我国公立中小学校教师法律地位的思考

教师的法律地位是当前教育法学研究和教育法制实践中的一个重要问题。我国教育人事制度改革中公立中小学教师处于法律调整的空白地带并在实践中引发诸多问题。在法理上,教师聘任制是一种公务契约关系,聘任制下教师仍隶属于国家公职人员系列,同时享有专业自主权。为落实教师的公职地位,应进一步加强教师专项法律法规体系建设。     

Experiences of a Mass Interinstitutional Relocation for Long-Term Care Staff

This research explored long-term care (LTC) staff perceptions and experiences of working in LTC and providing care to residents following a mass interinstitutional relocation. In-depth, semistructured interviews were conducted with 63 LTC workers. Thematic analyses revealed three overarching themes related to how staff members perceived their relationships with other staff members following relocation. The first theme, post-relocation relationships between staff members, included the subthemes “Staff are segregated from each other” (physical distance) and “We were a family” to “barely say hi” (psychological distance). The second theme, post-relocation stress, has two subthemes: “Staffing is our big issue” and consequences of stress: absenteeism and leave. The third theme is recommendations for improving and managing staff relationships post-relocation. Relationships among staff members are integral to working in LTC and providing care to residents following a mass interinstitutional relocation. Recommendations for improving staff relationships and morale are suggested.     

Les déterminants des déplacements de la courbe de Beveridge (et de l'appariement sur le marché du travail)

Les auteurs s'interrogent sur les politiques et facteurs qui influent sur la correspondance entre offre et demande de travail. Ils repèrent d'abord les déplacements de la courbe de Beveridge dans douze pays de l'OCDE (2000–2013) – avec trois méthodes complémentaires – avant de les expliquer avec un modèle à variable dépendante limitée. L'analyse montre que la croissance de la population active et la législation protectrice de l'emploi facilitent l'appariement, à l'inverse des qualifications moyennes et du chômage de longue durée. De même, l'effet favorable des politiques actives (partage d'emploi, aide à l'entrepreneuriat) contraste avec un effet nettement défavorable des politiques passives (allocations chômage, imposition du travail).     

影响高校教材管理时效性因素分析

高等教育的发展,要求教材管理工作与时俱进。传统的管理理念和管理手段必须改革。在审、选、供、管四个环节中,确保供应是中心,教材选购是关键,校内自编教材必须通过严格评审的程序方可使用。在教材管理队伍建设方面,队伍知识结构要合理,要有对在校相关专业知识比较了解的相应人员,管理人员必须不断提高自己的文化水平和业务能力。     

Working at the edge: Emotional labour in the spectre of violence

Drawing on semi‐structured interviews with police officers, door(wo)men and prison officers we present intimate, emotional and sometimes harrowing accounts of both the physical and emotional pain routinely endured by those employed as agents of social control. This article positions labour undertaken in such contexts as ‘edgework'; exploring how the boundary, or ‘edge', between safety and danger is negotiated and managed ‘in the moment' through embodied performances of empathetic and antipathetic emotional labour and emotional neutrality. Placing the concepts of edgework and emotional labour in dialogue, we open up a space in which to explore gendered conceptualizations of emotional labour and offer a more feminist appreciation of edgework that moves us beyond narrow concerns with pleasure, to account for embodied experience and emotional performance. In so doing, this article offers a unique insight into the emotional labour repertoires of both men and women who work in the spectre of violence.

思想政治教育工作队伍是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的组织保证。本文通过分析大学生思想政治教育工作队伍存在的问题,提出了加强大学生思想政治教育工作队伍建设的对策。

Are children in foster care in better psychological health than children in institutions? What factors influence the outcome?

The aim of this study was to compare the psychological health of children in foster care with that of children in institutional care. Social workers were asked to assess the psychological health of the children as well as several other criteria on the basis of an analysis grid. Our sample consisted of 568 children placed in foster care and 661 children placed in institutions. Our results show that children in care who lived longer with their birth parents have a lower psychological health. Furthermore, the psychological health of children in residential care is lower than children placed in foster families. As children in institution are placed later than children in foster families, this may partially explain the lower psychological health of children in residential care. As a result, children in residential care have experienced more abuse and neglect and witnessed more domestic violence than children in foster care. In addition, children in residential care have more poor-quality contacts with their birth parents than children in foster family. These contacts negatively influence their psychological health. Finally, the factor that most influences the psychological health of children in care is the quality of the relationship with the people who care for them on a daily basis. Again, children placed in foster families have better-quality relationships with their foster families than children placed in institutions.     

论我国社会工作从业人员的专业化建设

文章通过分析我国社会工作从业人员的现状,提出对这一队伍进行专业化建设是发展我国社会工作的一项重要工作,并在对专业社会工作者应具备的素质进行综合分析的基础上,提出构建以人才培养、人才选拔和人才使用三位为一体的专业化建设制度。
