中小企业实行应付账款计划化管理初探

作为中小企业信誉的重要指标之一,企业应加强对应付账款的支付及时性和规范性的管理。在现实的应付账款支付过程上,许多中小企业速是采用传统的随意性的应付账款管理模式,这已越来越不能适应新的市场经济的需要。中小企业应借助先进的信息化管理系统实行应付账款计划化管理,以提升企业信誉,降低资金成本。     

新时期大学生个性化就业指导机制研究

就业指导对于大学生自身的就业和发展、高等教育的可持续发展和社会稳定具有十分重要的意义,更是新时期高等学校亟待加强的重要工作。在新时期职业生涯理念指导下大学生个性化就业指导是指教育者根据大学生个人特征和社会需要,帮助大学生规划职业发展、培养职业能力,选择适宜职业,以促进大学生个人和社会的和谐发展而实施有组织、有计划实施个性化就业教育活动,大学生个性化就业指导机制就是实施大学生个性化就业援助工程,强化大学生个性化就业指导组织机构,构建大学生就业能力教育和开发体系,实施大学生个性化生涯规划设计。     

An Exploratory Study of Soldiers' Attitudes Toward a Matched Savings Program in Korea

ABSTRACT

This study explores the possibility of implementing a saving program for military soldiers in Korea. Over the past decade, asset-based programs have been expanded in Korea. Using a vignette method describing a military matched savings program and logistic regression, this study examines soldiers' attitudes toward a matched savings program. This study with a final sample of 224 soldiers in a Brigade in Korea found that 67% of survey participants are willing to join a savings program. In addition, most soldiers expect the program to have a positive impact on their military life, saving habits, and life after army service. A logistic regression analysis found that family relationship, duty type, rank, and age are significantly related to a soldier's willingness to join the program. The study provides policy and practice implications in that a military savings program may help soldiers to adapt to army service and prepare for life after army service. This study concludes with possibilities for future research when examining soldiers' attitudes toward a military savings program.     

Implementing reverse mentoring to address social isolation among older adults

ABSTRACT

Reverse mentoring is a means to address the social work Grand Challenge of social isolation. Among older adults, reverse mentoring can improve social connection by increasing the digital competence of older adults so they can use technology for social benefit, and by facilitating intergenerational connections with young adult mentors. In this paper, reverse mentoring is examined within an intergenerational program that serves older adults and utilizes the native technological knowledge and skills of young adults who mentor older adult participants. Qualitative data were collected through young adult mentor logs of each session, and through open-ended questions on the post-surveys collected from older adults and young adult mentors. Qualitative analysis revealed three themes related to social connection: (1) an increased sense of self-efficacy for older adults as they build confidence in technological use, and for young adults as they develop leadership skills through mentoring, (2) the breaking down of age-related stereotypes, and (3) intergenerational engagement and connection. The findings demonstrate that reverse mentoring can be used in various settings to decrease the social isolation of older adults by developing intergenerational connections and increasing older adult usage of technology.

编辑距离是一种距离测量法,源于将一个字符串变换为另一个字符串所需要的编辑操作数,该方法能够自动将语言进行分类。基于传统语言分类方法的不足,分析讨论了编辑距离在语言分类研究中的应用,对长久以来学术界因为传统语言学研究产生的争论提供一种可能的解决方案。

在对项目教学内涵进行充分理解的基础上,探究了职业教育中项目教学的项目选定原则、项目设计要素以及项目教学活动的完整过程,分析了职业学校目前项目教学中项目设计存在的问题,给出了解决的办法。     

“国家公派研究生项目”的实践与思考

在分析国家公派研究生项目及相关政策的基础上,文章结合北京理工大学实际情况,就国家公派研究生项目的实践情况进行分析和研究。并针对在读研究生特点,就提高研究生自身学术水平、加强国际交流合作,提出了如何有效利用该项目的措施。     

农林高校实施国家公派研究生 项目现状的调查分析

文章通过对农林高校申请公派出国的部分研究生的问卷调查,探讨了申请人对公派项目的认知与态度、出国留学的目的、培养模式、导师在其学生申请留学过程中的态度和作用以及申请人对学校公派留学指导工作的需求,分析农林高校实施国家公派研究生项目的现状;最后提出完善高校实施国家公派研究生项目的政策建议。

广州大学城所在的小谷围岛有四处重要考古遗址,如能由此构建南汉康陵公园、南朝德陵陵园、明曾豫斋墓园、清初炮台小游园,既有利于保护利用文物古迹,又有利于提高校园的文化品位;既能彰显大学城的历史底蕴,又可促进广州名城的发展。
