学报编辑队伍优化的实证考察——以G省为例

学报编辑队伍建设是刊物良好发展的基础和保障,关系着学报事业的兴衰成败。科学、合理的编辑队伍对于促进学报事业大发展、大繁荣,更好地促进我国学术水准不断跃升新台阶,意义重大。通过性别比例、职称结构、学科结构等方面对G省学报编辑队伍结构进行实证考察和分析,发现其队伍总体上性别比例、职称结构较为合理,但存在年轻编辑占比偏低,学科结构不均衡,专业背景较为单一的现象;细化到各学报个体后,发现普遍存在年龄断层、职称断层、男女比例失衡等问题。据此提出,科学组合以达结构优化,构建"橄榄形"或"圆柱形"编辑团队;吸纳青年编辑,创建创新型编辑队伍;均衡发展,构建和谐编辑团队;扬长避短,组建综合型编辑团队,从而实现学报编辑队伍的优化。     

近十年我国大学生性教育研究综述

正值青春后期的大学生,伴随着性生理的发育成熟和性心理的发展,属于性活动较为活跃的人群。大学生性教育现已成为国内学术界探讨的热点问题。综观近十年国内学者的研究,大学生性教育尚未得到普及,边缘化特征明显;在注重性知识传授的基础上,应突出性心理、性道德、性文化、性价值观和性审美等方面的教育;要遵循性知识与性道德教育相结合、适时适度适当和正面疏导等原则;选用开设性教育必(选)修课程、开展心理咨询、实施同伴教育等途径和方式;精心设计和构建具有可操作性和相对稳定性的性教育模式。现有的研究成果可为促进大学生性教育的持续开展和深入研究提供有益的参考。但必须看到,国内学者对大学生性教育的研究,在内容上存在着较为明显的趋同现象,区域特色和针对性并不明显;研究中使用的方法比较单一,质的研究方法与量的研究方法结合使用不足;研究成果的价值没有得到充分体现,且高质量的成果在数量上较少;研究群体的专业化程度不高。     

令人费解的矛盾数据揭示商业性性行为的三种“解释”

文章通过探讨和解决滇西某高速公路工地艾滋病防治调研中出现的难题,揭示了对于某些公共卫生概念研究者和服务对象之间可能存在重要的认知差异,影响信息获得和干预效果,人类学视角对解决这类问题有重要意义和作用。

低生育水平与出生性别比偏高的后果

自 8 0年代中期以来 ,我国出生性别比出现了明显偏高且持续上升的趋势。这引起了国内外广泛的关注与担心。文章分析了低生育水平与出生性别比的关系 ,并对我国出生性别比偏高的婚姻后果进行了定量分析和预测 ,从而纠正了一些不正确的观点与认识。

UNDERSTANDING THE IMPACT OF THE MOTHER-CHILD RELATIONSHIP ON SEX WORKERS’ DECISION TO ENTER AND LEAVE THE STREETS – LESSONS FOR SOCIAL WORK PRACTICE

This paper focuses on ‘streetwalkers’ and ‘street sex workers’ who are unlicensed sex workers not belonging to a brothel and subject to criminalization. They often face great stigmatization and are usually considered victims by service providers. Five Singaporean ex-streetwalkers (n = 5), who had left the streets for at least six months and were currently receiving or had previously received skills training at a social service agency, participated in this study. Using an agentic framework and social relational theory principles, this qualitative study explored the impact of streetwalkers’ relationship with their children on their decision to enter and leave the streets and reasons for their successful help-seeking experiences. Findings revealed them to be agents who actively used strategies to meet their goals and to sustain close relationships with their children. The mother–child relationship context was a key influence on their decision to enter and/or leave the streets. Social work practice implications include tailoring service delivery to tap into their agentic capacities and identity as mothers; research and training in provision of proactive social services in a non-judgmental manner to preserve the dignity of these women while meeting both their own and their children’s needs.     

Public Sexual Cultures: A Systematic Review of Qualitative Research Investigating Men's Sexual Behaviors with Men in Public Spaces

Resurgent HIV and sexually transmitted infection incidence among men who have sex with men (MSM) requires an urgent re-examination of sexual transmission sites. To these ends, we systematically review qualitative literature concerning men's sexual behaviors within public sex environments (PSEs). Sex, therein, is negotiated by the highly codified, largely nonverbal practice of “cruising.” A generic, shared PSE sexual culture emerges from the literature—across locations, countries, and decades—because of the importance of concealment and common structural constraints on sexual encounters in PSEs. However, differences in local geography and facilities may transform key features of this, resulting in specific, local sexual cultures emerging for each locale. We argue that, although sexual cultures developed to minimize nonsexual cruising risks, they may be exploited to improve contemporary in situ outreach work.     

色彩语码象征意义的文化影响

语言既是文化不可缺少的一部分,又是文化的载体,渗透了各个民族不同的文化。民族文化的特征经过历史的积淀而结晶在词汇层面上。本文以色彩语码这一特殊词群为例,通过比较中、英、俄、法等语言中色彩语码的异同,从政治因素、宗教因素、其他文化的渗透、传统习俗、审美情趣五个方面简述了文化传统对其象征意义的巨大影响,以更深理解色彩语码的全部内涵。
