介绍通过编程实现以HL7标准的检验数据在检验仪器与临床检验信息系统(clinical labora-tory information system,CLIS)之间的数据格式转换,从而解决各种检验仪器的接口软件重用性问题,并保证数据交换的准确性.国内外检验仪器的生产厂家应尽快应用HL7标准,规范仪器通讯接口的数据通讯.     

PC看门狗的原理与实现

根据单片机防止程序飞出的原理，创新性的提出了PC机在无人看管下，计算机如何判断当前的运行状态，以及在无法相应其他进程时，实现自动重启的方法。从单片机的看门狗实现原理，可在PC机上实现类似看门狗的功能。介绍了PC WATHDOG的软硬件实现，以及如何设计串口通讯协议，使PC WATCHDOG通过串口接收发送通讯帧和控制帧，进行交互，达到看门狗的功能。     

我国各民族交往交流交融的空间生产与实践路径

各民族交往交流交融是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的路径选择。民族社会结构的存在和发展为各民族交往交流交融提供了可实现的行动空间及空间生产基础,运用空间生产理论对民族交往交流交融的空间生产与空间结构进行分析,即各民族交往的物质空间生产是基于共同利益与互惠发展的经济交往、各民族交流的符号空间生产是注重共有价值和情感寄托的文化交流、各民族交融的精神空间生产是强调生活互嵌和共生体验的精神交融。基于此,加强各民族交往交流交融的实践路径应是推动民族地区经济交往,构建以平衡互惠为原则的多民族经济圈;促进民族乡土文化交流,发展以情感共鸣为重心的乡村文化中心;深化各族群众生活交融,规划以结构互嵌为内核的社区公共空间。通过上述路径,达成铸牢中华民族共同体意识的根本目标。     

虚拟社区中的城市：城市微博超话的可沟通性——以重庆微博超话社区为例

当前,城市微博超话研究往往聚焦于趣缘社群,可沟通性价值却被忽略。以重庆微博超话社区为研究对象,抽取400个微博样本,探究城市微博超话蕴含的可沟通城市的潜能和如何运用微博超话机制体现城市传播的三重维度,结果显示：基于信息网络,城市微博超话提供了城市居民寻求社会支持和交往的平台,守城人和城市观察者穿梭在其中;基于地理网络,具身实践书写空间体验,区县印象勾勒立体城市;基于意义网络,城市符号凝聚为城市共同体,城市居民有着“我是本地人”的城市认同。作为虚拟社区中的城市,城市微博超话具有极强的城市属性,体现了可沟通城市“多元融合、时空平衡、虚实互嵌、内外贯通”的内涵。     

理路与实践：马克思主义大众化传播的高校担当

传播马克思主义是高校光荣历史传统和重要时代使命。高校具有马克思主义社区传播的独特时空、主体及资源优势,基层社区是高校传播和践行马克思主义,师生深入“社会大课堂”和“将论文写在祖国大地”的重要场域。本案例HN大学青年理论社团精准对接基层社区开展马克思主义传播实践的创新经验是校地同构的街道“一体两翼多元四联”传播共同体,共辟全域协同传播阵地,共享立体多维传播资源。案例的启示是要提升高校对基层社区的马克思主义传播力和影响力,树立传播责任意识是前提,建设传播服务团队是根本,完善传播激励机制是关键,提供精准长效传播服务是方向。     

The Seveso Directive: An Italian Pilot Study in Enabling Communication

In 1982 the Council of the European Communities issued a Directive on the Major Accident Hazards of Certain Industrial Activities, commonly known as the Seveso Directive. Besides other requirements, the Directive specifies that members of the public liable to be affected by a major accident from certain industrial activities must be informed of safety measures and how they should behave in the event of an accident. The Directive was subsequently amended in an extensive way. Upon the transposition of the Seveso Directive and its amendments into national legislations, the 12 European Member States are faced with the task of "appropriately and effectively" informing the public about major accident hazards. Delays are observed throughout the community, both in transposing the Directives and implementing public information. A pilot study on "Risk Information Needs" was commissioned and carried out at two Seveso sites in Italy in order to begin to resolve some of the problems involved in the provision of public information and to suggest appropriate guidelines. One hundred subjects answered an experimental protocol designed to assess their "information needs." This article presents the theoretical background, the pragmatic aims, and the design of the study. It also summarizes its most relevant findings and suggests some recommendations for the provision of information to the public.     

Curved Chaotic Map Time Series Models and Their Stochastic Reversals

This paper considers two types of chaotic map time series models, including the well-known tent, logistic and binary-shift maps as special cases; these are called curved tent and curved binary families. Deterministic behaviour is investigated by invariant distributions, Lyapunov exponents, and by serial dependency. Stochastic time reversal of the families is shown to produce models which have a broader range of stochastic and chaotic properties than their deterministic counterparts. The marginal distributions may have concentrations and restricted supports and are shown to be a non-standard class of invariant distribution. Dependenc y is generally weaker with the reversed stochastic models. The work gives a broad statistical account of deterministic and stochastically reversed map models, such as are emerging in random number generation, communica tion systems and cryptography     

卫星光通信中平台抖动补偿技术研究

以卫星光通信系统为例,对空间光通信系统中光学平台的抖动进行了分析。研究了一种自调节前馈补偿技术,通过自适应信号处理或对前馈控制器进行直接优化,可对光学平台的抖动进行有效抑制。     

宽带卫星通信和星际链路间激光通信的应用前景

提出了由于信息化社会、Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ、Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ和多媒体技术的出现,从而要求卫星通信向多体制、多功能发展。文中着重分析了具有独特优点的激光通信在宽带卫星通信和星际链路中的现实商用前景。     

空间光通信ATP技术及其进展

对自由空间激光通信光束自动捕获、跟踪、瞄准（ＡＴＰ）系统的结构与系统主要技术指标进行了分析和讨论。通过对其中典型系统的介绍,进一步描述了ＡＴＰ技术的最新进展,论证了空间激光通信的可行性。
