全面小康阶段的再分配规模——基于中美日三国相近发展阶段比较基础上的思考

首先根据人均GDP购买力平价标准,对美日两国与我国全面小康相近的历史发展阶段进行界定。然后在此基础上,采用SNA统一口径,对美日两国相近阶段政府再分配规模数据进行了调整计算,并将其演变趋势和阶段特征同我国进行了比较。比较结果显示,当前我国再分配规模与我国经济发展水平基本相适应。     

论假借义与语源义

假借义与语源义在概念上迥然有别。假借义是字义的一种 ,与字的本义不相关。语源义是同族词所共有之义 ,就具体的词而论 ,即是该词的命名之义。语源义既可能是词的具体义项 ,又可能是某一义项的义素。在实际语言中 ,假借义与语源义有时又有一定联系。我们既不能将二者混为一体 ,又不应将它们对立起来。     

二次曲面的射影分类判别方法

本文主要在射影空间中,利用二次曲面矩阵的特征多项式系数,研究二次曲面射影分类的判别方法。     

On Tests for Equicorrelation Coefficient of a Standard Symmetric Multivariate Normal Distribution

Sampson (1976, 1978) has considered applications of the standard symmetric multivariate normal (SSMN) distribution and the estimation of its equi-correlation coefficient, ρ. Tests for ρ are considered here. The likelihood ratio test suffers from several theoretical and practical shortcomings. We propose the locally most powerful (LMP) test which is globally (one-sided) unbiased, very simple to compute and is based on the best natural unbiased estimator of ρ. Exact null and non-null distributions of the test statistic are presented and percentage points are given. Statistical curvature (Efron, 1975) indicates that its performance improves with mk (sample size × dimension) while exact power computations show that even for reasonably small values of mk the performance is quite encouraging. Recalling Brown's (1971) cautions we establish by local comparison with the LMP similar test for ρ in the SMN (Rao, 1973) distribution, that here the additional information on the mean and variance is quite worthwhile.     

Pivotal ouantities based on the conditional distribution function transform in models with accessory parameters

A general formula for porducing pivotal quantities defined free of accessory paramelers is investigated. In addition to similarity, resulting tests often have exact or asymptotic optimal properties In other cases, the sample correlation with statistics sufficient for the accescory parameters produce a simple similar test and a consistent, asymptctically normal estimator. The latter mathod should perform best when the accessories are highly dispersed.     

On similarity and independence properties of composite edf goodness-of-fit tests

Many test statistics for classical simple goodness-of-fit hypothesis testing problems are distancemeasures between the distribution function of the null hypothesis distributipn and the empirical distribution function sometimes called EDF tests. If a composite parametric null hypothesis is considered in place of the simple null hypothesis, then a test statistic can be obtained from each EDF test by replacing the known distribution function of the simple problem by the Rao-Blackwell estimating distribution function. In this note we use known results to show that these Rao-Blackwell-EDF test statistics have distributions that do not depend upon parameter values, and hence that these tests are independent of a complete sufficient statistic for the parameters.     

近似商标注册审查标准研究——以“渝富桥”商标异议案为切入点

“渝富桥”商标异议案中五个程序的认定结果依次相反,这反映了《商标法》（2013）修改前近似商标注册审查实务中存在着严重的分歧。这种分歧源于原来的《商标法》对近似商标界定不明确,实践中对近似商标的内涵及其与准予注册之间的逻辑关系认识不一致。以体系解释的方法来理解《商标法》（2013）第30条,近似商标申请注册审查标准是一个多层级递进式的逻辑结构：第一步,对申请注册商标构成近似商标的层进式审查：一是审查申请注册商标与引证商标的标志是否构成近似;二是审查申请注册商标是否完全具备商品关联性、空间和时间重合性三要件;三是判定申请注册商标是否属于近似商标。第二步,对属于近似商标的申请注册商标,进一步作是否符合注册标准的层进式审查：一是审查申请注册商标是否容易导致与引证商标的混淆;二是审查有无阻却违法的事由;三是商标局决定是否准予初步审定公告或注册。     

“同类相斥”?——中国城市居民与外来人口的社会距离问题

本文基于2005年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)的数据,考察了中国城市居民与外来人口之间的社会距离问题.结果表明,越是处于城市上层的居民,越对外来人口表现出亲和与宽容倾向,两者之间的主观社会距离越显接近;越是城市下层的居民,反而越表现出排斥倾向,两者的主观社会距离也越显疏远.本文将这种现象称之为“同类相斥”悖论,即,同质性程度越高、越是属于或接近于同一阶层地位的不同社会人群,他们之间就越呈现出疏远和排斥倾向.本文从利益相关论和制度构建论的角度对此种现象进行了初步的分析和讨论.     

社会自治组织的概念探析

社会中介组织等相似概念,不能代替社会自治组织概念使用。该概念有其独立的内涵和外延。社会自治组织的本质是一定范围的社会成员自治自律。该组织具有自治性、自律性、组织性、社会性、公益性、事业性、社会中介性、非营利性、非政治性、非宗教性等基本性质。确定该类组织的范围,除考虑基本性质外,还应考虑无依附关系、成员普遍、组织开放、一定规模、公共事业等原则。该类组织的常见类型主要有职业自治组织、行业自治组织、学术自治组织、社区自治组织以及综合自治组织。针对有关法律问题,学术界及国家有关部门应积极进行研究和采取措施。
