城市规划专业人才培养方案探讨

根据我校建筑工程管理系及国内城市规划专业教育的现状,对城市规划专业课程体系进行了适当调整,提出应确立具有自己特色的、服务地方的应用型人才的培养模式。     

高校科研管理的复杂性与科技成果转化模式的选择

高等院校科学研究管理与创新体系是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,担负着创造知识、加工知识和应用知识等主要职能。然而,在应用知识层面,高校科技成果高产出率的背后却是很低的转化率,主要原因在于科研管理任务的复杂性和科技成果转化的不确定性。本文从科研管理任务复杂性入手,将科研管理任务划分为过程完备与结果明确、过程不完备与结果明确、过程完备与结果不明确、过程不完备与结果不明确四种类型,并进一步建构了科技成果转化的三种模式。     

"技术"课程的师资培养探讨

选取湛江师范学院机电技术、电子技术和计算机教育3个专业的在校师范生作为对象,对他们的"技术知识"和"技术素养"作了问卷调查.通过分析调查数据,针对新课程下中学"技术"课程的师资培养进行了探讨,进而对相关课程的分解与设置提出了初步的看法与建议.     

城市扩容中拆迁安置小区公共管理模式研究——以常德市公寓楼安置模式为例

征地拆迁是城市扩容面临的重要课题。常德市采取的公寓楼安置模式在城市扩容和保护耕地红线之间找到了平衡点,创新了拆迁安置模式,达到了城市发展集约节约用地的目的。公寓楼社区公共管理模式不仅关系到征地拆迁工作本身的成效,更关系到安置户的民生福祉和城市的科学发展。要直面公寓楼社区公共管理的突出问题,明确主要任务,创新理念,构建"政府主导+多方参与+业主选择+社区整合"的公共管理格局,按照统筹推进、健全体制、整合资源、责任考评的路径,使公寓楼社区公共管理成为推进安置居民城市融入的重要推手。     

简析职校生职业生涯规划中的常见误区

"职业教育就是就业教育"。进行职业生涯规划,就是为自己构筑人生的宏伟大厦。职校生因生源基础、生活阅历以及客观环境等局限,对自我和社会往往缺乏全面、正确的认识,不能审时度势、科学抉择,正确规划自己的职业人生,他们在生涯规划时易陷进一些误区。明确这些误区,旨在正视生涯教育,启迪职校生的心灵成长。     

上海市食品生产经营企业诚信体系建设研究

上海食品生产经营企业诚信体系建设,要在政府推进、企业实施、市场运作的基本架构下,进一步完善相关标准与法律,使食品生产经营企业的诚信体系建设有标准、有依据、有约束;要采取食品生产经营企业内部管理提升与外部征信体系建设同步推进的模式,一手抓整改建设,一手抓征信评估,以促进食品生产经营企业的诚信体系建设,提升企业的诚信水平;要进一步打通职能部门间的信息障碍,建设统一的信息共享平台,将食品生产经营企业诚信基本信息作为公共物品的形式,免费向社会公众开放;要充分发挥行业协会的行业约束、智力支持与评估认证的功能,使食品生产经营企业在诚信体系建设过程中,有依靠、有监督与反馈。     

农村集体公益性建设用地的价值诉求与认知分析

农村集体公益性建设用地对农村公共设施的完善及农民生活水平的提高具有无可代替的作用,然现行规范对其规定甚少,集体公益性建设用地本身构造不明、价值不清造成适用模糊的困境。应明确农村集体公益性建设用地以维护集体成员利益为核心,以土地资源优化利用为重点,在具体设定上暗含公私力量的平衡。农村集体公益性建设用地使用权的主体实际上是以农民集体为核心的多元混合主体,因自身的公益属性,致使部分权能受限,应以合目的性与合规划性对其流转进行限制。     

No Room for Respectability: Boundary Work in Interaction at a Shanghai Rental

This article examines the dramaturgical challenges of doing boundary work for a group of college women living with non‐college women at an overcrowded rental. To regulate tenant conduct and maintain their sense of self‐worth, the college women engaged in defensive othering and constructed their identity as “high‐quality” people on the basis of their characterization of their less‐educated roommates as “low‐quality” people. Their strategy of gaining self‐worth at their roommates' expense violated basic rules of social interaction that require participants to give face to gain face. This study shows that, in addition to weakening group solidarity and reproducing social inequalities, defensive othering also undermines subordinates' effort to gain self‐worth in the co‐presence of other subordinates. Recruiting,engaging, and educating social work leaders: an innovative curricular model

Graduate social work student interest in administration or management studies has been low in comparison to their interest in clinical practice. Recruiting graduate students to administration or management specializations in social work education remains a challenge for social work programs. Recognizing the need to attract and prepare MSW students for administration, various curriculum models have been proposed. This study presents a unique model that was designed specifically for social work students who wanted to become competent clinical practitioners, yet were also interested in macropractice. By marketing to, and recruiting, graduate students who have a passion for the dual (macro and micro) focus of social work, the administration specialization in this large, US-based urban graduate social work program has been able to attract over 120 additional students each year, comprising nearly 24% of the graduating class. This qualitative study examined students’ rationale for selecting this specialization, their experiences in the program and their suggestions for improvement. Implications for other graduate social work programs are highlighted.     

Piloting different approaches to personalised offender management in the English criminal justice system

Various approaches to personalisation are well-established in the UK social care sector and are now starting to ‘travel’ to other sectors. In this paper we report findings from an evaluation of a pilot to test elements of personalisation in the management of offenders in probation services within the English criminal justice system. Following a review of evidence from social care, three different approaches to personalised-practice were developed and tested on a small-scale in three separate sites. The evaluation finds that all three approaches were implemented reasonably successfully, but challenges were identified including that personalised approaches are more time-consuming, that staff need support to exercise professional discretion and that balancing greater choice with managing criminogenic risk requires new ways of conceptualising the relationship between case manager and service user. Overall, ‘deeper’ approaches to personalisation, such as co-production, will take time to emerge. This paper makes two important contributions to the debate on personalisation in public services. First, it addresses the question of how transferable the concept of personalisation is from the social care sector to other sectors in the UK, in this case the criminal justice system. Secondly, it outlines a methodology for developing and evaluating personalisation pilots, prior to a wider roll-out.
