商业银行集团客户统一授信额度的优化配置研究

企业集团是商业银行重要的贷款客户,商业银行面临企业集团的授信业务风险尤为突出。在结构化模型的框架下,考虑统一授信额度的约束,基于对违约风险控制和贷款收益管理的多目标决策,构建了企业集团成员企业授信额度优化配置模型。示例分析表明,在考虑不同目标重要性的前提下,使用如遗传算法等最优化求解方法,可得到对成员企业授信额度的优化配置方案,从而有助于商业银行积极主动的防范集团客户的信贷风险。     

自动生产线的同步维修模型及实例研究

自动生产线故障停机时间长、停机费用高,其原因在于:设备种类多且相关联,存在各设备协同维修的难题。首先,寻求生产线故障时间和检查时间之间的平衡点,建立检查周期与总停机时间之间关系的目标函数。其次,借鉴同步维修的"对故障隐患集中式批处理,减少分散维修的停机时间"思想,以及时间延迟维修理论,建立生产线的同步维修模型,该模型利用生产线每天停机次数、每次停机时间及检查时发现的缺陷数,计算出合理的生产线检查周期,并以此为依据制定维修计划,实现"提高维修批量,减少生产线停机时间"的目标。最后,实例研究。收集某生产线近十年的故障记录数据,在分析生产流程、设备布局、各设备停机影响的基础上,提出对策指导生产线维修管理。     

变换群与若干哲学范畴的广谱分析

从广谱哲学的视角出发,可把变换群看成人的一种观控方式,从而把变换群、不变性与事物客观性三者联系起来;分析变换群与分类的内在联系,可引出差异与同一、共性与个性的变换群描述;运用广谱哲学的类变理论,可揭示变换群与量变质变规律、可推测与不可推测的数学机理.     

Hierarchical model to design manufacturing systems applied to a metal-mechanic company

This paper describes the application of a model to design and manage the manufacturing process through an integrated system, using a Hierarchical methodology-by means of different aggregation and disaggregation stages with an appropriate time horizon. The hierarchical model obtained allows interfacing between the master schedule and the schedule of the orders. At each level of the hierarchical model some decisions have to be made in order to design the manufacturing system, but having a model that also takes into consideration the management of the system. To do this it is necessary to use aggregated information concerned with the level at which decisions are made. It is obtained from the database, which contains the information at the highest level of aggregation. This model has been applied to a metal mechanic company, that makes final products such as car washers, etc. The benefits of this approach for the company are addressed in this paper.     

基于非均匀性语言标度和DLWA算子的动态绩效模糊群决策研究

基于企业人力资源管理(HRM)系统中职能管理部门年度绩效考核决策评价和选优序列生成过程中的数据的不确定性、随机性和模糊性,通过设计季度绩效多维度模糊评价体系,采用非均匀加性语言评估标度定性的多维度评价,构建动态加性语言判断矩阵模型,利用DLWA算子等语言信息集成算子,集成多个决策者不同时期绩效指标评价数据,并整合不同决策者的偏好度,综合呈现年度部门业绩选优序列,优化提升职能管理部门绩效考核决策的精确性、公平性和可信度。     

A study of supply chain integration in the aeronautics sector

Competitive pressure, high development costs, long lead times, rapidly changing technologies and the risks inherent in projects combined with the delays seen in the latest aircraft models (with the rise in costs that these have entailed) highlight the need to reorganise the supply chain in the aeronautics sector paying special attention to an improvement in inter- and intra-organisational integration. The aim of this study is to analyse the situation of supply chain integration (SCI) in the aeronautics sector using three dimensions (information integration, coordination and resource sharing and organisational relationship linkage), considering both internal integration and external integration with customers and suppliers. A group of first-tier supplier experts analyse the dimensions and assess the degree to which the factors that define SCI have been achieved. The results enable strengths and weaknesses to be determined and indicate possible improvements to the situation that is detected with clear managerial implications.

在社会发展中,利益集团的出现和演变往往有其客观必然性,通常一种良性的利益集团政治有助于推动社会民主进程,但一种畸形的利益集团架构则会严重阻碍社会的发展进步。而在中国改革开放利益重构下形成的特殊利益集团,事实上推动着中国特殊利益集团一极独大利益分配格局的形成,并已经开始成为社会进一步改革发展的阻力。既然特殊利益集团的问题是从发展中来的,那么解决的根本路径也必然要到发展中寻找。因此,可以用"社会-政治-经济-文化"四维一体的社会发展逻辑来代替"政治-经济"相互强化的社会发展脉络。

引入域上典型群的生成问题所得的成果；对局部环R上典型群生成问题研究，构造度量函数及一平延，为局部环R上典型群向域F上的典型群导入，给出典型群的非双曲型．

烷烃摩尔体积与其分子结构之间定量关系的研究

根据分子中基团的特性和连接性 ,用基团键表征分子结构 ,发展了一种计算烷烃摩尔体积的新方法———基团键贡献法 .该方法既考虑分子中基团的特性 ,又考虑基团间的连接性(化学键 ) ,具有基团贡献法和化学键贡献法的特点 .对 72 5种烷烃的计算结果表明 ,摩尔体积计算值十分接近实验值 ,平均误差 0 .2 4 8% .本方法在一定程度上揭示了烷烃摩尔体积与分子结构之间的定量关系
