虚拟企业中知识流动与组织间学习的研究

虚拟企业既是知识转移和组织间相互学习的有效模式,也是组织获取外部新知识的重要源泉。文章不仅对虚拟企业中的知识流动规律和组织间学习机制进行了深入研究,而且对丰田知识联盟中影响知识流动与组织间学习的四个因素进行了实证分析。     

Undisciplining Social Science: Wittgenstein and the Art of Creating Situated Practices of Social Inquiry

There are now countless social scientific disciplines—listed either as the science of … X … or as an ‐ology of one kind or another—each with their own internal controversies as to what are their “proper objects of their study.” This profusion of separate sciences has emerged, and is still emerging, tainted by the classical Cartesian‐Newtonian assumption of a mechanistic world. We still seem to assume that we can begin our inquiries simply by reflecting on the world around us, and by allowing our conceptualizations to guide our actions in our inquiries. Beginning our inquiries in this retrospective manner, however, means that our concepts and conceptualizations are both after‐the‐fact and beside the point, for ‘something else’ altogether is guiding us in the performance of our situation‐sensitive actions than merely our conceptualizations. We need before‐the‐fact, hermeneutically‐structured inquiries that can ‘set out’ inner ‘landscapes of possibilities’, to think‐with and to provide guidance, as we try in our more scientifically organized efforts to achieve socially desired outcomes in particular socially shared situations. Conducting such preliminary inquiries is thus an art, requiring not only judgment, but also imagination and poetic forms of expression aimed at creating such shared, inner landscapes among all concerned.

Counselor happiness: Effects of therapy work with similar trauma

ABSTRACT

Many studies have researched burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, vicarious trauma, and shared trauma of practicing mental health professionals. Few have focused directly on the impact of personal trauma history on mental health professionals’ happiness. This exploratory study used an online survey to investigate the relationships among mental health professionals’ personal trauma history, happiness, and the effects of seeing clients with similar trauma. Personal trauma history was determined through a demographic survey and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Checklist, and happiness was analyzed using the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. The study examined several demographic variables to predict happiness. The study found that posttraumatic stress and number of client sessions were the most significant predictors of happiness.     

Shared mobility in a Māori community

ABSTRACT

Shared mobility is being advanced as a novel, technologically sophisticated approach to reducing the environmental impacts of high levels of car ownership. However, communities have long shared modes of transport for reasons other than environmental quality. We describe the shared mobility practices undertaken in a Māori community in the East Cape region of New Zealand. They reveal long-established ways of sharing that are underpinned by, and support, cultural principles. Shared mobility provides an appropriate and comfortable environment for people to share vital and sacred information and to strengthen social bonds. It also reflects the desire of tribal members to retain cultural practices that benefit the collective. The findings make it clear that sharing transport has far more than economic and environmental benefits. We suggest that it is time for the social and cultural benefits of sharing transport to become part of the global narrative on twenty-first-century collaborative consumption.

白先勇的小说创作具有强烈的感伤主义色彩,主要表现为创作中所流露出的孤独忧郁的情绪、在中西文化冲突下产生的认同危机感以及在人物命运描写、时事变迁表现的过程中所隐藏着的人生如梦、万事皆空的浓厚的神秘主义和宿命论思想.这一特色的形成与白先勇个人的生活经历、传统文学中的历史兴亡感以及佛教思想的影响有着十分密切的关系.     

A Collaborative Model for Organizational Transformation

The purpose of this study was to develop a collaborative learning and communication model for higher education. On a university campus there are various psycho-social and organizational barriers to collaboration inside and outside of the classrooms. Scholars have stated that teachers rarely talk with each other about their teaching, there is little multi-disciplinary research and studies have shown that there is little or no collaboration in meetings and forums outside of university classrooms. So, what are the barriers to collaborative communication and learning and how can these barriers be removed through collaborative strategies? These are the questions that this study explored. Through the understanding of the psycho-social and organizational barriers to collaboration, strategies began to unfold and a new model for collaborative learning and communication was developed. This model reflects a high synergy, totally integrated social and cognitive system for individual and organizational transformation.     

A message-focused measurement of the communication dimension of social capital: Revealing shared meaning in a network of relationships

This study integrates two theoretically driven methods—network analysis and fantasy theme analysis—to present a message-focused operationalization for the communication dimension of social capital. The results find empirical support for scholars’ theorizing that public relations-facilitated messages cultivate shared meaning and foster social capital. The relationship between shared meaning and social capital was especially evident in network subgroups (cliques). This article contributes to social capital theory building by focusing on the meaning making process that strengthens social capital in networks. Public relations practitioners’ communicative roles in social capital cultivation are made evident with a message-focused measurement.     

城市旅游开发和旅游城市建设的思考

城市既是本地居民的生活空间,也是外来游客的旅游目的地。长期以来,我国城市建设以工业生产为主,服务业落后。在城市规划和开发中对于公共服务设施大都是以常住居民人口作为基础,很少考虑外来游客的规模数量,致使旅游城市功能残缺,对外来游客环境不友好。尤其是在城市改造过程中的大拆大建和推陈出新,割裂了城市文脉和历史传统的有机联系,成为国外设计师的试验场。在新型城镇化建设中,应该重新思考旅游城市建设方向。
