选择与会通：马克思主义中国化的文化意蕴

从制度文化的视角看，社会现代化转型伴随着文化自觉，这是文化现代性过程。马克思主义中国化是一个文化主体和客体会通重构、整合创新的过程。马克思主义中国化具有双重文化意蕴，既要实现马克思主义民族化具体化，又代表了中国文化现代性的方向。马克思主义在中国迅速传播并中国化是中国近代历史对外来制度文化的必然选择，是中国思想文化合乎逻辑的发展。但是，文化传统的消极方面也使马克思主义中国化历史曲折坎坷，留下了思想文化的教训。     

教育哲学中人性观的思考

教育是"成人"的事业,教育应当具有"人性".教育哲学作为一种求本溯源的学科,应该扎根于人的本性,它的使命就是在使人成其为人的过程中,提供一种根本上的支持.有了这种支持,教育才能成为教育,人才能成为人.     

主力集团的战略趋向和中国企业的战略选择

主力竞争集团各主力企业的共同趋向是利用各国的优势建立生产经营全球网络,并将非主力企业作为网络成员进行产业配套,各自以产业链企业群的方式进行全球竞争。在这种态势下,中国企业面临两种选择:一是作为非主力企业进入主力竞争集团的网络体系,成为其产品和服务的配套企业,永久性的处于边缘地位。二是经过竞争和长期努力,作为主力企业,进入世界主力竞争集团,成为推动全球化发展的主要能动力量。现在中国多数企业处于第一种状态。再经过二十年的发展,中国将有一批企业从第一种状态转化进入第二种状态。     

企业管理制度与文化理念对员工行为作用的机理及应用研究

心理学家们关于心理结构的研究,提出人的行为动力由"自我动力"与"超我动力"共同构成。自我动力产生"自我价值观",它以是否"利己"作为一切判断的标准,因而使人产生自私和利己的行为;超我动力产生"超我价值观",它以是否"利他"作为一切判断的标准,因而使人产生无私和利他的行为。显然,将管理制度与文化理念紧密结合,就能从员工的自我动力与超我动力两个方面有效激发与控制员工的行为。利用这种机理,可以指导我们设计出有效的管理体系:"自我与超我结合,文化与制度并重的管理体系"。     

Testing between alternative models of choice under uncertainty—Comment

Battaglio, Kagel, and Jiranyakul use experimental tests to compare rank-dependent expected utility (RDEU), regret theory, prospect theory, and Machina's generalized smooth preferences model. They conclude that none of these models consistently organizes the data. The purpose of this note is to point out that RDEU theory was tested in combination with a hypothesis on the choice of functional form that has been explicitly rejected by the original author of the model (Quiggin, 1982, 1987). When the original form of RDEU theory is tested, it performs quite well.

Child sexual abuse: from prevention to self‐protection

There are a growing number of child abuse prevention and education programmes, including primarily group‐based parent and child education, which are taught by teachers within the school system. This article reviews some of the existing sexual abuse education and/or body safety programmes, as well as the research surrounding them. Advantages as well as criticisms of such programmes are reviewed. Issues such as target populations (i.e. children, teachers, parents), programme components and methodological limitations are addressed. Major findings include: children as young as three can be effectively taught self‐protection skills, parental and family involvement in training is important, and repeated exposure helps children maintain knowledge gains. The components of successful programmes include teaching children to identify and resist inappropriate touching, reassuring children that it is not their fault and learning the proper names of their genitals. 大学生心理素质自评内隐观的聚类分析

通过大学生心理素质自评内隐观的聚类分析可以看出:生活的信心状况、自信状况和对生活环境的关注程度是大学生自评心理素质的典型指标;大学生的意志品质、思维能力和有意注意能力的个别差异性较大;大学生的理想素质和事实素质存在差距。     

Promoting choice and control in residential services for people with learning disabilities

This paper discusses the gap between policy goals and practice in residential services for people with learning disabilities. Drawing on a nine month ethnographic study of three residential services, it outlines a range of obstacles to the promotion of choice and control that were routinely observed in the culture and working practices of the services. Issues discussed include conflicting service values and agendas, inspection regimes, an attention to the bigger decisions in a person's life when empowerment could more quickly and effectively be promoted at the level of everyday practice, problems of communication and interpretation and the pervasiveness of teaching. We offer a range of suggestions as to how these obstacles might be tackled.     

课外体育锻炼影响大学生自我发展的理论分析

在大量查阅分析关于身体自我的研究、形体感知偏差及流畅体验研究结果的基础上，采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，对课外体育锻炼通过调节自我，增进大学生的心理健康机制进行了理论探讨和分析，并试图进一步解释大学生课外体育锻炼的心理健康效应。
