计算机网络的生产工具特性、传播媒体特性、创新空间特性,均给高校共青团工作带来机遇和挑战,高校共青团组织必须从服务、教育、管理等三个方面探索迎接网络时代挑战的可行思路和举措。共青团组织团结服务的对象是富有进取精神和创造力的青年学生,其网络运用水平和创造理念很有可能引导整个社会的网络发展潮流。     

BERNOULLI SAMPLING

The concepts of the Bernoulli count process of a point process and Bernoulli sampling of a discrete parameter stochastic process are introduced. The Bernoulli count process determines the stochastic structure of the point process, and a process obtained by thinning a discrete parameter stochastic process by Bernoulli sampling satisfies the same property. Stationarity and the Markov property remain invariant under Bernoulli sampling.

研究了修理延迟的两个不同部件组成的冷贮备系统。假定工作寿命、延迟修理时间和修理时间均服从一般分布,利用马尔可夫更新过程知识和使用拉普拉斯变换(或拉普拉斯-司梯阶变换),讨论了系统的首次故障前时间、可用度和平均故障次数等可靠性指标,获得重要的结果。     

A product-limit estimator for use with length-biased data

The following life-testing situation is considered. At some time in the distant past, n objects, from a population with life distribution F, were put in use; whenever an object failed, it was promptly replaced. At some time τ, long after the start of the process, a statistician starts observing the n objects in use at that time; he knows the age of each of those n objects, and observes each of them for a fixed length of time? ∞, or until failure, whichever occurs first. In the case where T is finite, some of the observations may be censored; in the case where T =∞, there is no censoring. The total life of an object in use at time ∞ is a length-biased observation from F. A nonparametric estimator of the (cumulative) hazard function is proposed, and is used to construct an estimator of F which is of the product-limit type. Strong uniform consistency results (for n → ∞) are obtained. An “Aalen-Johansen” identity, satisfied by any pair of life distributions and their (cumulative) hazard functions, is used in obtaining rate-of-convergence results.

本文着重分析了我国固定资产折旧制度存在折旧率偏低、计提方法落后;以原值为基础计提折旧,未考虑物价变动影响;折旧的实现数远低于计提数;补偿不足,企业更新改造步履艰难等问题,提出深化折旧制度改革应尽快解决国有资产人格化的代表缺位问题;解决价格变动影响和充分考虑无形损耗以及严格财经纪律,防止制度外流失等方面的建议。

LIMIT THEOREMS FOR SUBCRITICAL AGE-DEPENDENT BRANCHING PROCESSES WITH TWO TYPES OF IMMIGRATION

ABSTRACT

For the classical subcritical age-dependent branching process the effect of the following two-type immigration pattern is studied. At a sequence of renewal epochs a random number of immigrants enters the population. Each subpopulation stemming from one of these immigrants or one of the ancestors is revived by new immigrants and their offspring whenever it dies out, possibly after an additional delay period. All individuals have the same lifetime distribution and produce offspring according to the same reproduction law. This is the Bellman-Harris process with immigration at zero and immigration of renewal type (BHPIOR). We prove a strong law of large numbers and a central limit theorem for such processes. Similar conclusions are obtained for their discrete-time counterparts (lifetime per individual equals one), called Galton-Watson processes with immigration at zero and immigration of renewal type (GWPIOR). Our approach is based on the theory of regenerative processes, renewal theory and occupation measures and is quite different from those in earlier related work using analytic tools.
