关于珠三角河网地带路桥衔接处沉降差问题的探析

对珠江三角河网地带存在严重的路桥衔接处路面沉降差问题的原因进行了分析，指出目前设计规范存 在的不足，提出了解决该问题的建议，并介绍处理该问题的工程实践方法．     

中国道路文化的特征及其研究意义

鉴于自古以来中国道路建设都取得了巨大成就，而中国道路文化研究相对滞后，分析了道路文化的含义、特征、研究范围和意义。分析认为，道路是人工建设的工程，它与政治、经济、生态、环境等联系密切，具有丰富的历史文化内涵；道路的与时俱进的时代特征、辐射连通的开放特征、利在社会的公益特征，呈现出文化上的广泛联系和多元价值取向；它是文明的纽带、历史的见证和文化的载体；道路文化研究在中国道路建设和交通事业发展中具有基础性和战略性作用。     

Who by Accident? The Social Morphology of Car Accidents

Prior studies in the sociology of accidents have shown that different social groups have different rates of accident involvement. This study extends those studies by implementing Bourdieu's relational perspective of social space to systematically explore the homology between drivers’ social characteristics and their involvement in specific types of motor vehicle accident. Using a large database that merges official Israeli road‐accident records with socioeconomic data from two censuses, this research maps the social order of road accidents through multiple correspondence analysis. Extending prior studies, the results show that different social groups indeed tend to be involved in motor vehicle accidents of different types and severity. For example, we find that drivers from low socioeconomic backgrounds are overinvolved in severe accidents with fatal outcomes. The new findings reported here shed light on the social regularity of road accidents and expose new facets in the social organization of death.     

Taming the road,tamed by the road: sense of road as place among Indigenous Bedouin in an ethnic frontier in Israel

ABSTRACT

We propose the concept ‘sense of road as place’ for an Indigenous group within an ethnic frontier, specifically in the case of the Israeli Bedouin. A road in this spatial context carries far greater meanings than elsewhere, particularly when also impacted by power relationships with the state. We reveal how Road 31 was/is subjectified by the Bedouin as a place prior to and after an upgrade. Initially they were able, through their Indigenous spatiality, to tame the road into their informal mobility and make it a place, but following the upgrade their informal mobility has been tamed into formal state-regulated mobility, making the road a non-place.

毛泽东不仅是我国伟大的马克思主义理论家,也是我国社会主义现代化道路的实践家。新中国成立后,毛泽东从“学习苏联”到“以苏为戒”,总结我国建国初期建设国民经济过程中的得与失,在不断的对中国工业化道路进行艰辛探索的过程中,最终创造出一条适合我国具体国情的工业化道路。这一伟大理论成果具有长远的重要的理论价值和实践价值,开拓了我国建设中国社会主义道路的新思路,丰富和发展了马克思主义理论。     

Influence of Safety Measures on the Risks of Transporting Dangerous Goods Through Road Tunnels

Quantitative risk assessment (QRA) models are used to estimate the risks of transporting dangerous goods and to assess the merits of introducing alternative risk reduction measures for different transportation scenarios and assumptions. A comprehensive QRA model recently was developed in Europe for application to road tunnels. This model can assess the merits of a limited number of "native safety measures." In this article, we introduce a procedure for extending its scope to include the treatment of a number of important "nonnative safety measures" of interest to tunnel operators and decisionmakers. Nonnative safety measures were not included in the original model specification. The suggested procedure makes use of expert judgment and Monte Carlo simulation methods to model uncertainty in the revised risk estimates. The results of a case study application are presented that involve the risks of transporting a given volume of flammable liquid through a 10-km road tunnel.
