“五字诀”优化骨髓穿刺培训体系

骨髓穿刺术是临床常用的四大穿刺术之一,对相关疾病的诊断、治疗和预后有重要意义,但其对操作者理论、技能和心理素质的要求均较高。医学实习生刚刚接触临床,如按照以往的方式教学,熟练掌握骨穿技术需要较长时间。作者以独创的“骨穿五字诀一净准好直快”为核心,实施循证教学,突破了以往的教学瓶颈,在大规模培训中取得了良好的效果。     

从“短期局部”到“长远整体”：环境伦理学进展

中外生态哲学界关于人类中心范式进行了多范围、多方位、多维度的审视与研究,并由此形成对其环境伦理解读范式复杂的格局。对此给予系统梳理与全面考察,旨在阐释其合理之处并揭示其缺陷,全面深入认识并准确把握人类中心主义。     

失地农民就业培训支持系统

以西安城郊失地农民316人为调查样本,对失地农民就业培训现状进行了分析。分析认为,失地农民就业培训状况不容乐观;在此基础上,提出了失地农民就业培训支持系统构建的思路,并从就业培训准备支持、就业培训实施支持、就业培训服务支持3个方面构建了失地农民就业培训支持系统。     

道德典范的当代困境及其对策

道德典范是道德建设的重要手段,具有示范、激励及传承三大功能。然而在当代,道德典范却遭遇现实困境,其原因主要是：多元价值侵蚀道德典范产生的思想基础,塑造宣传过程中的不当做法减弱了道德典范的崇高性与感染力,权益保障机制的缺失则使道德典范作用无法持久。要解决这种困境则需要建立健全现代道德体系,完善道德典范的塑造宣传过程,并加强道德典范的权益保护制度建设。     

全球化时代地缘政治安全观念的转变

在传统地缘政治安全观念中,国家对权力的追求或者利用权力达到安全的目的一直是主流的地缘政治观,在这种地缘政治观念的指导之下,国家间的发展模式基本上是冲突性质的。然而,全球化的发展打破了国家领土与边界的限制,科学技术的迅猛发展成为重要的"中介变量",有助于克服传统地缘政治安全观的"力量损失梯度"的限制,有助于国家利益范围的拓展,有助于增强国家间的共同利益。因此,在全球化的背景下,通过国家利益的拓展、科学技术的进步以及经济全球化的作用,合作性地缘政治安全观具有了实现的可能。     

社区学院应致力于提高农民工的素质

农民工是城镇化、城市现代化进程中一支重要的建设力量,是全面实现小康社会须依赖的主力军,他们是促进我国永续发展的强大力量,但他们又是一弱势族群。在城市化、工业化中农民工已发挥、还将发挥重要作用,我国的发展与未来与多达2亿的农民工群体及素质的提高息息相关。基于劳动者发展和社会进步的诉求,重视、致力于提高农民工素质是社区教育重点和社区学院的重要工作。     

‘Doing it right?’– accessing the narratives of identity of newly qualified social workers through the lens of resilience: ‘I am,I have,I can’

Using narrative enquiry, this paper accesses the construct of identity through exploring resilience in newly qualified social workers based in statutory children's services. In seeking to avoid deficit‐based models of this role, this paper aims to present inductively the ‘voice’ of three social workers in a semi‐rural authority, storying the positive ways in which resilience has developed during their first year. Using the Grotberg resilience framework (1995) –‘I am, I have, I can’– as an analytical tool at the interface of personal, professional and organizational identities, we conclude that ‘I am’ and ‘I have’ are more important than the skills dimension of ‘I can’. Positive role models, trust, ‘managed’ optimism, flexibility of support in and beyond induction, and, crucially, self‐efficacy and space for reflexivity, are more prominent as sources of resilience and strong identity. The reflexivity, inspired by the process of narrative enquiry, is an important contributor to self‐efficacy. We propose that a positive view of growth and identity is preferable to deficit models in the context of the transition between the two ‘communities of practice’ and of the challenges of the workplace. Organizational approaches based on this view will be more likely to promote a sustainable workforce.     

Participation in social,leisure and informal learning activities among care leavers in England: positive outcomes for educational participation

Against a background of research and national statistics that consistently show that educational participation and achievement of young people in and leaving care is significantly lower than is the case for the non‐care population, previous research has shown the positive impact that social, leisure and informal learning activities can have on the educational participation and achievements of young people, and particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The UK: Care Matters Green Paper stated that involvement in leisure and social activities can have a positive impact on the self‐esteem of young people in and leaving care and upon their educational attainment and later success in the labour market. This paper reports on the English results of a cross‐national study of young people from a public care background and their pathways to education in Europe. Using case study examples it explores the impact that social, leisure and informal learning activities can have on educational participation and educational pathways of young people in and leaving care. The paper argues that, in view of these findings, encouraging and supporting young people in and leaving care into these types of activities should be a priority for social care professionals, carers and teachers.     

气候变化与国家利益博弈的哲学思考

当前,气候变化渐趋引起国际社会的重点关注,并成为国家利益博弈的政治、经济焦点之一。各国以追求利益最大化为目标,利益共享成为各国达成合作协议的基础和底线,也是国际立法操作性的砝码。若综合而前瞻性地看,气候问题的继续升级将打破国家间政治冲突之壁垒,世界各NA~-Jk-会更大程度地力促合作,趋向于“大同”治理。     

功能语篇分析对提高英语阅读能力的作用——从及物性视角分析US Leader Receives Nobel Peace Prize一文

英语阅读能力是英语学习者英语综合能力的重要组成部分之一,培养高水平的阅读能力对增强就业竞争力意义重大。应用Halliday语言学理论而形成的功能语篇分析理论是指导英语阅读的新路向。文章通过对所选新闻语篇进行及物性分析,以验证将经验功能理论运用于新闻语篇分析的可操作性,同时探讨了语篇中及物性过程对语篇建构的作用及对英语阅读教学的指导意义。
