LAN property for an ergodic Ornstein–Uhlenbeck process with Poisson jumps

In this article, we consider an ergodic Ornstein–Uhlenbeck process with jumps driven by a Brownian motion and a compensated Poisson process, whose drift and diffusion coefficients as well as its jump intensity depend on unknown parameters. Considering the process discretely observed at high frequency, we derive the local asymptotic normality property. To obtain this result, Malliavin calculus and Girsanov’s theorem are applied to write the log-likelihood ratio in terms of sums of conditional expectations, for which a central limit theorem for triangular arrays can be applied.     

危险驾驶罪的立法浅析

《刑法修正案(八)》将醉驾、飙车行为入罪，对严厉醉驾行为确实起到了震慑作用，收到了积极的社会效果。但是，对于刑法的提前介入以及该罪的内涵与外延该如何理解；社会舆论对于醉驾行为的性质还存在行为犯或者危险犯的争论：这些问题对于该罪在司法实践中的适用极其重要，值得我们深入思考。     

河道冰体的可爆性研究

冰是一种特殊的固体介质,具有非均匀性、各向异性、应变速率及温度敏感性等特点。本文以黄河爆炸破冰为背景,针对-10℃冰体结构与物理力学性能进行检测,以及冰体在不同加载条件下,所表现的响应特征与破坏特征进行了试验研究。通过分析冰晶体结构与冰内气泡特征,冰体在静载条件下的塑性破坏特征,以及对冰体对爆炸冲击载荷的响应特征,获得冰体的可爆性能与破碎单位体积冰体所需炸药能量计算公式。研究成果可为黄河冰体爆破作业提供理论依据。     

Semi-polynomial copulas

In this paper, we characterise a family of bivariate copulas whose sections between the main diagonal and the border of the unit square are polynomial, generalising several families of copulas, including those with quadratic and cubic sections. We also study a measure of association and the tail dependence for this class, illustrating our results with several examples.     

Point Estimates of Test Sensitivity and Specificity from Sample Means and Variances

In a wide variety of biomedical and clinical research studies, sample statistics from diagnostic marker measurements are presented as a means of distinguishing between two populations, such as with and without disease. Intuitively, a larger difference between the mean values of a marker for the two populations, and a smaller spread of values within each population, should lead to more reliable classification rules based on this marker. We formalize this intuitive notion by deriving practical, new, closed-form expressions for the sensitivity and specificity of three different discriminant tests defined in terms of the sample means and standard deviations of diagnostic marker measurements. The three discriminant tests evaluated are based, respectively, on the Euclidean distance and the Mahalanobis distance between means, and a likelihood ratio analysis. Expressions for the effects of measurement error are also presented. Our final expressions assume that the diagnostic markers follow independent normal distributions for the two populations, although it will be clear that other known distributions may be similarly analyzed. We then discuss applications drawn from the medical literature, although the formalism is clearly not restricted to that application.     

白家海凸起—阜北斜坡八道湾组储层特征研究

利用岩石薄片、铸体薄片鉴定、X–衍射、扫描电镜和压汞等资料，对白家海凸起—阜北斜坡侏罗系八道湾组的储层特征进行了研究，分析了储层的成岩作用类型、成岩演化序列、成岩作用对孔隙结构的影响及孔隙演化史。研究结果表明：八道湾组储层以岩屑砂岩为主储集空间以粒内溶孔和粒间溶孔为主，孔隙度经历了多期的演化过程，由原始的高孔隙度演化为现今低孔隙度。     

Quantile regression and variable selection for the single-index model

In this paper, we propose a new full iteration estimation method for quantile regression (QR) of the single-index model (SIM). The asymptotic properties of the proposed estimator are derived. Furthermore, we propose a variable selection procedure for the QR of SIM by combining the estimation method with the adaptive LASSO penalized method to get sparse estimation of the index parameter. The oracle properties of the variable selection method are established. Simulations with various non-normal errors are conducted to demonstrate the finite sample performance of the estimation method and the variable selection procedure. Furthermore, we illustrate the proposed method by analyzing a real data set.

我国物权法中的不动产登记制度

不动产登记是各国物权立法中一项极为重要的内容，我国的物权法对于物权变动公示方法之一的不动产登记制度做出了明确规定，这些规定不仅保持了现行有关不动产登记制度的稳定性和连续性，而且根据现实需要创设了一些适应社会需求的制度，呈现出一定的创新性。从不动产登记的概念、性质出发，介绍了我国物权法关于此制度存在的一些不足，并提出相关的完善建议。     

论《镜花缘》中科幻小说之特色

清代长篇小说《镜花缘》的内容丰富多彩,其类属和特点也比较多样。鲁迅说它属博物小说,才艺小说;胡适称它为妇女问题小说,女权小说,等等。此外,小说还描写了一些精彩的科幻故事,包括科幻植物如人吃一颗饱一年的巨米,人吃了能蹿高的蹑空草,长效久饱干粮救荒豆末;包括科幻器物如人穿上能长时间潜水的皮衣皮裤,能连续高速开火的火绳枪—连珠枪,能载人载货飞行的飞车;包括科幻技术,如人能近地但不触地地行进,换心补肺的医术。文章从科学、文学、历史几方面对上述科幻故事进行了考察、解读、诠释、分析、评论,研究总结出：《镜花缘》也具科幻小说之属性和特点,是我国第一部也进行了科学幻想文学创作的长篇小说。
