稠油油井出砂监测室内模拟研究

针对海上稠油油井出砂监测装置进行了研究， 设计了一种室内稠油出砂监测实验系统， 并研制了易于传感器感受出砂振动信号的一次仪表装置， 研发了出砂信号采集分析系统。出砂监测过程中利用压电加速度传感器识别砂粒撞击一次仪表引发的高频振动信号， 采用动态信号处理方法对出砂信号进行时域和频域分析等。在实验室条件下， 进行了不同含砂量的稠油 （黏度大于 100 mPa·s） 出砂监测实验， 取得了非常好的效果。实验结果表明： 在砂样粒度、 携砂流速等固定的条件下， 随着含砂量的增加， 出砂振动信号的均方根值、 功率谱幅值、 方差值等信号特征值不断增大。     

Using a Single Average Loss Control Chart to Monitor Process Mean and Variability

A single chart, instead of X-bar and R charts or X-bar and S charts, to monitor simultaneously the process mean and the variability if found would cut down the time and effort. Some researches have been done in finding such charts. In reality, process target is more important than process mean. A much easier average loss chart is first proposed here to detect the increases in the difference of the process mean and the target and the variability simultaneously. An example of the customer complaint processing time of the customer service center of an IT company shows the application and the performance of the proposed average loss control chart. Furthermore, a more efficient optimal average loss chart with variable sampling intervals is proposed and performs better than the average loss chart with fixed sampling intervals and the Shewhart joint X-bar and S charts. Some numerical analyses demonstrated the findings.

Pricing and Logistics Decisions for a Private‐Sector Provider in the Cash Supply Chain

We study a problem faced by a secure‐logistics provider (SLP) of maximizing profit by jointly pricing the services of fit‐sorting and transporting cash along with the design of the supporting logistics network, in a market consisting of a population of Depository Institutions (DIs). The need to jointly price the services assumes significance because they are partial substitutes of one another. Our study finds that the influence of the logistics network on prices is especially strong when there are non‐linearities in the cost of provisioning the logistics services. Furthermore, the impact of logistics decisions on different types of pricing schemes (e.g., volume discount, bundled pricing) is different, both in its structure and extent. In present times, when the market for the fit‐sorting service is relatively immature, our findings have major implications to the way an SLP's business is managed.     

能源项目组合管理流程化体系的构建

我国是世界第二大能源消费国,随着核能、氢能、风能、太阳能等多种可持续利用新能源的大力开发,电力企业同时管理的能源项目越来越多,但管理效率过低,能源浪费现象十分严重。为解决这一问题,结合当前能源项目发展情况,采用项目组合管理方法构建了能源项目组合管理流程化体系,包含五大部分:能源项目分类与识别,评估与选择,组合优选排序,组合平衡及评审与控制。此体系改变了传统的自下而上的对单个能源项目进行管理的方式,以企业和国家能源战略为依据,自上而下地对多个能源项目进行高效的组合管理,解决了能源项目管理复杂的困扰,优化资源配置,提高能源项目收益,提升企业的竞争优势,为实践中我国能源项目管理提供了有力支持。     

社会责任投资的盈利机理与运作模式

社会责任投资作为一种新兴投资哲学在发达国家和地区的金融市场得到广泛传播,在我国则尚处于起步阶段,因而对社会责任投资盈利机理与运作模式的研究具有重要意义。在梳理现有文献与社会责任投资现状的基础上,将现有社会责任投资划分为筛选型社会责任投资、股东参与型社会责任投资和社区投资型社会责任投资3种基本类型。从博弈论视角分析各种类型社会责任投资的盈利机理,并结合被投资企业传递的社会责任信号及公司规模等因素,具体阐述各种类型社会责任投资的运作模式。     

A Combination of CUSUM Charts for Monitoring a Zero-Inflated Poisson Process

The Zero-inflated Poisson distribution (ZIP) is used to model the defects in processes with a large number of zeros. We propose a control charting procedure using a combination of two cumulative sum (CUSUM) charts to detect increases in the parameters of ZIP process, one is a conforming run length (CRL) CUSUM chart and another is a zero truncated Poisson (ZTP) CUSUM chart. The control limits of the control charts are obtained using both Markov chain-based methods and simulations. Simulation experiments show that the proposed method outperforms an existing method. Finally, a real example is presented.     

A statistically adaptive sampling policy to the Hotelling's T2 control chart: Markov chain approach

ABSTRACT

We present an alternative sampling scheme for the Hotelling's T² control chart with variable parameters (VP T²) which allows the sampling interval h, the sample size n, and control limit k to vary between minimum and maximum values while keeping the warning line fixed over time. Our method uses only one measurement scale to overcome the difficulties of using two scales in practice. Later, we demonstrate the merits of the method in terms of its performance in detecting small-to-moderate shifts and its ease of application.     

广义希尔伯特变换及其数字实现

基于广义Hilbert变换将传统的Hilbert变换由整数阶向分数阶的推广,其应用领域也得到了扩展。首先,在频域定义广义Hilbert变换,利用广义Hilbert变换来构造新的广义解析信号。然后从数字信号处理角度来考察理想的广义数字Hilbert变换器的基本性质及其数字实现。文中利用窗函数法和频率采样法设计了FIR广义数字Hilbert变换器,并分析了设计误差。
