estimation of the left and right hand sides of the Georgii–Nguyen–Zessin formula and leads to a family of estimators due to the possible choices of test functions. We propose several examples illustrating the interest and flexibility of this procedure. We also provide sufficient conditions based on the model and the test functions to derive asymptotic properties (consistency and asymptotic normality) of the resulting estimator. The different assumptions are discussed for exponential family models and for a large class of test functions. A short simulation study is proposed to assess the correctness of the methodology and the asymptotic results.

计算机软件著作权交易课税性质判定及其法律意义

计算机软件跨境交易产生的收入一般被认为是特许权使用费收入,各国参考OECD税收协定范本的第12条签订税收协定,对软件特许权使用费征税.但是,国际贸易实践中对此费用性质的认定存在诸多争议.根据支付费用的不同目的,软件交易费用有时也符合营业收入的构成要件,适用OECD税收协定范本的第7条.因特许权使用费和营业收入的计税基础不同,如果不能解决费用性质认定的问题,就有可能引发滥用税收协定的避税问题.因此,以立法目的为出发点,考量国际贸易领域的利益关系,对软件著作权费用征税性质作出更加明确的合理界定,能够在保护本国税权与促进软件产业发展之间实现最佳平衡.     

含氮硼酸酯对蓖麻油润滑性能的影响

为改善植物油的润滑性能,探索含氮硼酸酯作为添加剂应用于植物油的可行性,以蓖麻油为基础油,某含氮硼酸 酯为添加剂,配制4种不同质量分数的混合蓖麻油,分别在红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、四球摩擦磨损试验机、扫描电子显 微镜( SEM)上考察其理化性能和润滑性能,探讨含氮硼酸酯对蓖麻油的作用机理。结果表明：该含氮硼酸酯与蓖麻油具 有良好的相溶性和水解稳定性的油基润滑添加剂,并且可以明显改善蓖麻油的抗磨减摩性能。     

Inside the Museum: Nothing is going to change? Adaptation of the Jewish Pre-Burial House in Gliwice

This article discusses the architectural conversion of the historical Gliwice Pre-Burial House into the Museum of Upper Silesian Jews. It describes the former function of the building in the context of the specific history of Upper Silesian Jews, the Haskalah movement, and funeral rites in Judaism. The main part of the paper is devoted to the presentation of the architectural design and the functional division of the planned museum as proposed by the architectural collective that the author is part of. Special attention is given to a discussion of the conceptual framework of the design which tries to reveal the continuity of unformatted architectural memory. The features of proposed design, such as the central installation of The Cloud, merge commemorative aspects with new functions related to hosting public events and historical display. In this way, the design negotiates between remembrance of the Jewish community and the needs of the new inhabitants and users of the space. Thus, the paper contributes to the larger discussion about the adaptation of former Jewish facilities for new public functions.     

如何实现文学理论本土化

文学和文化本土化是对应于文化全球化而提出的。全球化指向各民族国家文化的趋同,本土化指向趋异。一百多年来亚非拉不断涌起的本土化运动,就是后发国家对殖民国家文化威胁、文化渗透、文化倾销和文化压力的反应。既要开放、借鉴,又不照搬、依附外来文化;既要独立自强,又不闭关自守,不拒绝交流和学习——这是后发国家需要处理的难题。文学理论的本土性,和它对本土语言特性的认识密切相关。深入认识汉语的特性,认识汉语在文学美构成上的作用,认识汉语语言发展变化对文学的影响,有助于文学理论的本土化。当代中国是一个发展中、转型中的大国,我们的文学理论对社会变迁中的突出现象,例如城市化过程中农民工的变化,对反映这类社会变迁的文学创作,可以做出概括,从中提炼出新的概念和命题。     

局部激光表面处理对7075铝合金疲劳性能影响的研究

7075铝合金以其独特的性能广泛应用于载运工具各个行业中,但是,铝合金在焊接后会出现疲劳强度降低的现象,这对载运工具的安全性产能生了消极影响。针对这一现象,采用局部激光表面处理法来改善7075铝合金的疲劳性能。对未处理试样和局部激光表面处理后试样的疲劳裂纹扩展速率的研究表明,局部激光表面处理能有效降低疲劳裂纹扩展速率,提高疲劳寿命。ANSYS有限元残余应力分析及硬度试验表明,局部激光表面处理后试样上形成的残余应力场和局部软化现象是疲劳裂纹扩展速率降低的主要因素。
