Defining the linear portion of a sigmoid‐shaped curve: bend points

Formulae are provided that define the ‘bend points’, the beginning and end of the essentially linear dose–response region, for the four‐parameter logistic model. The formulae are expressed in both response and dose units. The derivation of the formulae is shown in order to illustrate the general nature of the methodology. An algorithm for computing principal points with respect to a loss function in the unidimensional case

In Flury (1990) the k principal points of a random vector X are defned as the points p(1),..., p(k) minimizing EX–p(i)²; i=1,..., k. We extend this concept to that of k principal points with respect to a loss function L, and present an algorithm for their computation in the univariate case.

我国是世界经济增长重心第五次大转移的主要增长极，长江三角洲地区将发展成为世界第六个特大城市带。这都要求把宁波港建设成为上海国际航运中心的远洋集装箱中转枢纽港。实现这个目标的基本思路及时策：沪、甬、舟三港联合起步形成组合港；成立杭州湾大通道开发公司并尽快建成杭州湾大通过；宁波港建成自由港（区）或实行自由港（区）主要政策；港口附近建几个外向型商品市场。     

基于灰关联约束超效率DEA的重点实验室评估研究——以河北省省级重点实验室为例

目前国内外对重点实验室的评估主要采用专家评价等软评价方法,较少考虑科技投入和科技产出之间的关联关系。在对国内外重点实验室评估方法进行深入研究的基础上,利用灰色关联度分析指标内在的关联性,将其作为限制条件加入超效率DEA评价模型中,构建了基于灰色关联权重约束的超效率DEA评价模型,并应用于河北省省级重点实验室评估的实证分析。研究结果显示,此模型与传统的CCR模型和超效率DEA模型相比,既可以揭示科技投入和科技产出之间的内在联系,又可以保持DEA评价的客观性,与此同时,还可实现不同实验室评估结果的全排序,使得评估结果更加符合实际。     

齐《诗》“五际”说新探

在西汉今文三家《诗》中,齐《诗》最能反映汉代诗学的特征。这种特征主要表现在阴阳五行思想对诗学的影响,其代表性思想就是齐《诗》的“五际”说。“五际”说与律历、性情等思想有着密切关系,其具体内容应该指仁、义、礼、智、信“五性”,这与《诗纬》中的“四始五际”说是不同的。二者虽然都运用了阴阳五行学说,但侧重不同:齐《诗》“五际”说的根据主要是阴阳说,《诗纬》“五际”说的基础则主要是五行说。     

新型农业经营主体的经营绩效与差异分析——基于农村固定观察点的数据调查

新型农业经营主体的经营绩效关系到其可持续发展。采用农村固定观察点对我国各省区新型农业经营主体的调查数据,运用随机前沿分析法,对不同类型的经营主体的经营绩效进行分析,并进一步分析新型农业经营主体的差异性。结果表明：相比小农户而言,新型农业经营主体的经营绩效相对较高,但是其平均绩效还有很大的改善空间;新型农业经营主体面临融资难和人才缺乏的问题,且该问题在农民专业合作社中最为突出;我国家庭农场的经营绩效在三种新型农业经营主体中是最高的,其次是农业（龙头）企业,最后是农民专业合作社。对此,提出应完善土地“三权分置”机制,实现新型农业经营主体的规模化生产,进一步解决其融资难和人才缺乏的问题,加大政策扶持力度等建议。

面对魏晋六朝时期残酷的社会现实,敏感的文人学士深刻地体验到人生的变幻和生死的无常。因此,这一时期的小说是魏晋六朝时代文士生命意识觉醒的呐喊,在小说中所描绘的三类世界也无疑是这一时期文士忧患情怀的集中体现。     

重点高校人文社科学报英文编译质量的调查和思考

随机挑选出了国内九所重点高校的人文社科学报开展英文编译质量调查，结果发现这些学报在英文编译方面都存在着不少问题。针对发现的问题，提出了自己的看法。     

A high breakdown,high efficiency and bounded influence modified GM estimator based on support vector regression

Regression analysis aims to estimate the approximate relationship between the response variable and the explanatory variables. This can be done using classical methods such as ordinary least squares. Unfortunately, these methods are very sensitive to anomalous points, often called outliers, in the data set. The main contribution of this article is to propose a new version of the Generalized M-estimator that provides good resistance against vertical outliers and bad leverage points. The advantage of this method over the existing methods is that it does not minimize the weight of the good leverage points, and this increases the efficiency of this estimator. To achieve this goal, the fixed parameters support vector regression technique is used to identify and minimize the weight of outliers and bad leverage points. The effectiveness of the proposed estimator is investigated using real and simulated data sets.
