企业战略-战术-作业多层次管理的二维特性与一体化机理研究

运用战略管理理论和系统工程原理，研究了我国企业在多层次一体化管理方面普遍存在的问题。研究了战略、战术和作业管理的多层次一体化系统的二维结构、运行原理，并分别分析了不同管理层次和各管理阶段的特性。在此基础上，从横向、纵向和综合一体化多个角度研究了各管理层次的一体化机理，为企业的长远和持续发展提供了理论依据和方法论的指导。     

对“符号矩阵”在文学批评实践中的反思

格雷马斯符号矩阵在国内文学批评实践中存在两种误读情况:一是在部分论著中将符号矩阵第三项和第四项位置颠倒,二是在函项赋值上存在很多偏差,并且缺失整合意识.通过重读符号矩阵,并借鉴杰姆逊运用这一模式分析文本的经典案例,可对上述不足加以修正.     

合并后的高校图书馆文化整合

高校图书馆与科研单位图书馆合并中文化会产生冲突 ,对图书馆文化必须整合 ,整合的目的并不只是减少文化冲突和矛盾 ,而是取得 1 +1 >2的效果。整合最重要的因素是人 ,必须对物质、精神、制度三个层面同时整合 ,这是一个长期的过程。     

Rapid reconstruction method of curved surface model in reverse design of bucket teeth

零件的曲面模型是获得其逆向设计数据等后续处理的关键环节。为了快速获得具有复杂外形和内腔的某型挖掘机斗齿的设计数据,研究了该斗齿点云曲面原型的获取方法。鉴于斗齿不同部位对逆向设计精度的要求不同,采用Imageware和Geomagic Studio对斗齿的内腔、销孔和外形点云分别进行曲面重构之后,再进行整个模型的曲面整合策略。介绍了应用两种软件完成斗齿曲面模型的主要处理过程及关键环节。该方法能快速获得符合精度要求的斗齿曲面模型,可行且高效,为斗齿曲面模型的实体化及其后续处理提供了可靠依据。     

Refugees and Cultural Transfer to Britain: An Introduction

This introduction has four purposes. It first of all gives a working definition of the refugee. It then outlines the main groups of refugees which have moved to Britain since the early modern period, focusing, more particularly, upon the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, which form the main focus of this volume. The article then introduces the reader to concepts of cultural transfer, especially as applied to migration and refugees, as well as outlining the main issues under consideration in the British case study, which forms the basis of this volume. Finally, the study introduces the main essays which follow and explains the structure adopted.

论新巴塞尔协议信用风险框架在中国的适用性

按照新巴塞尔协议的要求(发达国家的商业银行在2007年底要按照新的标准计算其资本，但考虑到我国银行体系的不成熟，我国承诺将在2012年履行巴塞尔协议的要求)，针对商业银行的信用风险管理问题，详尽分析了新巴塞尔协议信用风险框架的标准以及我国银行业在银行监管、信用环境、银行组织结构等方面的问题，指出了我国银行业现状与新巴塞尔协议信用风险框架的差距，提出了相应的对策。     

Finite Sample Comparison of Parametric, Semiparametric, and Wavelet Estimators of Fractional Integration

In this paper we compare through Monte Carlo simulations the finite sample properties of estimators of the fractional differencing parameter, d. This involves frequency domain, time domain, and wavelet based approaches, and we consider both parametric and semiparametric estimation methods. The estimators are briefly introduced and compared, and the criteria adopted for measuring finite sample performance are bias and root mean squared error. Most importantly, the simulations reveal that (1) the frequency domain maximum likelihood procedure is superior to the time domain parametric methods, (2) all the estimators are fairly robust to conditionally heteroscedastic errors, (3) the local polynomial Whittle and bias-reduced log-periodogram regression estimators are shown to be more robust to short-run dynamics than other semiparametric (frequency domain and wavelet) estimators and in some cases even outperform the time domain parametric methods, and (4) without sufficient trimming of scales the wavelet-based estimators are heavily biased.     

基于老年关怀的园林人性化设计

随着老龄化时代的到来，对园林的需求呈现上升趋势，然而园林设计中人性化的欠缺使老年人活动不便且存在安全隐患，本文设身处地地从老年人实际需求出发，通过调查研究与实践，阐述了园林中诸如园路、坡道、台阶、座椅、照明、标志、卫生间等人性化设计的具体实现途径，使老年人在游园过程中切身体验到社会对其的细致入微的关爱。     

动态环境下变革型领导、TMT行为整合与创新绩效关系研究

基于在长三角企业收集的343份问卷样本,探讨动态环境下变革型领导和TMT行为整合与创新绩效的关系。研究结果表明:变革型领导与TMT行为整合均对创新绩效有正向影响;TMT行为整合可以帮助变革型领导并提升创新绩效;动态环境的调节效应揭示了在更高的动态环境水平下TMT行为整合在变革型领导与企业创新绩效上的间接关系会变弱。
