“大工程”教育理念下的古代文学课教法改革探析

在工科为主的多科性院校,作为汉语言文学专业的主干课,对于古代文学课教法如何改革才能更好地适应人才培养的需求,文章主要从改变教育观念、贴近学术前沿、比较法和＂板块式＂教学、有效利用现代化教学手段、改革考核方式等方面进行了探讨。     

钱学森的经济系统工程思想

钱学森认为,作为社会复杂巨系统的一个子系统,经济系统为其他子系统提供物质基础,并应与其他子系统协调发展。经济问题的复杂性表现在两个方面:一是宏观经济与微观经济的关系问题,二是不同经济调节手段的应用问题,主要体现为经济结构的多层次性、过程的多阶段性、组分的异质性、系统的动态性和系统的非线性。经济系统工程方法包括模型化方法、定性与定量相结合的综合集成法、反馈分析、协调分析、决策最优化和深化过程分析。推广使用经济系统工程方法,有利于解决经济发展过程中的复杂问题,保持经济平稳健康发展。     

Development of minimum livelihood guarantee programmes in urban China: an empirical analysis based on 31 regions over 2003–2013

The Minimum Livelihood Guarantee (MLG) system in urban China is functioned as the last resort safety net for poor people and plays a substantial role in poverty reduction. This paper provides new empirical insights into the MLG development across 31 regions in urban China between 2003 and 2013. In addition to widely used indicators like benefit levels and number of benefit recipients, we construct two indicators of MLG replacement rates to measure the generosity of the benefits relative to income from work. The results show that the development of the urban MLG system in China has followed different tracks before and after 2008. Since 2008, the governments have made great efforts to increase the generosity of the MLG system while put more stringent conditions on MLG beneficiaries. Moreover, since 2008, the generosity levels of the MLG programmes began to converge across regions.     

构建高校网络信息安全教育合力机制的探析——基于中北大学学生网络使用状况的数据调查

随着计算机的普及、网络技术的发展,网络已成为资源共享和信息交流的重要工具。高校在知识、信息等的获取与传播中受网络影响愈来愈深,网络信息安全问题也日趋突显,加强高校网络信息安全教育刻不容缓。就当前高校网络信息安全教育方面存在的问题,结合高校学生网络使用现状,对加强信息安全教育的必要性、紧迫性以及对策等进行了探讨。

加强人文素质教育已成为许多工科院校的共识,但人文素质教育课程没有按人文素质教育培养的内在规律进行整体规划和通盘的设计。人文素质教育课程体系的建构必须以形成＂完全人格＂为原则,追求人文知识的整体系统和充分均衡,坚持马克思主义理论为中心,按照现实与历史的两个维度设立,确立哲学与思维、历史与文化、语言与文学、艺术与审美、心理与健康课程模块职业定位与生涯规划等六个课程模块。

Toward re-engineering models and algorithms of facility layout

Models and algorithms are continuously being developed for the facility layout problem in various manufacturing settings. However, there could be practices and obstacles that weaken them and adversely impact the effectiveness of the layout. Thus, they should be obliterated in order to advance the layout problem. This paper suggests a set of guidelines that are directed at the process inherent in developing layout models, algorithms, expert systems, and software applications to assist in improving them and developing better layouts. Such guidelines are lacking in the literature of facility layout. Examples on the suitability and applicability of the suggested guidelines are given.
