The authors introduce factor mixture modeling (FMM) and its implications for assessing varying degrees of shared reality in families. FMM extends the typical factor analytic model that uses a set of observed indicators to identify an unobservable factor and its structure. FMM examines the possibility a sample is a mixture of “classes,” each with unique factor structures. To demonstrate, varying factor structures of father involvement are identified using father, mother, and child reports as observed indicators. Three classes were identified and relate to varying degrees of shared reality regarding the father. Predictors and outcomes of these classes are modeled. The class in which the child's view most overlapped with his or her parents' view was predicted by higher child agreeableness and higher levels of maternal depressive symptoms. As hypothesized, membership in this class predicted lower levels of parental conflict and fewer parental attempts to involve their children in their conflicts.  相似文献

随着移动互联网技术的进步,共享出行市场快速成长,深刻地改变了传统的交通运输方式,改变了现有出行商业生态系统。为了更好地认识和理解共享出行,推动共享出行行业健康发展,运用服务管理、商业模式创新等理论和方法,系统梳理了共享出行的演化过程,分析了共享出行对于传统交通运输行业所带来的创新。研究认为,共享出行模式可有效提升出行效率,减少道路拥堵和污染物排放,因而受到世界各国的推崇和推广应用;与传统出行服务相比,共享出行强调根据需要短期购买使用权而非拥有所有权,实现“按需出行”,从而大幅节约居民出行成本;现有共享出行可划分为共享汽车和共享自行车两大类,其中,共享汽车又可进一步划分为C2C、B2C、网约车和拼车或合乘等模式,其对于传统出行服务体系的改进或创新,主要表现为服务化、平台化和生态化,即出行即服务(MaaS)、基于服务集成的出行平台以及基于共享的出行生态系统,这些创新必将推动传统交通运输服务体系转型升级。  相似文献

In medical studies we are often confronted with complex longitudinal data. During the follow-up period, which can be ended prematurely by a terminal event (e.g. death), a subject can experience recurrent events of multiple types. In addition, we collect repeated measurements from multiple markers. An adverse health status, represented by ‘bad’ marker values and an abnormal number of recurrent events, is often associated with the risk of experiencing the terminal event. In this situation, the missingness of the data is not at random and, to avoid bias, it is necessary to model all data simultaneously using a joint model. The correlations between the repeated observations of a marker or an event type within an individual are captured by normally distributed random effects. Because the joint likelihood contains an analytically intractable integral, Bayesian approaches or quadrature approximation techniques are necessary to evaluate the likelihood. However, when the number of recurrent event types and markers is large, the dimensionality of the integral is high and these methods are too computationally expensive. As an alternative, we propose a simulated maximum-likelihood approach based on quasi-Monte Carlo integration to evaluate the likelihood of joint models with multiple recurrent event types and markers.  相似文献

中华民族作为一个命运共同体的形成发展历史悠久,但其作为一个整体概念的提出是在近代以后,从晚清到民国,从新中国成立到社会主义新时代,中华民族的内涵不断变化。新时代以来,以习近平为核心的党中央提出了“中华民族命运共同体”的新概念,这是对近代以来关于“中华民族”理论的创造性转化和创新性发展的最新成果。该理论凝聚着以政治认同、国家认同为基础的民族认同文化底蕴与时代精神,是中华民族实现伟大复兴的重要思想基础。“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”的关键在于政治层面上以中华人民共和国宪法为基础,坚持中国共产党领导,在政治一体的前提下,保持文化的多样性和特色性,在多元文化繁荣发展的背景下,实现国家的统一和团结,从而使中华民族内部形成“同呼吸、共患难”“你中有我,我中有你,谁也离不开谁”“一荣俱荣、一损俱损”的命运共同体。  相似文献

This study integrates two theoretically driven methods—network analysis and fantasy theme analysis—to present a message-focused operationalization for the communication dimension of social capital. The results find empirical support for scholars’ theorizing that public relations-facilitated messages cultivate shared meaning and foster social capital. The relationship between shared meaning and social capital was especially evident in network subgroups (cliques). This article contributes to social capital theory building by focusing on the meaning making process that strengthens social capital in networks. Public relations practitioners’ communicative roles in social capital cultivation are made evident with a message-focused measurement.  相似文献

城市既是本地居民的生活空间,也是外来游客的旅游目的地。长期以来,我国城市建设以工业生产为主,服务业落后。在城市规划和开发中对于公共服务设施大都是以常住居民人口作为基础,很少考虑外来游客的规模数量,致使旅游城市功能残缺,对外来游客环境不友好。尤其是在城市改造过程中的大拆大建和推陈出新,割裂了城市文脉和历史传统的有机联系,成为国外设计师的试验场。在新型城镇化建设中,应该重新思考旅游城市建设方向。  相似文献

Earlier research has suggested that diversity is a double-edged sword when achieving organizational ambidexterity. While it may contribute to the development of new combinations of exploration and exploitation, it may also lead to disagreements and potential conflict within top management teams (TMTs). To improve our understanding of the effectiveness of diversity in ambidextrous organizations, we develop a synergistic perspective on TMT diversity and examine how two types of diversity – functional and age diversity – affect the achievement of organizational ambidexterity. We also identify shared responsibility and CEO cognitive trust as important contingencies that may complement the effects of diversity within TMTs in terms of resolving potential conflicts and managing tensions between exploration and exploitation effectively. Based on multisource data, our study shows that CEO cognitive trust and shared responsibility moderate the relationship between different types of diversity and ambidexterity. Our study has important implications for research on organizational ambidexterity, diversity, and senior leadership.  相似文献

Grandparents can be an important source of support for their grandchildren in the often difficult time during and after parents’ divorce or separation. Grandchild–grandparent relationships can be hampered or even totally lost when parents separate, however. What happens with grandparent relationships when parents break up is closely linked to postdivorce physical custody arrangements. This article focuses on the beneficial role that grandparent relationships can play after parents separate and examines how grandparent–grandchild relationships differ in shared and sole physical custody arrangements.  相似文献
