与东晋十六国时期相比,南北朝的对峙争战态势实已发生根本性转折,由大致上相持平衡逐渐变为南弱北强,双方在边界东段亦即今属江苏地域的扬、徐等州发生多次大规模激烈的争战,导致行政区划和建置变动频繁,十分紊乱。本文尝试分三个阶段对此进行复原,同时也对“苏北落后于苏南”现象的历史成因问题重新进行探讨。  相似文献

简略地回顾、评述"一代有一代之文学"这个文学观念的提出,总结当代研究涉及的问题,特别指出所存在的现代意义、局限。在此基础上,重新梳理、解读与分析历史上王国维之前的文人如何表述这个观点,发现元明两代与清代这两个时期的论述既有关联,也有突破。与学界的成果对照,指出"一代有一代之文学"的研究史一直存在三个误区:用非文学的概念阐述文学发展观;用考察显著文体发展的做法代替整个文学史的阐述;断章取义地使用这个观念而不挖掘其深层文化心理。经进一步比较、综合分析,得出的结论是:这些表述的变化,主要受杂文学观念、皇朝观与复古观以及史学精神的交合作用而成的。最后指出我们对待"一代有一代之文学"这个发展观应持有的态度。  相似文献

A household is considered asset poor if its assets (financial assets or net worth, taken separately) are insufficient to maintain well‐being at a low‐income threshold for 3 months. We provide the first national‐level estimates of asset poverty for Canada, using the 1999, 2005, and 2012 cycles of the Survey of Financial Security, and juxtapose these estimates with income poverty. The analysis provides new insight into economic insecurity by showing that asset poverty rates are consistently two to three times higher than income poverty rates. In addition to the prevalence of asset poverty across socio‐demographic groups, we analyzed how the composition of the poor change over time. Age and geography shape the risk for asset poverty in distinct ways. We found that while education appears to play a comparable role in shaping both income poverty and asset poverty, immigration places Canadians at a relatively higher risk of income poverty but not asset poverty. Key Practitioner Message: ? Practitioners ought to consider assets as well as income in assessing economic vulnerability; ? Asset poverty levels are 2–3 times higher than income poverty levels; ? Abstract

On the basis of the constructivist and discourse approaches, this paper views national image as a multifaceted socialpsychological construct, representing both the self-concept of nationality and the attitudes of non-members towards it. National self-image is stored in collective memory and crystallized in collective self-narratives. In Southeast Europe, these are the three major discourses of self, other and the Balkans. Strong prejudices towards neighbouring nationalities are paradoxically combined with a sense of Europeanness and Eurocentrism in the peninsula. This means that European identity does not necessarily rival national identity, but under certain circumstances may even underline and strengthen it. Finally the paper sees intercultural education and intercultural marketing as the two main goals of intercultural dialogue in the region.  相似文献

Adolescents involved with foster care are five times more likely to receive a drug dependence diagnosis when compared to adolescents in the general population. Prior research has shown that substance use is often hidden from providers, negating any chance for treatment and almost guaranteeing poor post-foster care outcomes. There are virtually no studies that examine the willingness (and its determinants) to foster youth with substance abuse problems. The current study conducted a nationally-distributed survey of 752 currently licensed foster care parents that assessed willingness to foster youth overall and by type of drug used, and possible correlates of this decision (e.g., home factors, system factors, and individual foster parent factors such as ratings of perceived difficulty in fostering this population). Overall, willingness to foster a youth involved with alcohol and other drugs (AOD) was contingent upon the types of drugs used. The odds that a parent would foster an AOD-involved youth were significantly increased by being licensed as a treatment foster home, having fostered an AOD-involved youth in the past, having AOD-specific training and past agency-support when needed, and self-efficacy with respect to positive impact. Surprisingly, when religion played a large part in the decision to foster any child, the odds of willingness to foster an AOD-involved youth dropped significantly. These results suggest that a large proportion of AOD-involved youth who find themselves in the foster care system will not have foster families willing to parent them, thereby forcing placement into a variety of congregate care facilities (e.g., residential treatment facilities, group homes). Specific ways in which the system can address these issues to improve placement and permanency efforts are provided.  相似文献

当今代人顶罪替刑事件频现报端,而我国现行刑法却没有就顶替人犯罪作专门的规定,所以导致顶罪替刑在司法实践中的罪名归属存在争议。为了体现罪刑法定原则,应当将顶罪替刑行为设置为独立的罪名,与现行刑法中窝藏、包庇罪相区别。同时,还需要从犯罪构成要件中分析顶罪替刑罪的基本特征,解决司法实践中本罪的犯罪主体、共同犯罪等复杂问题,以期实现刑法规制的目的。  相似文献
