江苏省体育服务产业政策研究

在对江苏省各地市充分调研的基础上,运用文献资料、政策分析、问卷调查和实地考察等研究方法,结合政策过程理论及体育产业政策分类体系,对江苏省体育服务产业政策表现形式、政策执行状况进行研究,评价目前江苏省体育服务产业政策执行效果,分析江苏省在发展体育产业的政策实施过程中存在的问题并提出建议。     

海南黎族传统体育的文化人类学审视

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,在文化人类学的视域下对海南黎族传统体育文化的起源、变迁、传承进行分析,并据此提出传承和完善黎族传统体育文化的方法和途径。     

Entering into,staying, and being active in a group of football supporters: a procedural analysis of engagement. The case of supporters of a French football club

In football (or soccer) stadiums, one of the ends (virages in French, or curve in Italian) brings together the most organized and ardent fans who support their team manu et voce. This article aims to define the dynamics leading individuals to become a part of a group of supporters, an engagement conceived of according to a sequential process. Through a qualitative inquiry, results show the importance of the relational networks in the process of engagement in this type of organization. Moreover, friendly interaction and the levels of sociability encountered over the course of action as part of supporting make up as much incentive to activism as may be understood in the condition of being set back in the general framework of the supporters' careers. The article ends with a discussion on the use of the sociology of collective action and mobilization in order to study the world of football supporters.     

Being Judged,Being Assessed: Young People’s Perspective of Assessment in Youth Justice and Education

Research from the Economic and Social Research Council programme on Pathways Into and Out of Crime prioritised young people’s ‘voices’ in exploring experiences of crime and a range of intervention services. Drawing on data from interviews with 110 young people, this paper explores their perspectives of professional assessment. Embedded within neo‐liberal youth welfare policies are a number of contradictions. Policies encourage ‘individualisation’, ‘responsiblisation’ and ‘self‐realisation’ while also needing to maintain control and regulation of ‘risky’ populations. This paper explores the implication of these contradictions through examining the experiences of young people being assessed in youth justice and education. The impact on their identities as neo‐liberal citizens is discussed in the conclusion.     

The roller-coaster of experiences: becoming the parent of a deaf child

When early testing indicates a hearing loss, parents find themselves on a roller-coaster of experiences leaving little time or space for reflection. This study is based on interviews with families in the Flemish region of Belgium, one of the earliest in the world to introduce universal neonatal screening for hearing loss. Starting from a phenomenological approach, we explore parents’ accounts of their experiences in order to uncover the meanings of early parenting of a child identified with a label. Soon after birth, these parents encounter a different world in which intertwined discourses construct parenthood with a deaf child. During the process of becoming a parent, representations of deafness as impairment were omnipresent. In contrast to a medical and technological perspective that insists on the need to intervene as fast as possible, it is argued that the private and social implications of rapid intervention require explicit consideration.     

In Circle: A Healthy Relationship,Domestic Violence,and HIV Intervention for African American Couples

While marriage and healthy relationship education has grown, limited interventions have been developed specifically to support the development and flourishing of African American couples. African Americans are also disproportionately impacted by HIV/AIDS and are more likely to experience lethality and serious injury due to domestic violence compared to Whites. Despite this, African American couples have been resilient and managed to thrive in relationships. Little has been done to capture these strategies, build on cultural strengths, and design an intervention specifically crafted for this population. This article describes an intervention “In Circle” developed, implemented, and evaluated for African American couples to support healthy relationship and healthy marriage education. The intervention is based on an Ancient Egyptian value system and undergirded by three integrated theoretical perspectives. The article also includes implications for practice and research.     

基于城市营销的中国城市大型体育赛事选择研究

随着经济全球化飞速发展,大型体育赛事逐渐成为主办城市营销自己的重要载体和工具,但并非每个城市都适宜举办大型体育赛事,主办城市必须选择与自身发展相适宜的大型体育赛事。本文首先从城市选择大型体育赛事进行经济分析,剖析影响城市举办大型体育赛事的赛事因素和城市因素,最后系统研究中国城市选择大型体育赛事的非均衡发展战略,以及从城市群和各类城市两个角度详细分析我国城市大型体育赛事选择思路。     

弯道超车：湖南体育产业发展的优势、困境与对策

在阐释湖南体育产业发展基本态势的基础上,指出了“十二五”时期湖南体育产业实现“弯道超车”的有利条件和现实困境,并切合实际地提出了加快经济发展,着力提升民众体育消费水平;转变政府职能,健全体育产业管理体制;提升体育产业的自主创新能力和竞争力;加强产业人才队伍建设,重点培养一批高层次复合型人才;改善产业投融资环境,拓展资金融汇渠道;加强和改进体育产业统计工作;重点扶持体育本体产业的发展等方面的对策。     

浅析高校校园体育文化的内涵与作用

狭义体育文化观点认为,体育文化就是以身体活动为基本形式,以身体竞争为特殊手段,以身体完善为主要目标的体育活动过程和活动过程中人的精神生活。当代高校校园体育文化建设应该定位为重品行、催智力、助身心、促审美、推良习、造氛围等交汇一体的校园文化。     

Distributed intervention: networked content moderation in anonymous mobile spaces

Given recent public focus on the use of digital tools to engage in discrimination and harassment, online platforms have come under increasing scrutiny to address online incivility. Many of these efforts have been critiqued for relying too heavily on technical tools or burdening individuals with the responsibility for reporting inappropriate actions. This research examines practices of digital bystander intervention on the anonymous localized mobile app Yik Yak. Through an analysis of the firsthand experiences of college students in the United States, this research identifies and investigates practices of networked intervention—that is, strategies of content moderation where success relies on collective action. Rooted in a general uncertainty and skepticism regarding reporting tools provided by the platform, findings suggest a preference for intervention practices that depend on distributed responsibility and networked activity. Taking inspiration from research on college bathroom graffiti—a parallel discursive environment—this paper employs the feminist theory of relational autonomy to explore the possibilities and limitations of networked intervention to cultivate individual and collective empowerment.
