关于“非遗”保护三个基本问题的话语分析

话语研究不仅关心人们如何言说,而且更为重视分析决定言说方式的深层动因。“非遗”保护既是一个社会各阶层权力角逐的场域,又是一个可通过不断协商达成共识的平台。人们对于“非遗”保护的认识人言言殊的根本原因在于参与“非遗”保护的社会各阶层各自的利益诉求并不完全一致。“非遗”保护工作正是在争论中逐渐确立了自身的工作目标、指导原则、实施方案,体现了极强的话语建构性。“非遗”作为一种传统生活方式的隐形载体,活态传承性是其精髓与灵魂;“非遗”保护必须以人为本,只有让“非遗”与现实的人民群众的日常生活发生联系和耦合,“非遗”保护才可能取得实效。     

近代中国土地征收制度的移植与确立

中国古代兴建公共工程使用民地,经历了换地、换地并减免税、保障坟墓房屋等附着物以及逐渐限制使用民田的发展过程。晚清,由于铁路等交通事业的助推,出现“购地章程”,购地程序更为规范化。这种“官府购地”并非平等主体间的交易,只是皇权专制下的恤民。清末至民国,西方的土地征收制度传入,土地征收在立法形式上更趋同于西方。然而,“平均地权”思想融入后的土地政策,让土地征收制度失去了原有尊重土地所有权的本质,成为服务于国民政府土地改革的工具。从“官府购地”到“土地征收”,取得人民土地的形式更为完善,但实质未有变化。     

影响消费者购买决策的产品属性效用实证分析

本文采用UTASTAR方法,以手机产品为例,从多属性效用这个新视角来评估决策这一因素,研究了七种手机产品对消费者的总效用、各属性的边际效用及各影响因素的重要程度.目前,产品属性影响力大小的获知主要依靠市场调研或网络调研,该文所采用的UTASTAR方法是市场调研方法的补充和完善.论文首先阐述了UTASTAR方法在研究消费者购买决策方面的优势,然后对通过网络挖掘获取的手机属性数据进行定量计算,结果各款手机的总效用排序与实际调查得到的消费者的关注度基本一致.另外,本文计算得到的属性边际效用和属性的权重,能够使营销人员和产品设计人员更好地把握手机产品的重要属性及其重要程度,有利于指导企业制定具有竞争力的产品和市场战略.     

土地征用制度改革探析

土地问题是城镇发展建设和城市化过程中的热点问题,土地使用制度的改革关系到城市的发展和土地使用者的切身利益。通过对当前土地征用过程中存在的问题和原因的分析,进而提出了一种新的土地使用制度———土地征购制。     

刚体平动时的运动学特征和动力学特征

本文从实例出发,对刚体的平动运动进行了分析、讨论,由此得出的结论是：从运动学角度看,作平动运动的任一刚体都可简化为一个质点;但是在一般情况下,根据它的动力学特征,刚体不能简化为质点。     

肉身化的思与诗

本文认为,长期受封建主义和理性主义压抑贬损的人类肉身是一种非常高贵的存在。它通过自己独特的肉身化思维,把整个世界人化。于是,世界具有了人的形体结构,情感愿望,生命追求。这个人化的世界实际是人肉身的诗意创造物。而整个的诗意创造活动本身,一方面展示了人的自然活力,另一方面又表现了人对自然的诗意驾驭力。这是人的肉身生命的诗意再生产,也是人作为万物灵长的资格证明,更是人诗意生存的基本表现形态。     

Producing ‘internal suspect bodies’: divisive effects of UK counter‐terrorism measures on Muslim communities in Leeds and Bradford

Research on UK government counter‐terrorism measures has claimed that Muslims are treated as a ‘suspect community’. However, there is limited research exploring the divisive effects that membership of a ‘suspect community’ has on relations within Muslim communities. Drawing from interviews with British Muslims living in Leeds or Bradford, I address this gap by explicating how co‐option of Muslim community members to counter extremism fractures relations within Muslim communities. I reveal how community members internalize fears of state targeting which precipitates internal disciplinary measures. I contribute the category of ‘internal suspect body’ which is materialized through two intersecting conditions within preventative counter‐terrorism: the suspected extremist for Muslims to look out for and suspected informer who might report fellow Muslims. I argue that the suspect community operates through a network of relations by which terrors of counter‐terrorism are reproduced within Muslim communities with divisive effects.     

Discrimination,mental health,and body image among transgender and gender-non-binary individuals: Constructing a multiple mediational path model

The purpose of the current study was to examine the relationships among discrimination, mental health, and body image in a national sample of transgender adults. Participants (N = 78) identified as transgender, genderqueer, or other gender-non-binary identities and were recruited via a national online survey. Harassment/rejection, work/school, and other discrimination explained 10.4% of the variance in body appreciation, while satisfaction with life, anxiety, self-esteem, and depression explained 60.7%. Within these models, harassment/rejection was inversely associated with body appreciation, while self-esteem and satisfaction with life were positively associated. A series of path models moving from a measurement model to a more parsimonious and excellent-fitting model found that the effect of harassment/rejection on body appreciation was fully mediated by self-esteem and satisfaction with life, resulting in a multiple mediation.     

Affective machines or the inner self? Drawing the boundaries of the female body in the socialist romantic imagination

This article explores two conflicting aesthetics of the female body in post-Stalinist Soviet science fiction. One represented women of the communist future as explorers of the space frontier in assemblages with machines, testing the cultural border between the female and the technological. Another appealed to the mysterious female nature as the Other of human culture, pushing forward the understanding of socialist progress as a masculine project. This article argues that both aesthetics grew within the cultural phenomenon of socialist Romanticism, which emerged in the mid-1950s as a reaction to Stalin-era quasi-Enlightenment rationality and its dominant style of socialist realism.
