区域性民族舞蹈遗存的原生态文化特征

西南边疆跨境地区,历史积淀非常深厚,有着非常稀有和珍贵的人类文化资源。舞蹈作为文化的特殊形态,在这里的遗存极为丰富。无论是原始舞蹈形式的遗存、还是原始观念在舞蹈中的遗存,都充分地证明了民族舞蹈与历史紧密联系在一起的原生态文化性特征,是民族舞蹈文化构建中的核心要素。研究区域自然生态给予民族民间舞蹈之种种影响,是真实地把握一个民族民间舞蹈文化内在生成本质规律的关键,不但可以从中探究一个民族的民间舞蹈历史动态特征,也可以找到与舞蹈相关的其他文化上的关联,是研究民族民间舞蹈风格特征的一个重要环节。     

明代“江右王门”之文学观念

作为明代阳明学派的重要分支,在传衍心性之学的同时,“江右王门”以心学作为理论基础发表文学见解,并形成了自己的一套文学观念体系。在创作门径方面,他们提倡以“师心”为途径,反对泥古不化;在情感表现方面,他们强调性情之真和性情之正;在文学功用方面,他们不仅重视文学的内在道德修养作用,而且强调其外在的经世为用价值。总体而言,“江右王门”之文学观念对“复古”“师心”“经世”等交织于明代诗文坛坫的理论命题多有关涉,既遵循儒家义理传统,又辅之以现实并发为评议,以经世为鹄的,其学理意识、地域特色以及时代针对性均见突出,对于明代文学思想的发展演变脉络的梳理探讨而言,其所具有的参考价值毋庸置疑。     

Design and validation of the revised Regional Identity Scale (RIS-2) / Diseño y validación de la Escala de Identidad Regional revisada (RIS-2)

With the objective of theoretically and psychometrically updating the Regional Identity Scale (RIS) proposed by Zúñiga and Asún in 2004 and expanding the population for which it shows evidence of validity, a revision and revalidation of this instrument was performed via two studies. The first study included 1,113 university students from four regions of Chile, and the second included 1,200 adults from the same regions. Both samples were obtained via a random design through multistage conglomerates. The results enable us to propose a new version of the original scale (RIS-2) with suitable reliability indexes, solid evidence of both convergent validity and internal structure validity, and items with satisfactory psychometric quality. Furthermore, we verify the presence of a multifactor structure with three highly correlated dimensions. We conclude that the RIS-2 is a reliable, valid and conceptually broader instrument than the preceding version, so it is a useful tool to measure the intensity of regional identity in both university students and the adult population.     

‘Tourists go home’: anti-tourism industry protest in Barcelona

This profile looks at the wave of at times violent protests against the economic, social and environmental consequences of mass tourism in Barcelona, which came to international attention in the summer of 2017. It outlines the leading role played by left-wing nationalist activists linked to the Candidatura d’Unitat Popular (CUP, Popular Unity Candidacy) political party in the protests. I examine CUP’s direct-action methods, targeting local business interests and foreign tourists, as well as the largely critical response this prompted from the wider anti-tourism industry movement. This profile addresses the CUP’s justifications for the action and the echo effect it had in other parts of Spain. It argues that to understand the events requires a focus on aspects of both continuity and change in urban social movement mobilisation in Barcelona, against processes of neoliberal urbanisation, in which anti-tourism industry contestation is to the fore.     

四川藏区精准扶贫实效调查研究

精准扶贫是促进四川藏区社会经济发展的重要举措,是实现社会公平正义的有效路径.本文通过对四川藏区致贫因素、典型贫困案例和扶贫措施的调查研究,肯定了四川藏区精准扶贫宏观策略和精准扶贫工作取得的成绩,分析了四川藏区精准扶贫过程中仍存在的问题,提出了改善四川藏区精准扶贫工作的建议:即政府向社会购买扶贫服务;建立贫困户综合性识别标准;建立"特困户+整体受益"优先模式;谨慎规定贫困户的优先身份;正确处理社会救助和贫困户扶持之间的关系;解决精准扶贫地方性规范自身的合法性问题.     

An integrative spatial capital-based model for strategic local planning – An Israeli case

This paper presents an integrative model for strategic local planning based on the concept of spatial capital. The model bridges the gap between vision and reality by stimulating actions that are directed at mitigating challenges to the vision. The model uses the concept of ‘spatial capital,’ which is based on the accumulated assets and capabilities of a region. In addition, ‘development engines,’ which are alternative macrostrategies designed to help achieve the major goals set by the plan’s vision, are offered for use by the model. The developed model aims to achieve a better integration of the region’s overall capital resources.     

Leaving like an Englishman: Assisting institutional reform in post‐communist Ukraine

Scholars of Development Studies have largely distanced themselves from research into external advice on governance reform in Ukraine, regarding post‐communist reconstruction as a political rather than developmental project. This article suggests that these seemingly distinct fields of donor intervention have more in common than is usually thought. It examines the influence of external advice on an issue which has particular resonance in the light of recent events in Ukraine, the relationship between Kyiv and the regions. It is argued that the impact of international assistance in this area has been negligible, largely due to institutional factors on the donor side, and that the most persuasive explanations for this are to be found in the literature of Development Studies.     

现象学观照下"区域文化形象"的影像传播 ——以"京津冀协同发展"为例

京津冀协同发展作为当前国家重大发展战略之一,自实施五年来取得了重要的进展。在今后向纵深领域迈进的过程中,区域文化形象的建构、传播与认同就成为不可或缺的发展引擎。影像作为直观的艺术形式在这方面具有天然优势。以现象学为理论视角来探索区域文化形象的影像塑型、传播与群体认同的建构途径,以期在影像的本质直观中打造一个活泼泼的生活世界,在生活世界中营构一个脉脉温情的影像空间,在诗意空间中享受一个开放而自在的文化氛围。由此让我们获得京津冀区域文化形象影像传播的现实意义和文化价值。     

浅析区域经济发展的差距

改革开放以来,中国经济的发展极为迅速,东西部区域发展差距也迅速拉大,并呈加速扩大的趋势。究其原因,主要是市场经济发育程度的差异很大。因此,进一步完善市场经济制度,通过区域发展战略的调整以及国家政策的倾斜,来加快落后地区的发展,以期缩小区域发展的差距。
