课本《马克思主义原理》对“国家垄断资本主义”的定义过于简单化,使这一概念带有相当程度的模糊性,在教学活动中,往往造成学生思维脱节、思路中断,难以全面理解其根本性质。教师讲受这一概念时,应作详细解释,并给出较为全面的定义,以利于学生认清国家垄断资本主义的本质。

魏晋名士艺术境界的形成路径清晰而富于哲理,他们通过心身外在表现的审美追求以获得艺术对象审美外观的人格化,通过“远”之本体追问与“远”之身体探寻来实现人生和艺术的玄远境界,使得“心”臻至“无”之境与“美”臻至“无我”之境在人生与艺术层面完美融通。如此,魏晋名士与肉身以及欲望存在的自我渐行渐远,而生命精神却始终作为不可或缺的逻辑线索,延续于人生、艺术之中,成为艺术精神和人格蕴含的内在逻辑线索。     

社会自主性的三种提升路径

社会自主性是现代化进程中的重要一维,社会自主性对市场侵蚀的抵抗和对国家权力的制约有利于形成均衡性的治理结构。现代化进程的历史维度、关系范畴的相对维度和治理现代化的功能维度构成理解社会自主性的3种视角。中国经由长期历史沉淀形成的是国家本位主义传统,改革开放打破了国家-社会的同构状态并塑造了一个相对自主的社会。中国社会缺乏自治机制的文化土壤和理念基础,社会自主性的提升需要国家以主动塑造方式,通过输入路径、合作路径和培育路径进行治理推动。     

国家义务构造论的功能主义建构

国家义务是保障公民权利不可或缺的工具。确定国家义务内容主要诉诸基本权利功能、人权保障和规范主义3种路径。但以上路径过于强调国家义务内容的组成,从而带来理论层级设计混乱、语词选择不一、内部逻辑不明、理论功能不完善、整体性建构缺失等弊端。欲解决以上诸问题,层级化、递进式的国家义务构造理论为可行方案。其中,自由权向社会权的转向决定其实质内容,需求层次理论形塑内部层级结构,而融贯体系化和系统构造论则提供外部理论支持。功能主义系统论和内容理论的积淀最终建构了以尊重、保护和给付为基本要素的“二元三层次多位阶”的国家义务构造论。     

美国小学ESL教学的特色与启示——以密歇根州红杉小学为例

美国是移民国家，它的小学ESL课程根据学生不同的语言文化背景来进行教学。其中，密歇根州红杉小学的ESL教学颇具特色。通过概述其在课程资源开发、教学策略及教学评价方面的特色，希冀对我国小学外语教学的课程资源观、教学策略观以及教学评价观的转变有一定的借鉴与启示作用。     

Incomes after Job‐loss in the United States: From Programme Rules to Panel Data

Welfare state studies are usually motivated by one or both of two concerns: programme effects on the incidence of poverty, and the possibility of perverse incentive effects. Most research has been comparative, using cross‐national indicators from the Organisation for Economic Co‐operation and Development and other international organizations. That research often contrasts the generosity of programmes in a number of European countries and the lack of it in the USA. Focusing on income transfers after job‐loss, in this article we critically examine the comparative evidence on US welfare state generosity and then use the Panel Study of Income Dynamics (PSID) to estimate what happens to job‐losers' incomes. The comparative analysis suggests conclusions more nuanced than found in much of the literature. The PSID analysis shows how the income effects of job‐loss vary across job‐losers and suggests that the role of unemployment compensation programmes in supporting incomes may be overstated.     

Robustness to non-normality and autocorrelation of individuals control charts

This paper studies the effects of non-normality and autocorrelation on the performances of various individuals control charts for monitoring the process mean and/or variance. The traditional Shewhart X chart and moving range (MR) chart are investigated as well as several types of exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) charts and combinations of control charts involving these EWMA charts. It is shown that the combination of the X and MR charts will not detect small and moderate parameter shifts as fast as combinations involving the EWMA charts, and that the performana of the X and MR charts is very sensitive to the normality assumption. It is also shown that certain combinations of EWMA charts can be designed to be robust to non-normality and very effective at detecting small and moderate shifts in the process mean and/or variance. Although autocorrelation can have a significant effect on the in-control performances of these combinations of EWMA charts, their relative out-of-control performances under independence are generally maintained for low to moderate levels of autocorrelation.

从学理到实践:爱国主义定义的结构性解析

如何界定爱国主义这一定义一直是学术界讨论的问题。《〈中共中央宣传部教育部关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见〉实施方案》实施后,《思想道德修养与法律基础》教材不再运用列宁关于爱国主义的定义,而用了一个新的定义。科学地理解爱国主义不仅是爱国主义本质的内在要求,而且是理性爱国主义教育的前提。从“非人民群众”的爱国情感、“祖国”与“国家”的关系、爱国主义“理性”与“非理性”的关系三个角度进行探讨,认为社会主义国家应倡导理性爱国主义。
