村民自治视野下边远地区农村白族妇女的政治参与研究——以云南省大理白族自治州云龙县诺邓镇诺邓村为例

以白族妇女为例，选取较具典型性的千年白族村——诺邓作为研究对象，并将其政治参与置于村民自治的背景下进行分析，可发现，边远地区农村白族妇女政治参与的特征主要表现为参与意识较为淡漠、参与层次较低、参与形式较为单一等，且其参与深受社会经济、体制、文化和自身因素的影响，而欲完善其政治参与，则必须大力发展生产力、强化政府与妇联组织的引导与规范作用并建立健全相关的政治机制。     

妙——似道之象

“妙”是道家文化精神的产物。“妙”的事物或空灵、或玄远、或精微，其感性形式总与道的某些特征相似。因而，所谓“妙”，应该就是一种似道之象。     

企业问题报道中的媒体舆论暴力事件分析

媒体对企业问题的报道稍有偏颇,就会产生舆论暴力,轻则影响商誉,重则关乎存亡.文章提出"媒体舆论暴力"概念并分析其成因及影响.探讨如何把握企业问题的报道尺度,做到舆论监督既反映问题,又不激化矛盾,有效促进问题的合理解决.倡议新闻媒体坚持"惩恶扬善"的基本原则立场,本着对企业关心、爱护和对读者负责的态度,客观判断和分析正在发生的企业问题,在行使舆论监督、批评权利的同时,帮助企业尽快实现快速有序地发展.     

关于办公室工作智能化管理结构的探讨

本文探讨了办公智能化的特点,及其在办公室管理工作中的重要意义.研究了8小时内实现办公智能化和8小时外实现办公远程化的管理结构模式,展示了多方位、多层次实现办公智能化管理的美好前景.     

网络中心如何为教学、科研服务

本文结合我院的实际情况，阐述了网络为教学、科研服务的必要性，同时从技术的角度分析了提供服务的可行性，并提出在近几年内，网络中心作为这些服务的提供者，将要实施的具体办法。     

领域知识促进创造性问题解决——专家与新手的比较

研究采用错误记忆范式和远距离联想范式，探讨了领域知识对创造性问题解决的影响。结果发现，专家比新手产生更多的错误记忆，具有更好地解决创造性问题的能力。这一结果表明，专家在领域内比新手具有更广泛的概念扩散激活，能更好地解决创造性问题，说明领域知识在创造性思维过程中所发挥的独特作用。     

国外电磁篱笆建设要素分析

日益增长的空间碎片对航天器和有限的轨道资源构成了严重的威胁,电磁篱笆是功率强大的地球中低轨道空间碎片监测设备.文中就国际上具有代表性的电磁篱笆,即美国和法国的电磁篱笆在建设过程中考虑的要素进行了详细分析,主要从地理位置、空域监视屏几何形状、性价比这3个方面因素进行了对比,并归纳了各自设计中的特点和优势.最后就国外电磁篱笆的发展趋势进行了分析和总结.     

On the maximum likelihood estimation of parameters of a spatial discrimination model

Consideration is given here to the problem of maximum likelihood estimation of parameters in a sparial discrimination model which was proposed by switzer (1980). some moments of these estimators are derived. These results extend the work of Mardia (1984) who gave expressions for these estimators without their moments.     

The battle over SNS privacy for US employees and job applicants: an analysis of 2012–2013 state legislation

This study examines US legislation designed to prohibit employer access to employee and job applicant personal social networking sites (SNSs) between 2012 and 2013. It asks if the legislation addressed how employers could use SNSs in the hiring process by requesting SNS passwords, if there were consequences for violators, if employer retaliation was prohibited, if third-party access was allowed, if employee SNS monitoring was prohibited, if SNS friend requests by employers was allowed and if employer requested changes in privacy settings were prohibited. In addition, the study also examined the interest groups and political party-affiliated sponsors that were active in the creation of the legislation. The results discover important inconsistencies between the states’ legislation, which question the ability to protect worker and applicant online privacy. US policy recommendations and transnational implications follow.     

Jill Meagher CCTV

“Jill Meagher CCTV,” the security camera recording of Melbourne woman Jill Meagher's last minutes alive, registered more than 677,000 views on YouTube by early 2014. Little happens for most of its 232 seconds and, as would be expected with surveillance footage, there is no sound. In Australia, “Jill Meagher CCTV” forms part of a haunting iconography of a rape and murder victim that not only resonates with fictional narratives in other places, but also influences the way the Jill Meagher story, as a whole, is read. As Melissa Jane Hardie (2010) suggests of the “true crime” story (citing Bronski 2005, 29), the public reaction to high profile stories of violent crime “is often an emblematic cultural citation that represents a social problem or fixation.” This article considers “Jill Meagher CCTV” as such a cultural citation and goes further by highlighting its gothic tendencies. Highlighting the gothic aspects of “Jill Meagher CCTV” resonates with surrounding narratives of violence and gender justice, which have material consequences for women in the way that the most prevalent forms of violence against women continue to be downplayed in those narratives.
