当代传媒业人力资源管理改革的价值取向

我国传媒业虽然取得了骄人的成绩,但在招聘、培训、激励、劳动合同管理等诸多环节上存在一些法律风险。传媒人力资源管理改革必须建立相关的法律法规,以规避各种各样潜在的法律风险。在激烈的市场竞争环境下,我国传媒业必须以顾客需要为导向,以传媒市场为中心,突破事业化体制瓶颈,转化为企业化经营。我国传媒人力资源管理改革就是要完善相关法律法规,为传媒顺利进行转制提供法律保障。     

Understanding the planner’s role in lookahead construction planning

Capacity planning is instrumental in production planning as the variability witnessed in construction projects complicates the planner’s role in achieving a balance between weekly task load and available resources. The purpose of this article is to assess the effects of capacity planning on a project’s time and cost performance and to inform planners on the pitfalls of uninformed capacity planning. A simulation model is developed to test several project scenarios against different capacity planning methods. Cost, time and planning quality measures are developed to track project’s performance throughout the construction period. Results show that the planner’s choice of capacity planning method and the type of project both affect a project’s cost and duration. Interestingly, informed planners who are aware of a project’s characteristics are able to achieve the best balance between weekly load and capacity. They are able to reduce incurred costs wasted on idle resources without significantly affecting the construction period.     

Human resource management,employee engagement,and nonprofit hospital performance

Human resource management (HRM) has been shown to impact organizational performance, but more research is needed on particular human resource (HR) practices in nonprofits and their effect on performance. In this article, we explore one HRM practice argued to influence performance, employee engagement in decision‐making, examining whether involving staff at different levels of a nonprofit affects nonprofit organizational performance. Drawing on data from a 2011 study of nonprofit hospitals, we find employee engagement has a positive influence on managerial and stakeholder perceptions of organizational performance. Employee engagement in decision‐making is also related to objective nonprofit performance measures, although the effects are less consistent. We conclude by discussing the implications of these findings for nonprofit research and practice.     

Creating LGBTQI+ programing in urban higher education: Considering the creation process of a campus resource room

Abstract

While many community college campuses provide resources of some kind for students who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, or other sexual or gender-non-binary minorities (LGBTQI+), surprisingly few institutions have dedicated physical spaces designated for that purpose. This article explores, by way of a case study on the establishment of an LGBTQI+?resource room on a community college campus, the processes that must be considered and undertaken when establishing such spaces. Needs assessments, identification of stakeholders, and strategies for making an LGBTQI+?resource room a reality on campuses that have never had such spaces or initiatives are discussed for the purposes of carefully considering the components of a proposed template for campus administrators, staff, faculty, and students to follow. While outcomes described in this article are specific to one particular case, the procedures by which they were achieved were undertaken with the hopes that they might be replicable by other similar institutions, in light of the very few LGBTQI+?spaces in community college contexts.     

临清拗陷东部CO2成因、成藏条件及潜力

临清拗陷东部CO₂资源丰富，在古生界和新近系均发现了CO₂气藏。根据最新勘探和研究成果，并结合济阳拗陷与东濮凹陷的勘探实践，分析认为临清拗陷东部CO₂气藏气主要为幔源岩浆成因，浅层气藏中可能有煤成气过程中的伴生CO₂混入。通过对典型气藏的解剖，指出断裂活动和岩浆活动对临清拗陷东部CO₂的成藏有重要的控制作用。结合地质条件，指出了有利的勘探区带。     

性越轨行为羞辱性惩罚之省思

对性越轨行为的羞辱罚存在两方面的问题,一是性越轨行为者的羞辱感降低,二是公权力引导媒体、社会公众羞辱过当。问题的关键不是加大羞辱力度,而是要唤起性越轨行为人的羞辱感。羞辱罚具有正负效应,羞辱罚的有效威慑和威慑失灵并存。与传统社会羞辱罚的有效威慑相比,现代社会羞辱罚更多地体现出威慑失灵。我们应当根据羞辱罚的两个维度——正当性和表现力,进行羞辱分类和羞辱管理、当事人选择羞辱、重新融合羞辱,以凸显羞辱应有之力量。同时,要规制公权力滥用羞辱罚的行为,以现代人格力量和程序规则来规避羞辱罚的弱点。     

高校校园选址与资源共享研究——以广州大学城为例

通过对广州大学城高校之间的横向对比,以及各高校新老校区的对比研究,分析高校校园选址对学生学习和生活的影响,及多个校区对高校师生相互之间交流的影响。调查大学城高校校际交流与资源共享满意度评价,得出大学城共享性实施效果一般,并分析其优点及缺陷。
