垃圾分类数字技术进入乡村的社会过程研究

乡村治理数字化是数字乡村建设的重要组成部分。随着数字化技术的不断成熟,越来越多的现代数字技术开始进入乡村社会,在乡村公共事务治理中发挥效用。通过对浙江省部分乡村垃圾分类数字技术运用的实地调查,探析乡村治理数字化实现路径及可能的社会影响。研究认为,该项技术成功“进入”乡村,需要地方政府、村干部和村民等主体共同努力与合作;垃圾分类数字新技术的引入和运用,也会给乡村社会带来一系列变化与影响。从政府在乡村的权力集中,村庄自治力量的弱化,以及村民日常行动逻辑的改变等方面,可以明显看到“技术下乡”的社会影响。如何有效平衡政府管理与村庄自治的关系,建立一个长久、稳定的乡村治理机制,是乡村推广垃圾分类数字技术时应着重考虑和持续关注的问题。     

电网电压瞬变叠加干扰的检测方法研究

本文在考察电网电压瞬变叠加干扰的基础上,对其检测方法作了较为详尽的方法,着重描述了实用性较强的模糊检测法并给予了研究。笔者所实现的硬件及其实测结果证这了模拟检测法在实际应用中的可行性。由于这种方法具有较“浮动窗”触发算法的硬件实现简单,成本低廉及可行性好等显著特点,特别在多路检测中则更具有优越性,因而在国内具有较高的推广价值。     

Combined double sampling and variable sampling interval np chart

A combined double sampling and variable sampling interval (DSVSI) np chart is investigated in this study. The optimal design of the DSVSI np chart is based on minimizing the out-of-control average time to signal. From the numerical results, the DSVSI np chart performs reasonably well in comparison with the standard np chart, double sampling np chart, synthetic double sampling np chart, and other existing np type control charts for detecting increases in the process of fraction non conforming, based on the zero-state case. An example is provided to illustrate the application of the DSVSI np chart.     

飞机等待起飞时间实时信号控制模型与机场交通管理优化

在机场交通管理中,采用一种全新的动态智能管理策略——实时信号控制。在一个机场简化模型中,任何一架飞机等待起飞的时间与其他飞机等待降落的时间是依据一个预设的＂清空＂时限来实时决定,而不再以固定时间间隔交替进行。我们主要建立一个探讨在这种策略下飞机等待起飞和降落的时间延迟量的数学概率模型,重点探讨此实时控制策略下延迟时间的均值和方差,以便进一步探讨与传统的固定时间差交替变换起飞和降落策略相比的优劣。     

Norm-preserving constraint in the Fisher–Rao registration and its application in signal estimation

Registration of temporal observations is a fundamental problem in functional data analysis. Various frameworks have been developed over the past two decades where registrations are conducted based on optimal time warping between functions. Comparison of functions solely based on time warping, however, may have limited application, in particular when certain constraints are desired in the registration. In this paper, we study registration with norm-preserving constraint. A closely related problem is on signal estimation, where the goal is to estimate the ground-truth template given random observations with both compositional and additive noises. We propose to adopt the Fisher–Rao framework to compute the underlying template, and mathematically prove that such framework leads to a consistent estimator. We then illustrate the constrained Fisher–Rao registration using simulations as well as two real data sets. It is found that the constrained method is robust with respect to additive noise and has superior alignment and classification performance to conventional, unconstrained registration methods.

Decomposition of a state-space model with inputs

This article shows how to compute the in-sample effect of exogenous inputs on the endogenous variables in any linear model written in a state–space form. Estimating this component may be either interesting by itself, or a previous step before decomposing a time series into trend, cycle, seasonal and error components. The practical application and usefulness of this method is illustrated by estimating the effect of advertising on the monthly sales of Lydia Pinkham's vegetable compound.
