Psychometric Evaluation of the Affect Regulation Checklist: Clinical and Community Samples,Parent-Reports and Youth Self-Reports

The Affect Regulation Checklist (ARC) was designed to capture affect dysregulation, suppression, and reflection. Importantly, affect dysregulation has been established as a transdiagnostic mechanism underpinning many forms of psychopathology. We tested the ARC psychometric properties across clinical and community samples and through both parent-report and youth self-report information. Clinical sample: Participants included parents (n = 814; M_age = 43.86) and their child (n = 608; M_age = 13.98). Community sample: Participants included independent samples of parents (n = 578; M_age = 45.12) and youth (n = 809; M_age = 15.67). Exploratory structural equation modeling supported a three-factor structure across samples and informants. Dysregulation was positively associated with all forms of psychopathology. In general, suppression was positively associated with many forms of psychopathology, and reflection was negatively associated with externalizing problems and positively associated with internalizing problems.

中日“怪异儿”故事比较——以中国《豆囝》、《枣孩》与日本《桃太郎》为例

通过个案来分析比较中日"怪异儿"故事的异同,以此探究民间故事的共同性,以及故事背后隐藏的两国文化的特色.它们在叙事技巧、叙事心理(或人类普遍心理)、听众接受方面有一致性;在故事所体现的道德诉求、时代及文化背景方面有着鲜明的差异性.     

试论《三国志》裴松之注“凿空语怪”的文学意义

<三国志>裴松之注因为引用了几则具有志怪性质的材料,而被历来史家批评其"凿空语怪"、"坐长烦芜".事实上,裴松之在引援这些注文时并非是不加选汰而盲目采用的.裴松之用审慎的态度和隐蔽的手段,把自己对历史人物及事实的评价暗蕴于注解之中.而且,其保存小说材料和用小说注史之功,是不可泯没的.<三国志>裴松之注将历史与小说相结合,则对当下的玄幻小说创作具有一定的启迪意义.     

哲学与政治的异动效应及其“差序格局”——后政治时代马克思主义哲学面临的悖反性处境

哲学只有发生实践转向,才能作为时代前进的号角和社会变革的先导,从而成为革新时代、服务政治所不可或缺的内在变量和策略考虑.这表明哲学没有任何远离政治而单独存在的权力,它强大的生命力就植根于对当代政治变革的实际参与中;它的全部问题和根本使命就在于使现存世界革命化,实际地反对和改变事物的现状.以往那种附着于空头政治表层的"时评式哲学"及其教科书框架,充其量只是政策语言的汇集和实践规范的名录,早已严重背离了政治对哲学的功能期待;而受后学精神的牵引,哲学与政治的异动效应及其所产生的"差序格局",又平白增添了当代哲学人的政治虚娇和学术稚气.     

Factors related to casino dealer burnout and turnover intention in Macau: Implications for casino management

This study examined 172 casino dealers in Macau in order to understand dealers' feelings and attitudes about working in a casino. Several personality variables (emotional suppression, neuroticism, and need for achievement), organizational variables, i.e., organizational socialization (training, understanding, coworker support, future prospects), and distributive justice, were assessed in relation to casino dealers' job burnout, and work and pay satisfaction. All variables were tested as correlates of work and pay satisfaction, burnout, and turnover intention. Regressions found emotional suppression (a behaviour required of casino dealers) to be a strong negative predictor of work satisfaction; while training, distributive justice, and need for achievement were positive predictors. Emotional suppression and neuroticism were positive predictors of burnout; while future prospects and work satisfaction were negative predictors. Also, the future prospects and understanding dimensions of organizational socialization negatively predicted turnover intention. Results are interpreted in relation to casino administration and the management of casino dealers.     

加箍约束压缩机和吸声导流锥的气动声学研究

设计了两种新型的降噪技术装置-加箍约束式制冷压缩机和针对风机噪声的吸声导流锥结构，加箍约束式制冷压缩机不仅使压缩机具有优越的低频抗噪能力，还解决了其他传统方法无法避免的压缩机散热问题，吸场所地流锥是利用泡沫塑料作吸声体，降低二次噪声，并有导流作用，与传统方法相比，其优点是结构简单，成本低、降噪效果好。     

高速自适应干扰抑制系统及实现技术研究

针对码率较高、实时性强的扩频抗干扰接力通信系统的窄带干扰抑制问题，提出了一种基于ＤＳＰ器件并行实现的自适应干扰抑制滤波器的设计。该系统是针对ＤＳＰ器件的特点，采用ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ３０数字信号处理器及ＩＭＳＡ１１０专用滤波器并行处理的设计方法，实现了最高数据吞吐率为２０Ｍｂｐｓ的自适应滤波器，从而为高速实时自适应干扰抑制滤波器的实现提供了一种有效的途径。     

论清政府对《警世钟》的查禁

清季,政府强化了对各类“违禁”书刊的检查,对宣传革命类书刊的查禁尤为严厉,其中对《警世钟》的查禁是清廷在“《苏报》案”外制造的又一暴行。通过与上海租界当局的联合行动,清政府查禁了售卖该书的启文、时中、镜今、东大陆书社,收缴了书籍,抓捕了各书社的经理人。《警世钟》案的查禁与处理,大致呈现这样几个特点:列强与清政府联合进行查禁;案件的处理比较缓和,涉案范围较窄;案件的审判受到西方法律制度的影响。案件在国内外产生了较大的影响,国内的书报界对此案态度多不一致,有的支持政府的严禁政策,但更多的却是对其进行猛烈的抨击。     

流管模型与奇异抑制

本文介绍流管模型及其最新发展,并在流管模型的基础上,研究了奇异抑制因子λ随流管半径r_o变化的规律。假定u夸克与s夸克的流质量分别为m_u=o与m_s=0.2GeV,利用λ的实验值,我们得到流管半径r_o=(0.48±0.04)fm,这个结果同用完全不同的方法所确定的r_o值符合得很好。
