"不意于胡京复见汉威仪"——清代道光年间朝鲜使者对北京演戏的观察与想象

在清代朝鲜赴中国出使的使者留下的燕行文献中,常常可以看到有关乾隆、嘉庆、道光年间北京戏曲演出的记载。对于他们来说,从京城演剧不仅可以观察清朝政之得失,也可以想象中华的文化盛衰。在他们笔下关于宫廷、茶园和民间各种演剧的丰富记载中,我们不仅可以了解到清代尤其是道光年间京城戏曲演出的细节,更重要的是可以看到在异国使者的想象中,茶园演剧竟然成为在满清王朝保存汉族历史记忆和衣冠文明的重要途径。因此需要追问的是,这些朝鲜使者的观察和想象是否有道理?更需要讨论的历史问题是,第一,应当如何重新估价清帝国的民族与文化政策?第二,如何评价满清王朝在中国走向近代历史中的意义?第三,清代中叶北京市民、知识人、官员聚会与交往的场所,与欧洲近代所谓公共领域(Pub licSphere)有什么不同?为什么会不同?

羞耻的伦理分析——从“贼拒脱裤”说起

羞耻是个人道德完整性的重要指标。作为负性的情绪体验,羞耻同视觉相关。在视觉中,行动者意识到其具体言行所呈现出的自我的卑劣或者猥琐,感觉到在毫无遮掩的注视中失去了尊敬,行动者由此对其所是产生自我导向的紧张的否定性情感,并有了从视觉中隐匿或者逃避的想法。羞耻体验具有伦理意义,但并不必然产生伦理行为。现代社会羞耻式微的直接原因是社会的流动性,但深层背景是行动者自爱内容以及自爱方式的根本性转变。     

中法电视访谈话轮比较研究

电视访谈节目一直都是语言学家研究的重点。运用话语分析原理以及Sacks,Schegloff和Jefferson为代表的会话分析理论,对收集的中法语料进行分析,从微观的角度探讨话轮、话轮分配和重叠现象在中法电视访谈节目中出现的特点、异同及其成因。希望借此研究能有助于中法电视访谈节目观赏角度的理解及相互学习借鉴,推动从理论层面对此节目的深化研究。     

Role of Gambling Media Exposure in Influencing Trajectories Among College Students

In the study, a model of the relationship between mass media depictions of gambling and subsequent gambling attitudes and behavioral intentions of college students was developed. A survey was conducted with 229 undergraduate students (79.5% female, mean age = 20.5, SD = 2.04) enrolled in three different communication courses at a large southeastern university. Through structural equation analysis, the six hypotheses of this study were analyzed using the method of maximum likelihood with AMOS 6. The model was consistent with the hypotheses that media exposure impacts gambling attitudes and behavioral intentions both positively and negatively, depending on the valence of the gambling depiction. Theoretical and practical implications of mass media exposure and gambling behaviors are discussed, and future research directions are outlined.     

Impacts of off‐farm employment on welfare,food security and poverty: Evidence from rural Vietnam

How off‐farm employment can enhance welfare in terms of food consumption and poverty alleviation is a critical question facing many developing countries. This study addressed that question by pursuing two objectives: (i) to quantify the impact of off‐farm employment on rural households’ welfare, food security and poverty; and (ii) to examine the factors that affect their decision to work off‐farm. Using panel data, we estimated a difference‐in‐difference combined with a propensity score matching model. The findings show that off‐farm employment improves income, ensures food security and contributes to poverty alleviation. The results also show that age, marital status, education, labour, financial capital, land, location, market access and losses from natural disasters are significant contributing factors to the decision to participate in off‐farm employment. The findings suggest that to improve the welfare of rural households, the Vietnamese government should proceed with policies that enhance their opportunities for participation in off‐farm employment.     

Sequencing and Scheduling Appointments with Potential Call‐In Patients

This paper studies appointment scheduling for a combination of routine patients who book well in advance and last‐minute patients who call for an appointment later that same day. We determine when these same‐day patients should be scheduled throughout the day, and how the prospect of their arrivals affects the appointment times of the routine patients. By formulating the problem as a stochastic linear program, we are able to incorporate random and heterogeneous service times and no‐show rates, ancillary physician tasks, and appointment delay costs for same‐day patients who prefer to see the doctor as early as possible. We find that the optimal patient sequence is quite sensitive to the no‐show probabilities and the expected number of same‐day patients. We also develop two simple heuristic solutions to this combinatorial sequencing problem.     

论“断水、断电”作为行政强制执行方式的正当性

＂断水、断电＂是督促当事人履行义务的有效手段,能在当前水污染防治中发挥重要作用。对目前已有规范进行分析后发现,它对若干基本权利构成限制,与最小侵害原则不符。然最小侵害仅为比例原则组成部分,乃警察法时代控权理念的产物。时代背景变迁后,它已不再单独具有评判管制措施合法性的功能。＂断水、断电＂作为一种行政强制执行方式,至少在我国当前的水污染治理领域中具有正当性。     

河南罗山方言中的两个语气词

罗山方言中有丰富的语气词,而且往往一个语气词承载着多种语义功能。其中＂[san33]＂、＂[pan33]＂是比较带有地方特色的语气词,虽然某些用法可以与普通话的语气词相替换,但二者能够表示深层的语义关系,在普通话中没有与之相对应的语气词。本文将对＂[san33]＂、＂[pan33]＂这两个有音无字的语气词,从语义上进行阐释,并根据汉语鼻音韵尾的演变对其做进一步分析,以期追寻古汉语的遗迹。     

绝缘与有情化——再论丰子恺文艺观

绝缘和有情化这两个看似对立的观点,在丰子恺的文艺创作中得到了很好的融合统一。丰子恺借“绝缘”斩断了事物的实用性、功利性,得以直视其本真的意义,聚精会神地欣赏事物本身的“关”。“有情化”又使他化世间无情为有情,让内心充满了不尽的生机。不论什么样的艰难环境下,都可以坚守自己的理念和独立的人格,较少地受到外界环境的干扰,在对生活始终充满热爱的同时,保持着无尽的创作动力。
