北京历史文化保护区的整体性保护研究

通过与英、法、美各国对历史文化保护区的定义、保护态度、手段等方面的对比,发现北京的历史文化保护区具有历史建筑丰富、传统民居众多、居民久居其地的特点,但是目前北京的历史文化保护区规划及保护重点是历史建筑和传统民居,而忽略了对居民的保护,应对北京社区的发展进行长远规划,对民居与居民进行整体性保护,以达到保留保护区传统风貌,促进其文化、经济与社会和谐发展的目的。     

北京交大“知行”校训的精神底蕴与孙中山“知难行易”思想的历史价值

上世纪20年代初北京交通大学确立的“知行”校训，与孙中山当时提出的著名的“知难行易”知行观有直接联系。孙中山主张“以行而求知，因知以进行”，强调科学认识的重要性以及正确理论对于革命和建设实践的决定性意义，并以此推动史无前例的社会改良和社会革命步伐。校训“知行”二字体现了从古至今人们不懈追求的大学精神，是古老文化传统与现代学术理念的完美结合。在科学技术日新月异并推动社会经济大发展、大变化的今天，我们建设研究型大学仍需要把握好知行关系，继续传承“知行”校训的精神底蕴。作者建议“知行”校训字体恢复取自孙中山的亲笔题字。     

中学思想政治教育的偏误及其矫正

中学思想政治教育的偏误主要表现在教育目标的确定、教育内容的编排、教育方式的选择和教育效果的评价等方面.这些偏误的根本成因,在于未能在思想政治教育中充分体现人文关怀.在中学思想政治教育中落实人文关怀,其逻辑前提是教育者应富有人文情怀,其基本思路是强化教育目标的层次性、教育内容的时代性、教育方式的自主性、教育评价的民主性、教育环境的立体性.     

论李贺对《楚辞》的接受

李贺对<楚辞>有一种特殊的兴趣与偏好,他与屈原相似的遭遇、相似的现实语境,使他在情感上容易与屈原产生共鸣,这是他对<楚辞>接受的主要原因,与此同时,还与韩孟诗派对<楚辞>的继承有一定的关系.     

Rehearsals in Citizenship: BBC Stop‐Motion Animation Programmes For Young Children

This paper examines new managerial discourses and practices in which the dialectic of labour is reconstructed as a series of acts of self‐understanding, self‐examination and “self‐work”, and through which the “self qua self” is constituted as the central object of management technologies. We interrogate concepts such as “excellence”, “total quality”, “performance”, “knowledge”, “play at work” and “wellness” in order to decipher the ways in which managerialism deploys what we term therapeutic habitus, and projects a new horizon of “human resourcefulness” as a store of unlimited potentialities. We invoke management’s wider historical–cultural context to situate managerialism within the framework of modernity as a cultural epoch whose main characteristic is what we term “derecognition of finitude”. It is the modern synthesis — with the “self” at the centre of its system of values — that provides the ground for current elaborations of subjectivity by managerialism. The paper examines how current vocabularies and practices in organizations use “work” to rearticulate discursively the human subject as an endless source of performativity by configuring work as the site of complex and continuous self‐expression. Management thus acquires a new discursive outline: instead of appearing as an authoritarian instance forcing upon workers a series of limitations, it now presents itself as a therapeutic formula mediating self‐expression by empowering individuals to work upon themselves to release their fully realized identity.     

Technology and School Social Work Services: Introducing Technology in an Alternative School

SUMMARY

The public school system, one of the largest human service institutions in our nation, is continuously engaged in a struggle to balance the needs of a growing and diverse population with continuing threats of budget cuts. Under these conditions, it becomes even more critical that school social workers understand and appreciate the role of technology in delivering and evaluating services. To assess the effectiveness of school social work services, evaluation will have to be planned for, and systems of data collection and processing will have to be conducted on an ongoing basis.

This paper outlines the process whereby school social workers in a local school district proceeded to introduce technology into their service delivery regimen. Secondly, the paper shows how such technology was, and may be, used to evaluate the services provided by school social workers in an alternative school.     

高师生中学班级管理工作认知水平的调查分析

采用问卷调查法对高师生中学班级管理工作的认知问题进行了调查分析,调查结果如下:被调查者能正确理解班主任岗位的意义,但尚未能树立现代学生观与教育管理观,且对中学班级管理内容的理解有待提高,他们对中学班级管理影响因素的认识存在明显差异,对担任班主任工作的意愿度偏低,对中学班级管理工作的主观体验两极化。高等师范院校应有针对性地从开设相关课程、加强角色训练、提高实习要求、举办系列讲座等方面加强教学与管理工作,以切实有效地提高高师生的认知水平,促进高师生班级管理素养的全面提升。     

基于“需要层次理论”的高校教师思想政治工作探讨

人的行为是在动机的驱动下产生的,需要则是动机产生的内在动力。文章借用马斯洛的需要层次理论,提出树立＂从人的需要出发＂的高校教师思想政治工作理念,实施符合人的需要的高校教师思想政治工作策略。
