ADC和DAC技术在TD-SCDMA基站中应用分析

针对TD—SCDMA中的空口部分关键指标要求（输出信号的功率要求、输出信号的动态范围要求、多载波输出信号的峰均比要求、输入信号动态范围、接收机参考灵敏度要求、输入信号的抗阻塞要求）对设计实现中ADC、DAC需要的位数要求进行分析。     

车载宽带工形天线的方向图研究

根据几何绕射理论导出了车载宽带工形振子天线的方向图计算公式，并给出计算机运行结果和曲线，讨论了车体尺寸的大小及天线在车体上位置的变化对方向图的影响。     

Acting on the Body of the Audience

This paper studies the particularly restrictive context of patriarchal culture against the backdrop of the political dictatorship in Portugal in the middle of the twentieth century, in terms of its moral hegemony and the rigid boundaries that it imposed on gender roles. It is within this context that media reception was forced to find a space for interaction with everyday life. Based on biographic interviews with women born in the first decades of the Estado Novo dictatorship (1933–1974), some modes of receiving radio and television are discussed, along with the extent to which they constituted an adaptation of the then “new media” to deeply internalised censorship regimes of female and male behaviours and relationships between the genders. Further to the institutional censorship that strictly filtered content in the media in accordance with the regime’s official ideology, there was also, on the reception side, a system of stipulated, conditioned, and supervised practices that were marked by social and symbolic censorship producing what we call “gender-based censorship.” The analysis provides a new way of understanding the contexts inherited in the formation of our current identities, in terms of potential for women’s emancipation.     

公共空间新型盲道设计研讨

在公共空间规划中,盲道的合理布局与设计能充分体现对眼疾患者的关心与呵护。通过对比国内外盲道发展规律,指出了未来盲道发展趋势。同时,佐以无线射频技术（RFID）等作为技术支撑,进一步探讨如何在新型盲道设计中便于盲人获取信息与后期维护,并构建了设计模型与具体方案。     

我国无线电管理立法回顾与展望

我国无线电管理立法经历了三个阶段,总体上曲折发展,成绩斐然。改革开放后,无线电管理立法指导思想从“少设、严管”调整到为经济建设服务后,无线电管理立法稳步发展,并逐步形成了无线电管理法规体系,无线电管理立法呈现出三大特点。针对无线电管理立法中存在的不足,从四个方面提出了完善我国无线电管理立法工作的对策建议：①尽快完成《无线电管理条例》修订工作;②制定《无线电管制规定》实施细则;③出台关于扰乱无线电通讯管理秩序罪的司法解释;④加紧修订无线电管理部门规章及规范性文件。     

一种新的适用于高空雷达传播的混合模式

针对雷达高度较高的电波传播情况,分析了无线电物理光学(RPO)混合模式在这种条件下可能产生的多种计算错误.高空混合模式在高仰角区域引入只考虑直射射线的直射线平地球FEDR模式来弥补单一抛物方程模式的不足,避免了RPO模式的计算缺陷,但近距离的电波效应计算不够准确.其解决的方法是通过引入RO模式计算近距离处反射射线的干涉效应,建立一种新的适用于高空雷达传播的混合模式,并给出了计算结果.结果表明,改进的高空混合模式能够演示近距离处射线的干涉效应,可以更准确地描述雷达电波传播特性.     

Frame attunement and footing in the organisation of talk radio openings

Conversation analysts have argued that institutions do not define the kind of talk produced within them; rather participants' ways of designing their talk actually constructs the 'institutionality' of such settings. Previous research has focused mainly on sequential considerations. This article extends that research by drawing on Goffmanian ideas of frame attunement and footing. Focusing on opening sequences on a talk radio show, I trace the incremental process by which mutually ratified participation in an institutional encounter is accomplished as a temporally unfolding, conjoint activity. The first three seconds of each call see the participants embodying a series of footings as they come to establish their relevant institutional identities.

关于新闻宣传“三贴近”原则之我见

代表人民利益，反映人民的呼声，丰富人民的文化生活是广播电视宣传的根本任务。作为广播电视人，必须贴近实际，贴近生活，贴近群众，以增强新闻宣传工作的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力，体现时代性，把握规律性，使新闻宣传工作与时俱进、不断创新。     

广播电视新闻教育中的创新思维研究

当前的广播电视新闻教育的重心，过多地放在了学生的基本技能和技巧的教育上，而忽视了对受教育者创新思维的训练与培养。因此，我们应当从想象、情感、视觉、声音、美感、态势等方面对学生进行全方位的思维能力培养，以确保我们培养的学生未来能够创造性地开展工作。
