论网络语言的后现代文化内涵

网络语言的许多特点暗合了后现代的价值观念和文化内涵。具体表现为:网络语言自由解构语言规范的特点体现了后现代“去中心”、“去权威”的文化精神;网络语言充斥大量数字语的特点,体现了后现代“数字化”、“计算机化”的知识特征;网络语言倾向于简单直观表达的特点,体现了后现代“平面化”、“表层化”的思维模式;网络语言盛行“大话”式言语的特点体现了后现代“游戏化”、“娱乐化”的文化风格。     

Intermarriages Between Western Women and Palestinian Men: Multidirectional Adaptation Processes

This article addresses cultural adaptation of Western‐Palestinian intermarried couples. Using in‐depth interviews, information was gathered from 16 participants, 7 Western women and 9 Palestinian men, living in Palestinian cities in the West Bank. Adaptation strategies are typified by the extent to which each spouse embraces the partner's culture. The data suggest that intermarriage engenders a multidirectional adaptation process. Patriarchy and East‐West power relations affect mainly the women, having to face marginalization on the basis of their gender and their foreignness. The men undergo a double process of cultural adaptation: to the Western culture and to their native culture after their return. Both the husbands’ extended family and the Israeli‐Palestinian conflict were found to affect both partners’ adaptation.     

Collapsing the Boundaries? Fatherhood,Organization and Home‐Working

In the modern western world, the discursive construction of fatherhood and everyday fathering practices has been underpinned by the spatial separation of work from home, of public from private. However, increasing numbers of employees are now working from home and a disproportionate number of these are men with young children. This article draws on new empirical research to examine the implications for fathers and for organizations as home‐working disrupts earlier spatial configurations of fatherhood and fathering practices. The article concludes that as the spatial boundaries between home and work collapse, new accommodations between fatherhood/fathering and organization are emerging. However, these are underpinned by a traditional gender division of labour in the household. More broadly, these findings confirm the inadequacy of static distinctions between public and private, showing that while such distinctions are still used to mark space and time, this is relational, contingent and unstable.     

短信文学的文化意义“怎么估计也不过分”吗——与马相武教授商榷

马相武教授的《短信文学的文化意义》夸大了短信文学的社会文化意义,离学理和事实甚远。假如我们看不到文学降低高度所潜藏的弊端,以为“文学能够降低自己的门槛”就任其降低门槛,甚至还鼓吹“文学需要降低自己的门槛”,那就很有可能得不偿失了。一方面,我们必须注意到潜藏于新技术背后的商业力量；另一方面,我们必须竭力避免走入“技术万能论”的心理误区。倘若把“文学本身”进入“一个新的发展时代”寄托在“新技术和新载体”上,那么,虽然不能说完全是梦想,但仍不免让人感到有些悲哀。     

蒂布特模型启迪下的可流动公共产品供给

中国目前正处于城乡公共产品统筹供给的关键时期,研究符合中国国情的公共产品供给理论具有重要意义。蒂布特模型是关于公共产品供给机制的理论研究,其政策含义是政府要采取促进居民流动的方式来提高公共产品的配置效率。由于该模型所作假设的现实性较弱,其结论和应用有一定局限性。根据流动程度,可以把公共产品划分为可流动公共产品和不可流动公共产品两类,可以通过可流动公共产品的流动来提高公共产品的配置效率。中国目前在城乡可流动公共产品优化配置方面有较大发展空间。     

转型期民间投资及其法律规制的制度逻辑--一个关于中国经济法现实运作基础的经验考察

本文立足于已持续二十多年的中国市场化取向的渐进改革,借助发生在甘肃省古浪县时间跨度超过15年的农村"机井"投资纠纷司法个案,对其中牵涉到的农业生产基本设施(机井),及其所引发的公有产权(特别是集体产权)与私人产权之间因"产权交易"而展开的"博弈"的具体分析,揭示了中国社会经济转型期民间投资的真实和普遍语境--即始终存在于同公有产权和国家权力相互碰撞和纠缠的夹缝中.在此基础上,通过反思现有法学研究及司法审判在方法和思路方面的缺憾,对转型期民间投资法律规制的制度逻辑进行了探讨,并结合其他领域的民闻投资实践,对转型期中国经济法存在和发挥作用的现实基础进行了思考.     

民问：从破碎到沉潜——赵树理小说的一种解读

赵树理的小说,表现了中国北方农村从20世纪30年代到60年代的历史变迁,战争、革命和社会主义运动是文本的基本框架。但在历史的波涛和底层中,又隐含着一个广大的、复杂的民间社会和一种民间文化形态。作家坚定地站在民间立场,逼真而深刻地描绘了民间世界从破碎到沉潜的悲剧命运,从中也折射出赵树理从“辉煌”到“末路”的人生轨迹。     

公共部门信用管理:理论与实践

在公共管理中,公共部门信用是一种重要的资源,需要合理地开发和利用,加强管理.该文尝试提出公共部门信用管理这一概念,并且对公共部门信用管理的主要特征和效果体现进行初步的探讨:公共部门信用管理相对于私人部门信用管理,具有本质的公共性、主体的广泛性和内容的多样性特点;公共部门信用管理的效果,透过公共政策信用、公共服务的契约信用和公共管理的规则信用体现出来;公共部门应该通过倡导公共部门信用意识和意愿、提高公共部门信用能力、加强公共部门行为过程约束和强化、对公共部门行为效果的信用责任追究等来实施信用管理.     

哲学视域中的和谐世界研究

和谐世界理念是中国共产党在新的历史条件下对国内外形势的正确判断,并向世界各国提供了一种新的发展思路。文章在对和谐世界的文化底蕴和基本内涵分析的基础上,从哲学层面对和谐世界加以探讨。     

Television and Violence in the Economy of Memory

The present paper aims to consider the cultural function of television as a technology for the creation of a public memory. The television system records past images, preserves them, and broadcasts various historical programs. A viewer owns the public memory jointly, through watching/consuming programs. However, the process of production and consumption of programs is linked with the exclusion of other historical memories from the public space. After all, the creation of public memories in depth is related to social power. Through the analysis in concrete terms of a series of programs of Project X and the second episode of the Nippon Hoso Kyokai (NHK; Japan Broadcasting Corporation) series, Special Edition: Judging War, the relationship between the organization of public memories and social power is explored. Project X depicts the challenges of engineers of middle standing who initiated new industrial and technological developments in the 1960s and 1970s. Special Edition: Judging War is based on coverage of the Women's International War Crimes Tribunal on Japan's Military Sexual Slavery. This program was subjected to revision on the eve of its broadcast. What forms of expression were eliminated? These two programs should help us define more clearly what the Japanese media selects for incorporation into the public memory.
