Action and Reflection in Work with a Group of Homeless People

The paper reviews work with a group of homeless men and women and explores contradictions which became manifest for the worker as he engaged clients who are economically and therefore socially and politically a part of an oppressed class. The work of Paulo Freire informs the discussion and illuminates practice principles toward a more radical approach to group work with poor, institutionally oppressed people. The paper also addresses clinical aspects of the group. Thc contention is that the historical split between social action and clinical work can be healed when work is focused at the psychosocial interface.     

团体诉讼的诉权基础探析

团体诉讼是指社会团体为了维护公共利益或者其成员的利益，依据特定法律赋予的权利或者团体成员授予的权利。得以自己的名义对侵害者提起不作为之诉或者损害赔偿之诉，并享有独立的诉讼权利和实体权利的一种群体诉讼机制。公益社团提起团体诉讼的诉权基础因不同诉讼类型而有所差异，其中团体的不作为之诉系基于法律赋予的不作为请求权，而公益团体提起的损害赔偿诉讼的诉权基础则是诉讼信托。     

Bayesian estimation of parameters of mixed geometric failure models from Type I group censored sample

The estimation problem of the parameters of a mixed geometric lifetime model, using Bayesian approach and Type I group censored sample, will be investigated in the case of two subpopulations. The Bayes estimates are derived for squared error, minimum expected, general entropy and linex loss functions under informative and diffuse priors. A practical example given by Nelson (W.B. Nelson, Hazard plotting methods for analysis of the life data with different failure models, J. Qual. Technol. 2 (1970), pp. 126–149) is considered. A simulation study is carried out along with risk.     

俄罗斯研究的现实意义探析

当今中国的外交战略框架是：发展中国家是基础,大国是关键,周边是重点。俄罗斯是中国的近邻,是当今世界版图上国土面积最大的国家,具有丰富的自然资源和悠久灿烂的文化,它的国情与中国有不少共同点,同时社会主义苏联70余年道路曾对中国发展选择产生过重大的影响。今天前苏联解体和俄罗斯改革问题又引起人们普遍的关注,成为世界性的热门话题。由此看来,俄罗斯是最值得我们研究的国家和民族。     

小组工作介入行为偏差儿童辅导的策略以南京市珠江路X小学为例

人的偏差行为普遍存在于各个年龄段,只是学龄阶段的儿童表现更为明显,许多人的偏差行为就是在儿童时期形成的。学龄儿童的偏差行为大致可以分为外向性行为、内向性行为、学业适应问题和偏畸习癖。小组工作介入偏差行为的辅导可以充分发挥同龄群体、游戏等影响力,促使其改变不良行为并通过社会学习强化并巩固已取得的改变。在小组工作介入过程中可以采取投其所好、灵活多样、差别对待、注重评估的方法来矫正儿童的偏差行为。     

重大灾害事件群体创伤心理障碍与救助研究

通过分析重大灾害情景下群体心理症候群的急性应激心理过程、影响因素及其心理障碍形成途径与作用机理的网络结构关系,提出了基于群体创伤心理障碍特点的分阶段、分层次重大灾害事件的心理救助对策建议。     

“积极自我概念”团体辅导的效果产生机制——一项贫困大学生实务的治疗性元素分析

"积极自我概念"团体辅导方案包括九次渐进性的活动。该方案从加深自我认识、培养自我接纳和积极的自我体验、加强自我调控的意识和技巧三方面着手促成积极自我概念的形成。在贫困大一新生中开展此方案的实验研究,团体辅导的效果从心理测量和团体满意度评估两方面得到了验证。辅导效果的产生在于"治疗性元素"所发挥的作用。在该团体辅导的不同阶段,某些治疗性元素分别凸显了其重要性。     

In life and in death: the story of people living with metastatic cancer

ABSTRACT

Advances in the treatment of metastatic cancers such as melanoma enable patients to live for many years. However, melanoma patients are under constant threat of a recurrence or a new growth, are under intensive follow-up, and must avoid exposure to the sun. These factors engender anxiety, a constant fear of recurrence, and a reduction in routine activity, thus requiring patients to develop mechanisms for coping simultaneously with the illness and the threat of death. This study uses content analysis of the documentation of a support group for metastatic melanoma patients to examine how they cope with both. The findings suggest that they are able to cope with both simultaneously. However, perhaps because they recognise their total lack of control over the illness, they exercise control in how they cope with death. The findings suggest that support groups like the one documented in this article could serve as sheltered and effective therapeutic spaces for coping with the threat of death.
