朱熹《诗集传》判断句研究

南宋朱熹《诗集传》是《诗经》注释史上第三座里程碑,其注释语言大量使用判断句,形式多样,语义关系复杂。文章从《诗集传》判断句的形式、构成成分及语义关系三方面展开共时描写。同时,与汉代的《毛传郑笺》和现代的《诗经注析》中的判断句进行历时对比,以揭示判断句的发展轨迹。     

Welfare Rigidity,the Composition of Public Expenditure and the Welfare Trap

Welfare expenditure is characterized by rigidity, i.e., it goes up easily but is very hard to get down. We introduced welfare rigidity into an endogenous growth model that includes government expenditure to analyze the impact of welfare rigidity and the composition of public expenditure on economic growth and family utility. Our findings show that welfare spending and economic growth have a non-monotonic relationship that is negative or inverted U-shaped depending on cross-country differences. Higher welfare rigidity reduces long-term economic growth and household utility. According to the estimated optimal size of welfare expenditure, China, as a developing country with a large population, has to do all it can to improve people’s livelihood but must at the same time weigh its limited resources so that its welfare expenditure does not fall into a “welfare trap.”     

A Perspective on Dioxin Emissions from Municipal Solid Waste Incinerators

This paper discusses the following key issues concerning human exposure to dioxins and furans emitted from typical, modern MSW incinerators: (1) Are MSW incinerators the major source of PCDD/PCDF input into the environment? (2) Are environmental concentrations around MSW incinerators substantially elevated relative to background levels? And (3) are MSW incinerators the major source of human exposure to PCDDs and PCDFs? Current scientific evidence indicates that (1) combustion sources in general (including steel mills, copper smelting plants, motor vehicles, pulp and paper mills, and MSW incinerators) are major sources of PCDD/PCDF input in the environment; (2) environmental concentrations of PCDDs and PCDFs around operating MSW incinerators are not substantially elevated; and (3) 99% of human exposure to PCDDs and PCDFs is from background contamination, even for individuals living near a modern MSW incinerator.

固体超强酸S2O8^2-／SnO2-SiO2催化合成季戊四醇双缩醛

以新型固体超强酸S2O8^2-／SnO2-SiO2为催化剂，采用正交实验方案，对影响季戊四醇双缩醛的合成因素进行了系统考察．结果发现，以苯为脱水剂，季戊四醇与苯甲醛反应，影响双缩醛产率的主次因素为：反应时间〉催化剂用量〉醛醇摩尔比．当季戊四醇／苯甲醛摩尔比为1．4：1，反应时间为2．0h，催化剂用量为1．5g时，缩醛产率超过93％．

电视新闻节目主持人的语体表达根据不同新闻节目的特点,可以划分为四种话语类型:联播体、谈话体、对话体和叙述体。播报的口语化是电视新闻节目主持人有声语体构成的最大特色,主持人的体态语体必须符合新闻节目朴素、真实、自然、亲切的语境,同时与主持人的内在修养和创造性密切相关。电视新闻节目主持人的语体表达如何,直接关系到新闻信息的传播效果和电视节目的品牌建设与推广。
