“假传”,即借鉴史书人物传的写作手法为器、物作传的文体形式。历代假传作品数量众多,记载对象范围广泛,作品形式呈现系列化的倾向。作为融合了史传、杂传、小说和寓言为一体的文体形式,假传在写作手法上,不仅“以史为戏”,模仿史传的写作模式,而且融入了小说、寓言中夸张、用典、双关等表现手法,形成了亦庄亦谐的叙事风格。假传通过幽默诙谐的笔墨,寄寓了作者对于自身仕途穷达、道德品行以及社会问题的见解和看法,展现了作者的创作观念和人生社会理想。 相似文献

AbstractBest planning day ever, green, fun, play, flexible … are terms not usually associated with strategic planning. At the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), plans to open a new library building in 2016 have ignited discussions about the library of the future, its meaning and role in a digital world, and the implications of further rapid changes. The Library's strategic planning process in 2010 was an opportunity to take the collective energy further by involving library staff in the strategic thinking and planning. The process aimed to provide conditions for open conversation through Gadamerian play, and creative modelling based on ideas of revealing and imagineering. The planning started with a playful engagement to generate ideas and promote divergent thinking, and moved through several stages of increasingly convergent thinking to arrive at strategic actions, which were created and supported by all participants. The formal goals of strategic planning were maintained throughout the process and resulted in a client-focused annual plan. This article considers issues of organizational creativity and strategic planning, and relates them to experiences with the strategic planning at the UTS Library. It argues for a systematic approach to fostering creativity and innovation in libraries. 相似文献

BSW students and interviewing: physiological,psychological, and pedagogical perspectives from Canada
The acquisition of interviewing skills is a hallmark of social work education; however, few studies have examined the experience of learning these skills from the students’ perspective. This qualitative study undertaken in Ontario, Canada, examined Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) students’ perceptions of interviewing. Individual interviews were conducted with second-year BSW students (n = 17) following their completion of an interviewing course. The following six themes emerged as to how students perceived learning interviewing skills: 1) emotional responses; 2) physiological responses; 3) psychological responses; 4) coping strategies; 5) the need for constructive criticism; and 6) the role of the course instructor. The study suggests that instructors normalize the presence of negative emotions and provide more structure and instructions for giving and receiving feedback when using role-plays. 相似文献

Playgrounds are important features of residential areas. Their design influences child play behaviour, particularly ‘pretend play’. With a growing number of young families moving into new suburbs, investigation into the extent to which pretend play is considered in playground design is an important planning issue. This is the focus of this research. Three playgrounds in Perth, Western Australia, were chosen as case studies, and intercept surveys of parents supervising children at these playgrounds and observation of the children behaviour were carried out. Park managers, landscape architects and community facilities managers from outer metropolitan councils were also interviewed. A key finding was that multi-purpose play equipment, particularly sand and themed playgrounds, best fostered pretend play. Further, while local government officers were supportive of pretend play, several factors limit the inclusion of pretend play features into playground designs, primarily risk management. Officers acknowledged that high-risk play was conducive to pretend play, but the need to reduce risk was the main consideration for playground design. The overall conclusion was that pretend play is neglected in playground designs, therefore greater education is needed of the value of pretend play in playground design needed, including the role of risk. 相似文献

少数民族地区农村妇女由于文化普遍较低,在对众多媒体传播形式的接受选择中最喜欢观看电视剧,故而电视剧对她们的素质的影响相当大,近年来由于适合她们观赏特点的优质电视剧数量少,致使针对她们需求的劣质电视剧高比例地侵占了她们观看电视剧的时间,这对她们素质的提高产生了不小的负面作用。我国应该充分利用存量已较多的电视剧编导演等人才资源,认真学习在演出市场上得到民族妇女欢迎的民间剧团的成功经验,制作更多她们乐意观赏的优质电视剧,自然地将劣质电视剧挤出她们的视野。 相似文献

通过砂土做道路路基,对其进行了击实、抗剪、压缩模量、CBR值等比较系统的研究,指出了砂土作为路基的填料其剪切强度随着含水量的增加有一个最佳值,压缩模量随着法向应力的增大而增大,CBR值随着压实度的增加,明显增大,但是浸水状态时要降低得多。 相似文献
