选本与经典:中国当代文学新规范的建立

中国当代文学新规范的建立滥觞于延安文学时期。建国后毛泽东的文艺思想成为唯一合法的文艺纲领，为了巩固文学的新规范，除了从政治文化上控制作家，把作家们纳入到体制内之外，还从文学选本上标示出文学创作的倾向。通过对作品不断经典化的过程，既对不符合新中国文学规范的某些现代文学作品进行了否定．又对当代文学的创作进行了示范性引领。选本与经典在巩固中国当代文学新规范上起到了推波助澜的作用。     

中国古代诉讼当事人的主体地位与诉权

中国古代社会是一个"权力本位"的社会,没有明确的权利概念,但并不能由此推论出中国古代法律就不保障权利。就诉讼而言,中国古代诉讼当事人绝非客体,而具有一定的主体地位,并享有多方面的诉权,只是相对于现代人来讲,其主体地位和诉权均不够充分。     

A BETA-OPTIMAL TEST OF THE EQUICORRELATION COEFFICIENT

This paper considers the problem of testing for nonzero values of the equicorrelation coefficient of a standard symmetric multivariate normal distribution. Recently, SenGupta (1987) proposed a locally best test. We construct a beta-optimal test and present selected one and five percent critical values. An empirical power comparison of SenGupta's test with two versions of the beta-optimal test and the power envelope shows the relative strengths of the three tests. It also allows us to assess and confirm Efron's (1975) rule of when to question the use of a locally best test, at least for this testing problem. On the basis of these results, we argue that the two beta-optimal tests can be considered as approximately uniformly most powerful tests, at least at the five percent significance level.     

Structural Nested Models and Standard Software: A Mathematical Foundation through Partial Likelihood

Abstract.  In observational studies treatment may be adapted to the patient's state during the course of time. These covariates may in turn also react on the treatment under study, and so on. This makes it hard to distinguish between treatment effect and selection bias. Structural nested models aim at estimating treatment effect in such complicated situations, even when treatment may change at any time. We show that structural nested models can often be calculated with standard software, by using standard models to predict treatment as a tool to estimate treatment effect. Robins ( Survival analysis, Volume 6 of Encyclopedia of Biostatistics , John Wiley and Sons, Chichester, 1998) conjectured this, but so far it was unproven. We use a partial likelihood approach to choose the estimators and tests as a subclass of the estimators and tests in Lok (math. ST/0410271 at http://arXiv.org , 2004). We show that this is the class of estimators and tests that can be calculated with standard software. The estimators are consistent and asymptotically normal, and have interesting asymptotic properties.     

高速公路征地差别补偿理论

为解决高速公路征地导致的农民失地问题，运用理论分析与案例分析相结合的方法，分析高速公路征地补偿的本质问题。分析认为：现行补偿标准未考虑项目对公路沿线经济影响特点，补偿方式单一，未考虑农民对土地的依赖程度差异等。基于人本经济思想的差别补偿理论，提出对处于高速公路不同辐射域内的失地农民采用不同的补偿标准；由于农民对土地依赖的程度不同，应采用不同的补偿方式，这对于公正合理解决高速公路征地补偿问题具有理论指导意义。     

论顶岗实习支教工程的特征和实践意义

近年来，国内一些师范院校探索实施了顶岗实习支教工程，即组织师范类本科高年级学生，在修完基本的教师技能训练课程，达到中学教师上岗基本要求并经过培训后，由指导教师带队到农村基础薄弱的中学进行为期6个月的“全职”教师岗位锻炼。以河北师范大学为例，从思想基础、特征、成效和完善思路等四方面论述了顶岗实习支教是高水平大学建设的一项实践工程。     

《学生体质健康标准》测试指标及相关性研究

教育部、国家体育总局颁布了《学生体质健康标准（试行方案）》,在实施过程中,存在不少值得思考的问题。文章针对山西大学在校学生随机抽样进行研究,结果表明：现行《标准》指标体系缺乏科学性,评价标准比《国家体育锻炼标准》低,不利于激励学生积极锻炼身体。《学生体质健康标准（试行方案）》的修订应坚持“科学性”和“合理性”的原则,才能更好地践行“健康第一”的教育思想。     

再议金本位制和30年代大危机:起因、扩散和复苏

本文从总供给和总需求的角度出发,认为货币因素,尤其是"一战"后所恢复的已经不合时宜的国际黄金本位制,对于扣动大危机的直接爆发,以及其世界性的传导和扩散具有举足轻重的负面影响。金本位制、传统平价,以及预算平衡的理念是在进入20世纪30年代之前人类经济思想积累中的宝贵遗产,路径依赖性政策抉择的代价是高昂的;同样地,30年代危机的走出也和对这些传统思想与政策的扬弃直接相连。虽然今天金本位制已经远离了我们,但在了解货币政策对宏观经济表现的影响、国际金融危机的潜在传导机制,以及不同的应对措施对于走出危机的作用等各个方面,30年代大危机都留给了我们大量值得反思的理论和经验。     

标准谬误论的批评和重新解读

诸多学者追随汉布林，对标准谬误论进行了广泛而持久的批评。这些批评无疑大大促进了谬误研究。但是，不仅这些批评存在矫枉过正的情况，而且也存在从新的视界重新解读标准谬误论的可能性。     

提升本科院校教学质量的策略探讨

提高高等教育质量是“十一五”时期我国教育的“三大任务”之一。提升地方本科院校的教学质量，首先要贯彻理解新世纪人才标准，其次要明确教学的中心地位，第三是加强教师队伍建设，同时还要不断推进教学改革，这几项是提高教学质量的不可少的工作。
