代际支持对流动老年人生活满意度的影响：自我效能感和心理弹性的序列中介作用

以654名流动老年人为调查对象,通过问卷调查探讨不同的代际支持水平对流动老年人生活满意度的影响及自我效能感和心理弹性的序列中介作用。结果表明,代际支持、生活满意度、自我效能、心理弹性四因素之间两两显著相关。自我效能感与心理弹性在代际支持与生活满意度之间均有中介效应,中介效应值为0.198和0.078,且两者在代际支持与生活满意度之间具有序列中介效应,中介效应值为0.107。结果提示,代际支持通过自我效能感和心理弹性的链式中介效应,对流动老年人生活满意度产生直接的正向预测作用。     

新时代法治信仰建设:价值指向、心理机制与实践路径

法治信仰是现代法律信仰的核心,是对社会主义法治理念的充分信任和法律制度的自觉遵从。习近平法治思想作为我国法治建设的指导思想,为新时代中国特色社会主义法治信仰建设提供了价值指向,要以“五个坚持”为指导,营造有利于法治信仰生成的政治环境。从法治信仰的心理机制来看,人民群众在对法治价值有了初步认可后,便在价值体验的催化下形成法治价值观,继而在科学公正的立法、执法、司法、守法过程中坚定法治信念,实现法治信仰的升华。要引导全体人民拥护法治、做社会主义法治的忠实崇尚者和捍卫者,在立法、执法、司法以及法治宣传等实践中大力推进新时代法治信仰建设。     

高校体育社团社会责任对成员组织公民行为的影响——心理契约、组织认同的序列中介作用

为考察高校体育社团社会责任对社团成员组织公民行为的影响,以及心理契约和组织认同在它们之间的多重中介作用,采用问卷法对高校体育社团成员进行调查的结果发现:高校体育社团社会责任能够正向预测组织公民行为,心理契约与组织认同在社会责任与组织公民行为中间起中介作用。高校体育社团社会责任通过4条路径影响组织公民行为:直接作用,心理契约、组织认同的中介作用,心理契约和组织认同的序列中介作用。构建的多重中介模型在一定程度上解释了高校体育社团社会责任对社团成员组织公民行为的影响机制。研究结果表明,高校体育社团重视社会责任有助于提高社团成员心理契约和组织认同,进而提高社团成员组织公民行为。     

Therapeutic Assessment with Children in Family Therapy

Therapeutic Assessment with Children (TA‐C) is a brief semi‐structured intervention in which psychological assessment is used to help families with children and adolescents to change. In this paper we introduce the TA‐C model, describe its semi‐structured format and exemplify how it can be applied by family therapists.

美国统计学会"关于统计显著性与P值"的官方声明发布之后,再次引发国内外研究学者对P值的广泛关注。在介绍国内统计教材中假设检验的基本内容和步骤的基础上,以"硬币投掷"与"背影识人"为例直观性解释P值、统计显著性与统计功效等相关概念,并引用心理学统计经典调查案例分析P值被误读的原因。同时,基于美国统计学会的声明,给出正确使用P值的建议。

心理现实主义以客观的现实世界为基础,通过心理分析和心理描写来展示人物的内心世界,以表达社会秩序和人的行为的客观性、理性的思想。艾丽丝·门罗的作品,透过男性与女性在社会空间中的性别回归,男性和女性在生活中的行为理性回归,体现了心理现实主义的思想。

Spanish migrants to European Union countries: predictors of psychological adjustment / Españoles que emigran a países de la Unión Europea: predictores de su ajuste psicológico

In recent years, the migration of Spanish people to other countries in Europe has increased; however, there are hardly any studies on this phenomenon. The aim of this study is to identify the predictive sociodemographic and psychosocial factors of psychological adjustment (life satisfaction and absence of internalizing symptoms) of emigrants and to determine the indirect effects of these factors through perceived stress. This study also seeks to examine whether the psychological adjustment of Spanish emigrants was similar to Spanish non-emigrants. The sample was made up of a group of Spanish emigrants to Germany and England (n = 858) and an equivalent control group of Spanish non-emigrants (n = 328). The results show that fulfilment of expectations, emotional support and job quality are the best predictors of perceived stress and psychological adjustment. These factors are confirmed to have indirect effects on psychological adjustment through perceived stress. Finally, the mental health of emigrants and non-emigrants was similar, and the implications of these findings are discussed.     

基于可能自我概念的高职生心理健康教育

可能自我概念属于心理学范畴，本文通过分析当前环境下高职生的心理特点，结合可能自我横向和纵向两个方面的内容及其形成原因，介绍了在实际学生工作中如何利用这一概念做好思想教育工作，改善高职生自我认知，从根本上对这一群体给予心灵和行为上的关怀。     

Organizational identification as a mediator for the effects of psychological contract breaches on organizational citizenship behavior: Insights from the perspective of ethnic minority employees

This study examines the contribution of the psychological contract (PC) framework to the understanding of ethnic minority employees’ employment relationships. First, it tests the generalizability of PC types (transactional, relational, and balanced) observed in the general population to ethnic minority employees. Then, to further address the unique needs and motivators of minority employees, this study considers diversity-related PCs. It adopts social exchange theory to explain how transactional, relational, balanced, and diversity-related PC breaches predict organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Moreover, it draws insights from social identity theory and examines the mediating role of organizational identification in the relationship between types of PC breach and OCB. Data from 361 Turkish employees working as ethnic minorities in Belgium indicate that relational and diversity-related PC breaches predict OCB partially via organizational identification while transactional and balanced PC breaches directly affect OCB.
