职业女性参与休闲体育的取向特征及干预策略研究

发达国家民众的休闲体育活动方式主要有欣赏体育视频或现场观赛、自身参与多种休闲体育活动、进行各种休闲旅游体验等等;我国休闲体育活动方式比较多元化,重＂休闲＂而轻＂体育＂。我国职业女性参与休闲体育的频率取向周3次以上、持续时间取向每次30分钟以上、强度取向达到出汗效果、项目取向强度适中、技术要求低均与现状相差甚远。通过转变职业女性休闲体育的观念、建立合理的职业女性休闲体育消费体系、强化女性休闲体育的场地设施建设等措施来改善我国职业女性休闲体育现状,希望对促进我国职业女性休闲体育运动的健康发展能够有所助益。     

论我国高校的管理特色及其法治化建构

我国高等学校经过60多年的发展,在管理体制上形成了自己的特色,这种管理特色在促进我国高等教育发展方面发挥了重要的作用。但由于我国政治、经济、历史和传统文化的影响,高校的这种特色管理还存在诸多问题,制约着我国高等教育跨越式发展。必须在有中国特色的社会主义理论体系的指导下,着力提升高校党委的法治能力,积极推进高校章程建设,努力培育现代大学法治文化,以建构具有中国特色的高校法治制度。     

从规范视角看儿童文学翻译——以《哈利·波特与魔法石》苏农译本为例

英国女作家J·K·罗琳的《哈利·波特》系列小说在欧美家喻户晓,尤以第一部《哈利·波特与魔法石》最为成功,其译作在中国也广受好评,这与其译者是紧密相关的。以彻斯特曼的翻译规范理论为基础,通过对《哈利·波特与魔法石》的译者在其翻译过程中所采用的典型的策略进行分析,找寻其所遵循的翻译规范来探讨儿童文学的翻译。     

The Emergence of a Specific Kind of Individualization Habitus Among Divorced Women

Previous research has consistently found that divorce is associated with psychological distress. This study expands existing research by considering age, education, employment, income, length of divorce, number of children, and economic hardship as predictors of postdivorce psychological distress among divorced women in Iran. This study examines 800 divorced women in Iran 30 to 48 years old who had been divorced for no more than 2 years. Results demonstrated that education, number of children, and economic hardship together predict 63.6% of the variance in psychological distress among divorced women. Economic hardship was found to be the strongest contributor. Recommendations for researchers and implications for clinicians are discussed.     

“She was more than a friend”: Clinical intervention strategies for effectively addressing disenfranchised grief issues for same-sex couples

This article focuses on grief experienced by same-sex couples with attention to the distinct factors that influence same-sex grieving partners within all social work system levels. An actual case narrative—the first author's lived experience—guides the reader through a powerful, personal journey to gain a greater perspective and connection on the impact of grief and loss. The concept of disenfranchised grief is applied to same-sex couples focusing on the grieving process. The authors delineate effective strategies for practitioner intervention for those working with individuals experiencing grief due to the loss of their same-sex partner. Particular emphasis is placed on cultural competence and cultural humility for enhanced effectiveness while working with same-sex-partner grief issues.     

The Social Ecology of Homelessness: Exploring the Dynamics of Engagement among Homeless Street Adults

The study examines interaction patterns of homeless populations. The study explores how this population interacts within a given environment. The current study utilizes a person/environment engagement model to analyze behavioral interaction and perceptions in relation to the environment. The author establishes the notion that engagement is dependent on perception of the environment and actual environmental condition. This dual orientation presents a conundrum between internal feelings and external influence. On the one hand, behavior is a consequence of external environment. On the other hand, environment is the consequence of the individual's behavior. Given harsh conditions, the results revealed that either way of understanding is problematic. The author uses modern ecological perspective to develop conditions and interaction patterns.

新时期红色题材影视作品一改以往较为平白直露的叙事风格,尝试运用全新的叙事策略,成功塑造出一批令观众印象深刻的人物形象。从传播学、叙事学的双重视角探讨新时期红色题材影视作品叙事中的人物塑造策略,归纳其善于综合运用正反面人物均衡叙事的人物塑造法、真实饱满的人物塑造法、情节推动下的人物塑造法以及特定环境碰撞下的人物塑造法等叙事策略,来凸显和塑造出生动立体、真实饱满的人物形象。     

Managing Network Economies: The Competitive Advantage of Commons as Ecosystems of Innovation

Among the serious concerns raised by the socioeconomic development of the twenty-first century is the question of how regional development, especially in economically weak areas, can be supported in such a way as to bring about flexibility and innovation, matters causally associated with the long-term viability and evolution of living systems. This contribution employs research results derived from the management of common-pool resources (commons) to reconstruct the ways and means by which knowledge in robust and enduring organizations of commons may support the regional development of ecosystems of innovation, that is, systems of distributed knowledge featuring polycentric administration and decision mechanisms that mutually facilitate flexible and innovative solutions. All these matters are addressed by the application of the language-information-reality (LIR) framework and its extensions. The use of this framework of analysis helps to broaden awareness and understand where common sense is a synergistic consideration, and where an enhancement of our background knowledge is necessary.     

高职英语听说课程的改进策略探析

提高高职学生的英语听说能力是大学英语教学的一项重要任务。目前,高职学生英语基础薄弱,高职院校教师素质有待提高,教学方法还不能完全满足教学需求。文章结合当今高职英语听说课程现状,提出了相应的改进策略和可行措施,旨在提高学生的英语听说能力。

中部地区的城市化经历了一个曲折的发展过程,目前已进入加速发展阶段,但面临着城市等级结构不合理、城市经济规模较小、城市化滞后于工业化和非农化等现实问题。加快中部地区城市化进程的基本策略包括:走多元化的城市发展道路,建立功能互补、布局合理、等级规模有序的城镇体系;重视社会和谐与科学发展,实现城市化的可持续性;以市场化推动城市化,坚持城市化与工业化、全球化的有机统一;通过城市群战略拓展城市化的深度与广度;在行政区划调整、城建投融资体制和户籍制度改革方面着力完善城市化的制度和政策保障。
