大历史视野下南京国民政府对民众的控制

1927年南京国民政府成立,国民党身份、角色发生变化,由革命党转变为执政党,其政纲政策随之改弦易张,党民关系亦由动员体制转为控制体制。国民党政府以社团整理与管理为突破口和工具,以"软、硬"两种手段实施国家对社会的强力渗透及对民众的广泛监督与控制。从大历史的角度来解读这一过程,它既是中国政治由传统到现代发展过程中表现出的特殊图景,亦为国民党执政初期"党国体制"下政权建设的重要一环。受客观环境、自身原因及历史传统等深层次因素制约,国民党通过社团对民众的控制最终以"民心流失"和"民众疏离"为结果而告失败。     

西北少数民族地区依法行政研究——以政府权力运行机制的历史变迁为视角

西北少数民族地区政府权力运行机制经历了中华人民共和国建立前、中华人民共和国建立后至改革开放前、改革开放至今三个发展阶段。回顾其发展历程,我们发现,政府权力运行机制的文明化程度在总体趋势上是不断提高的,相应地,这三个阶段占主导地位的政府权力运行机制也表现出不同的历史特点。     

金融体系流动性与资产价格变动关系研究

经济系统由诸多要素构成,而诸要素之间又存在着千丝万缕的联系。金融体系的流动性不仅与货币供应量、实体经济乃至整个宏观经济的发展密切相关,而且与房地产价格以及股票价格也存在一定的关联。文章通过实证研究发现,流动性与资产价格正相关。这从理论上论证了我国房地产市场和股票市场的发展在一定程度上吸收了过剩的流动性,从而维持了我国金融市场和宏观经济的稳定发展。     

抗争、民主与治理:全球治理下的抗争政治研究

随着20世纪60年代西方社会运动的兴起,西方国家的国内政治由此发展出有别于常规制度、正式政治的独特政治形态——抗争政治。诸多的理论认为,这一政治形态对其国内政治的民主和治理都具有积极的促进作用。本文通过对抗争政治历程的研究,指出:一方面,全球化及反全球化运动、全球风险社会都使得全球政治和治理发生大转型,由此引发全球社会运动,抗争从国内走向国际;而另一方面,抗争功能也具有局限性。同时认为,国内和国际层面上的抗争政治,关注全球抗争与民主、治理的关系,呈现出与常规政治不同的性质、特点和功能,具有重大的理论和实践价值。     

长株潭“两型社会”农村人口有序转移研究

长株潭城市群作为国家层面的＂两型社会＂实验区,其农村人口有序转移具有非常重要的现实意义和理论意义。长株潭＂两型社会＂农村人口有序转移的方法措施包括：坚持城乡统筹、＂两条腿走路＂方针;解决二元体制问题,消除体制性障碍;用改革和发展的办法解决农村劳动力转移问题;选择正确的发展战略,促进农村劳动力有序转移;因势利导,促进合理转移;提高组织化程度,切实搞好服务;整合培训资源,提高农村劳动力素质。     

中唐古文运动与“攘夷”无涉

中唐时期藩镇割据不具有普遍性,佛老蕃滋起到了维护皇权的作用,两者并非古文运动的社会背景,中唐古文运动与＂攘夷＂无涉。     

气：中国美学审美域构成中的活力基元

受《周易》神秘文化影响,在中国美学看来,“气”是宇宙的原初实有,是最高的本体,“道”即混沌之“气”,宇宙万物皆由“气”所化生化合;作为宇宙万物生成的中间环节,“气”生于“道”或“太极”,是宇宙万物的共同构成质料或元素。审美创作活动中心物的感应、情景的交融离不开“气”与“气化”作用。由此,中国美学提出了“气之动物,物之感人”说：宇宙万物的生成本源为“阴阳”二气,“阴阳”二气的运行,“气”之动物,激发了万物的生长发育,自然也激发创作者的创作动机,而摇荡性情,形诸舞咏,引起审美创作。“物动心感”,引起创作者内心感动与审美域构成的原初动力是“气”。     

从社会运行的角度看《论法的精神》中的社会

至今,学界对孟德斯鸠《论法的精神》的阐释颇多。处于现代新时期的时间点上,解析著作中所隐含的社会概念,然后从社会运行的核心要素、社会运行的机制和社会运行的逻辑及推演原则四方面揭示著作中隐含的社会逻辑,从而条理化地透射出著作所隐含的社会的真正内涵,将著作的阐释开阔到一个全新的视角。     

Black Lives Matter: Racialised Policing in the United States

Abstract

In August 2014, 18 year-old Michael Brown was shot in his hometown of Ferguson, Missouri, launching a series of events that would lead to increased media scrutiny of police interactions with people of colour in the United States. Since then, the news has been filled with accounts of Eric Garner, Tamir Rice, Freddie Gray, Sandra Bland, and more than a dozen other African-Americans who have died at the hands of police. This article examines how the events surrounding Michael Brown’s death shifted the American public’s knowledge of police brutality, creating an opportunity for change. Using social movement theory and a comparison with other historical racial movements in the US, the article analyses how BLM both fits and defies the expectations of a social movement. I conclude with a discussion of some changes that are a direct or indirect result of BLM’s efforts.     

“Feeling for Beauty”

ABSTRACT

May Morris (1862–1938), renowned craftswoman and daughter of William Morris, had an unconventional Victorian childhood in a home where all the members of the family were engaged in various forms of aesthetic labor, either as amateurs or professionals, and shared an aesthetic philosophy that blended the artisanal and the experimental from which would develop the Arts and Crafts movement. This article will examine the fragmentary recollections of her childhood recorded by May Morris in the introductions she wrote for the twenty-four-volume edition of The Collected Works of William Morris as a rich resource for Victorian sensory history because of the emphasis she places on the development of the child's sensorium, especially in relation to touch as the vital sense that linked family intimacy with creative activity. Employing the term “tactile aesthetics,” I show how, in the Morris household, the pleasurable sensual apprehension of the objects or materials worked by the hands of the craftsperson was inseparable from the complex feelings of connection with others. In such an environment, a feeling for beauty comprised a vital component of habitus, the embodied knowledges and aptitudes that, according to Pierre Bourdieu, are acquired from earliest childhood through the practices of everyday life within a specific social setting.
