论我国股票市场的投机

"投机"是指为获得远高于社会可靠收益率的收益、在决策依据不足、主观努力的方式和应对市场的手段十分有限的条件下实施的资金投入.衡量市场投机程度应从市场平均期望收益率、机构投资者和散户的数量比及有效调整频率三项指标综合分析判断.据此,我国股市存在过度投机且后果特殊,其导因是中国特有的收入和文化背景.改善投资者收入状况和进行文化创新是消除过度投机的根本所在.     

An Approach to Asset Pricing Under Incomplete and Diverse Perceptions

We model a dynamic, competitive market, where in every period, risk‐neutral traders trade a one‐period bond against an infinitely lived asset, with limited short‐selling of the long‐term asset. Traders lack structural knowledge and use different “incomplete theories,” all of which give statistically correct beliefs about next period's market price of the long‐term asset. The more theories there are in the market, the higher is the equilibrium price of the long‐term asset. Investors with more complete theories do not necessarily earn higher returns than those with less complete ones, who can earn above the risk‐free rate. We provide two necessary conditions for a trader to earn above the risk‐free rate.     

新股投机行为与IPO抑价

文章选取2006年到2011年中国A股首次公开发行上市的公司数据为样本,建立多元回归模型,研究了新股投机行为对IPO抑价率的影响。研究结果表明,新股投机行为与IPO抑价之间具有显著的正相关关系。一级市场资金、新股上市首日换手率、新股上市首日股价波动程度等代表新股投机行为的指标均对IPO抑价有显著的正向影响。     

Affect,Heat and Tacos. A Speculative Account of Thermoception

Abstract

Current affective approaches in the experience of heat or thermoception focus on the capacity of control and regulation of temperature by means of consciously driven physical activity of the human body. With this paper, I suggest that thermoception is a complex process whose explanation requires considering events of production of heat that are not registered by conscious activity and that do not even appear in the strata of the organic body. In order to further expand the understanding of thermoception I turn to Whitehead’s philosophy to develop a speculative account of the experience of heat. I use his concept of prehension as well as his analysis of “division” to explain the relation between events of production of heat from three different scales of organization: molecular, organic, and cultural. I will explain how each event of production of heat modify the affective capacity of feeling heat as well as the way each event of heat inherits its quota of subjectivity all the way up to the production of human experience and the rise of anxiety as an emotion made of heat. To make my case, I will provide a division analysis of prehension in the experience of heat when eating tacos in the streets of Mexico City.

后现代语境下文学理论知识生产的三个维度

后现代语境,既是一种看待问题方式的转变,又是与现代性语境的一种新的关系.后现代语境下文学理论的知识生产,有赖于三个维度的彰显: 首先,事实与价值的统一.文学的事实是文学理论作为一门知识得以建立和展开自身的前提和保障,而价值评判和价值追求,则体现文学理论的创造品格和人文气象.两者的结合是文学理论知识形态的基本规定;其次,实证与思辨的统一.实证与思辨的统一根源于作为研究方法的实证与思辨应用于文学理论知识生产过程中各自的优长与局限,实践需要将两者结合起来;第三,揭示本质,慎谈规?关键是要对本质采取一种科学的符合对象自性的方式,而不是将本质凝固化、主义化.文学理论还要破除对发现规律的执迷,还文学研究以地方性的、语境化了的知识叙述.

湖北新农村农民道德文化的现状:一方面,农民爱国守法、勤劳致富、明理诚信、和睦相处的精神风貌,是值得肯定的。另一方面,湖北新农村农民道德文化建设任务相当艰巨,急需新的思路。     

The rise (and fall?) of a state land bank

Land markets in most poor cities do not work very effectively and contribute to making social housing unaffordable. One once popular response was to set up a public land bank. In truth, few such banks were terribly successful and, with the onset of neo-liberalism, the approach fell out of fashion. However, one government recently established a state land bank in an attempt to slow the growth of illegal settlement and to improve housing conditions for the poor. Bogotá's efforts have had some measure of success although the agency could never achieve the ambitious goals set for it. The paper describes the different approaches of the agency over the last decade, the problems that it has faced and what it has managed to achieve. Today, the agency no longer buys land and prefers to work in association with private landowners; in effect, Bogotá no longer has a state land bank. However, what it does have is an interesting set of tools with which to confront land speculation and to discourage owners from holding on to serviced land. Whether this set of tools will be able to confront the perennial problem of providing land for affordable social housing remains to be seen. Nevertheless, Bogotá provides many lessons for governments in poorer cities about how and why they should take measures to improve the working of the land market.     

城市精神的哲学思辨

通过理论分析和实证分析,分析了城市精神的内涵、特征、构建等问题。分析认为：城市精神是指以城市为核心的所有文化形态及其相关的一切精神现象的总和,城市精神具有鲜明的个性、丰富的多维性、凸显的人性之特点,以及具有凝炼城市主流价值取向、孕育市民精神,延续城市文脉与品质之功用;由于城市精神之打造面临着与城市现代化、城市物质形态、城市文化之间的一系列矛盾,因此,必须高度关注城市精神建构过程中的主体需求、客体满足和实践运作。     

全球粮食价格波动的影响因素分析——以小麦为例

以1975—2012年间国际小麦价格为例,从供给、需求和金融化三个视角分析了国际粮食价格的影响因素。研究发现,人口增长和生物质能源发展是影响小麦价格长期走势的最主要需求因素;金融投机是造成小麦价格短期波动的最主要原因。研究还发现,粮食储备变化也是小麦价格短期内波动的原因之一,而能源价格、美元汇率和人口结构未产生实质性影响。
