论行政诉讼案卷外证据之范围

案卷外证据排除规则乃行政诉讼特有之证据规则,其包含两方面的内涵:案卷外证据之范围与案卷外证据之法律效果。基于行政案卷封闭性之特点,以及行政诉讼司法复审之特性,行政诉讼案卷外证据应予排除。对案卷外证据排除规则的研究应以分析我国的法律规定为基础,探讨案卷外证据之应有范围,明确各项案卷外证据的法律效果,并对行政审判实践与相关立法的完善提出建议。     

高校电子文档管理工作

信息技术的普遍应用促使了电子文档的产生发展,电子文档也成为高校档案管理工作不可缺少的重要组成部分。文章从电子文档的发展应用角度,为新时期高校档案管理工作分析总结出了一条新思路。改变传统档案管理模式,引入先进档案管理措施,把握新规律,运用新方法,为促进高校档案管理信息化提出了新的观点。     

投入-产出表在生产性服务业发展状况分析中的应用与启示

对生产性服务业进行投入-产出分析的主要内容为运用投入-产出表数据间接推导相关指标。以浙江省2005年投入-产出延长表数据为基础,分析生产性服务业的发展水平、结构特点及对国民经济和三次产业的影响,演示投入-产出技术的使用方法,分析所得指标的经济含义,并结合分析过程中发现的问题提出针对生产性服务业研究需要改进投入-产出表编制的建议。     

论欠发达民族地区公安机关下放部分刑事案件的立案管辖权

由于我国对少数民族的权益保障越来越充分,导致欠发达民族地区的习惯法在不同程度地复苏。习惯法的内容主要由风俗习惯构成。某些欠发达民族地区民众的风俗习惯对刑法和刑事诉讼法的一些规定有轻微不适应。当地民众钟情于乡镇司法所调解和村寨人民调解委员会调解。这些地区的公安机关应该下放部分刑事案件的立案管辖权。     

从破损word文件中提取文本信息的方法研究

通过分析word文件的格式,使用UltraEdit工具,实现了从破损word文件的二进制流中提取该文件碎片的文本信息。     

求职过程的宏观-微观分析：多层次模型

本文针对中国大城市不断市场化过程中社会资本对求职过程的影响进行了研究。笔者从新制度主义的宏观与微观的联接理论出发,使用内生互动模型作为实证分析工具,揭示了市场制度的发育具有强化市场行动主体的偏好,即市场化程度、市场不确定性和市场规范性等三个市场化制度的重要特征的发育,均具有增加个体收入的效应,证明宏观制度的演进与诱导微观个体的制度偏好具有亲和性。本文同时证明了边燕杰提出的网络作用空间的“倒U模式”假设。     

Foster care placement breakdown in the Netherlands and Flanders: Prevalence,precursors, and associated factors

Family foster care is the option of choice for children in need of out‐of‐home care in Flanders and the Netherlands. Foster care is however a vulnerable intervention, and questions can be raised as to its efficacy. Although the literature on placement breakdown has made significant progress during the last years, empirical knowledge regarding breakdown in Flanders and the Netherlands remains scant. Consequently, this study aimed at investigating prevalence and precursors of breakdowns in long‐term foster care, the duration of placement before breakdown, and the association of child and placement characteristics with breakdown. Case files of 271 Dutch and 309 Flemish foster children were analysed with a coding scheme designed for this study. After 6 years, 398 placements had terminated: 169 placements broke down and 229 placements ended positively. Placements broke down mainly because of behavioural problems of the foster child, foster parents' parenting problems, and conflicts between birth and foster parents. Foster children with behavioural problems, older foster children, foster children denied treatment, and foster children in care because of sexual abuse were more at risk of breakdown. Assessing these factors is important when evaluating the appropriateness of a family foster care placement.

新生心理普查对心理危机筛查及心理建档的作用分析

新生心理健康普查是大学生心理健康教育工作的常规工作之一．在这项工作的深入开展过程中呈现了诸多问题,而解决问题的关键在于认识心理测验的有限性,认识心理危机预警因素的复杂性,重新审视新生心理普查的目标,重新定位新生心理普查的功能,将筛选心理危机目标转化为心理健康服务目标,将心理档案建设工作拓宽延伸,充分发挥各级力量,始终贯穿于学生的大学生涯期间。     

Introduction: Accountability in Neuroethics

Pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials, formerly conducted predominantly in the United States and Europe, have expanded to emerging regions, including the Middle East. Our study explores factors influencing clinical trial privacy and confidentiality in the United Arab Emirates. Factors including concept familiarity, informed consent compliance, data access, and preservation, were analyzed to assess current practices in the Arab world. As the UAE is an emerging region for clinical trials, there is a growing need for regulations related to data confidentiality and subject privacy. Informational and decisional privacy should be viewed within the realms of Arab culture and religious background.
