胚胎干细胞研究的伦理问题与对策

目前,伦理问题是制约人类胚胎干细胞研究的主要因素。笔者分析了不同来源的人类胚胎干细胞的属性及其伦理问题,并结合我国的实际情况,提出我国应当持有的关于胚胎干细胞研究的态度与对策。     

铁路跨河整孔现浇简支箱梁支架的设计与施工

铁路客运专线子牙新河特大桥，由于河流常年有流水，为了保障地方水系的通畅，施工的支架体系需要跨越河流，满堂支架无法满足要求，所以采用桩基础（条形基础）、钢管立柱、砂箱、分配梁、贝雷梁、模板分配梁等组成的支架体系跨越河流进行现浇施工，对现浇支架的设计、检算和施工技术进行了总结，为今后类似工程提供参考。     

A note on the within-cell layout problem based on operation sequences

The existing studies in the literature usually ignore the within-cell layout problem while forming part families and manufacturing cells. A new approach is proposed to solve the part-family and machine-cell formation problem and to determine the spatial arrangement of machines in each cell simultaneously. Furthermore, a dissimilarity measure between parts based on operation sequences is presented since the operation sequences not only specify the type of machine tools needed but also impact the flow of material. As a result, we can both minimize the material handling cost and streamline the material flow in each cell.     

Addendum to fitting polynomials to main effects in multi factor experiments: A note concerning polynomial coefficients when all factors are quantitative

When all factors are quantitative, cell means may be expressed as a polynomial function of products of powers of the associated quantitative classification variables. Existence and uniqueness of this polynomial is established for unbalanced data with unequal spacing for no missing cells. The relationship between the coefficients of this polynomial and the main effects polynomials are derived for main effects which are arbitrary weighted averages of the cell means.     

中国A股市场有效性的实证研究——基于小波降噪技术的分析

为了验证中国A股市场的有效性，本文首先利用小波降噪技术对上海和深圳证券市场的收益率序列进行降噪处理，分离出随机项；然后对随机项进行相关性检验；最后基于收益率序列的方差比变化来判断中国股票市场各年度的有效性。研究结果表明：（1）上证和深证指数序列的随机项是彼此相关的，中国A股市场是非有效的；（2）我国股票市场的波动性在总体上是逐步降低的，市场对于信息反映的有效性是逐步加强的；（3）当市场处于牛、熊市的不同阶段时，市场的有效性是不同的。     

Graph colouring approach for cell formation problems

This paper presents a graph-theoretic approach for solving the clustering problem in group technology. The machine-component incidence matrix is used to form the weight matrix. Using the two weight matrices, one for the machines and the other for the parts, two graphs are developed. The nodes of each graph are coloured using the proper colouring method. An edge, whose adjacent nodes are of same colour, partitions the graph into subgraphs, thus creating machine-part cells. This cell formation method yields solutions which compare favourably with respect to other available methods. This procedure is illustrated using an example problem from the literature.     

A Paradox on Compartmental Models with Poisson Immigration

Even to the initiated, statistical calculations based on Bayes's Theorem can be daunting because of the numerical integrations required in all but the simplest applications. Moreover, from a teaching perspective, introductions to Bayesian statistics—if they are given at all—are circumscribed by these apparent calculational difficulties. Here we offer a straightforward sampling-resampling perspective on Bayesian inference, which has both pedagogic appeal and suggests easily implemented calculation strategies.

关于细胞生物学本科教学的探索与思考

细胞生物学是高等学校生物类专业的必修课程之一，针对细胞生物学的课程特点，总结几年来教学过程中的实践经验，提出有助于提高教学效果和增强学生学习兴趣的几点体会。
