大学教师职业发展的困境与路径

作为承担大学教学与科研职能的教师,要具有开展创造性学术活动的学术水平,具有把学术成果转化为教学内容并有效开展有效性教学活动的教学水平,其职业发展理应包括教学发展与学术发展两个方面.然而,中国大学教师的学术发展处于自由自发状态,教学发展虽然有制度保障,但实际效果不尽如人意,职业发展陷入困境.大学教师职业发展规划作为解除职业发展困境的有效路径,既可以使学校发展与教师发展目标协调一致,又可以使教师教学发展与学术发展融为一体,是实现学校与教师共同发展的客观需要,也是教师实现生命价值的最佳选择.     

浅谈职技高师教师基本技能课程改革

职技高师作为新型师资培养院校面临着教师基本技能课程设置不合理的问题。本文在教师基本技能类课程的设置、课程结构柔性化和教学方法与手段等几个方面,为教师基本技能课程改革提出了思路。     

大学英语教师在多媒体网络教学中的角色转换

在多媒体网络教学中,教师的角色发生了巨大的变化,从传统的主体地位转换到了客体地位,由知识的灌输者转变为学生主动建构意义的帮助者。本文从建构主义的角度探讨了在多媒体网络教学中大学英语教师的角色转换。

本文认为在新课标背景下,应当正确认识和评价我国现行中小学教师培训模式,并积极加以改进,以提高中小学教师培训的实效性。     

Racial witnessing and the formation of los conscientes – race critical preservice teachers

This article introduces the concept of racial witnessing – i.e. defining moments where an individual experiences a strong event in which they (or someone they care deeply about) were racialized, Othered, and/or treated differently (usually negatively) because of their racial group, racial affiliation, etc. It is these moments of racial witnessing that are pivotal in the development of los conscientes. These were the more critical-minded preservice teachers who demonstrated a greater understanding regarding race and racism and the impacts it has on the educational system and human lives. This article argues that it is not a specific variable and/or experience (such as those gained in field experiences) that creates race consciousness among preservice teachers. It is the accumulation of racial witnessing events that allow for a deeper understanding of how race dictates lives.     

综合性大学举办教师教育存在的问题及对策

综合性大学举办的教师教育已经成为我国教师教育的重要组成部分。但目前它仍处于探索阶段,不可避免地存在如下缺陷:学术性和师范性难以兼顾,课程设置有待优化,综合性大学与师范院校缺乏合作,教育专业与非教育专业缺乏双向交流等。要推进综合性大学教师教育的改革与发展,综合性大学可采取如下举措:平衡学术性与师范性,推进教师教育创新;优化教师教育课程设置,促进教师教育课程改革;努力实现资源共享、优势互补,探索教师教育发展道路;加强专业间的合作,促进融合发展。     

Toward a teacher solidarity lens: former teachers of color (re)envisioning educational research

Based on a two-year self-study by a group of early-career scholars of color, we explore and purposefully name our role, within the contemporary context of neoliberal reform, as educational researchers of color who are former K-12 teachers. We capture the insights that emerged from our self-study through a close reading of dominant neoliberal educational reform discourses, particularly through an examination of the writings of Michelle Rhee and Wendy Kopp. Along three dimensions of: (1) experience as teachers; (2) solidarity with teachers; and (3) analyses of racism in schooling, we characterize prominent discourses through which educators, researchers, and the public describe teachers and teaching. We name these discursive frames to make explicit the assumptions that are embedded in each and the intentional or inadvertent consequences of each. Finally, we propose a teacher solidarity lens through which we strive to approach our research and work with teachers.     

Parental involvement in the development of a culture‐based school curriculum

This study focuses on parental involvement in Sámi schools when developing a culturally sensitive school curriculum. The research recognizes a number of competing and complementary interests that play a role when constructing structures and policies in curriculum development. Two Sámi schools in Sweden with 115 pupils, their parents and 27 teachers were included in a longitudinal three‐year study. Interviews, school visits, videotapes and document analysis were used to gather information. The results indicate the invisible existence of culture‐based school practice and curriculum texts. The lack of contact among homes, schools and community culture was obvious. Parents and teachers expressed an interest in developing a culture‐based local curriculum through a process of reflecting on and creating an education incorporating the past, the present and the future. The study showed that parents, pupils and teachers experienced increased awareness in culture‐based schoolwork. The study pointed to a desire for cooperation between home and school in the development of a culture‐based school curriculum and a school practice supported by a culturally responsible teacher.     

穗港两所高校《英语教学法》课程结构比较

本文通过对比穗港两所高校《英语教学法》课程模式的异同,阐述当前的师培工作中一些引人注意的特点,如反思教学、行为研究、教师职业发展、教师认知过程等等。显然,当前师培者正承担越来越重要的自我更新的责任     

海南农村中学教师科研素养调查、反思与对策

近年来,国家大幅度推进的教师教育改革以及课程改革对教师科研素养的要求不断提高。"教师作为研究者"的理念也被越来越多的学者所认可。然而,海南农村中学教师仍然在科研素养方面表现出科研观消极、缺乏科研理论、科研能力的薄弱以及科研道德的虚高等问题。文化与家庭、职称评审制度以及教师培训方式等因素在很大程度上影响了农村教师科研素养的提升。欲破解现实困境,组建面向教育教学实践变革的科研团队、促进职称评审制度的变革以及注重农村教师在职培训模式的多样化是可行的改革之路。
