从关联理论看语用翻译

关联理论认为,要正确理解语言就要通过语境来寻找关联,要靠推理.而翻译中为达到语用等效,其前提正是正确地认知和理解语言.关联理论对语用翻译具有指导作用.依据关联理论能更好地理解原文,寻找关联,解释翻译过程中作者-译者-译文读者的三元关系,从而更好地顾及读者的认知,达到翻译中的语用等效.     

论和谐社会的司法公正

民主是法治的基础,法治是实现公平正义的途径,也是维系社会协调与和谐发展的保障。和谐社会必定是法治社会,法治社会则必须实现司法公正。司法公正是构建和谐社会的基础性保障,是维护社会公正与社会和谐的制度保障底线。和谐社会的司法公正既包括实体公正也包括程序公正,是实体公正与程序公正的统一。     

从《嘉莉妹妹》两个中译本看片面追求形式对等的局限性

文章通过对小说《嘉莉妹妹》的两个中文译本的分析，提出在翻译过程中可以通过意译、联系纯语言知识和上下文语境等方法来避免片面形式对等，力求把原文的信息准确、流利地传递到译文中，从而使译文拥有与原文一样的表达力度。     

论当事人的诉讼进行能力与实质的当事人平等原则

现代民事诉讼是以程序正义为理念、以辩论主义和处分权主义为支柱的对抗与自主为特点的纠纷解决机制.这一机制能否有效发现真实、选择恰当法律、实现实质正义取决于对抗双方当事人诉讼进行能力的实质平等.如何匡正当事人之间诉讼能力上的差异,维持当事人之间实质上的平等,应成为今后民事司法改革努力的方向.     

Twelve Years After: The Berlin Wall as Will and Idea

The Berlin Wall at different times in its ignominious history has been demonized by Western opinion less because of its real paltry role in the Cold War tension in Europe than because of the fears and frustrations it generated within Europe. This is the central theme and claim of this paper. We attempt to show through an excursion of personal and institutional events how the perceptions of Soviet communist realities were refracted through the icon of the Wall as a Cold War symbol.

本文给出了模的矩阵表示，进而研究了环的 Ｍｏｒｉｔａ结构，主要结果： Ｒ为投射自由环当且仅当Ｒ上非零幂等矩阵具有特征根为１的特征向量。Ｒ为连通环当且仅当■Ｓ≈Ｋ_(０)Ｒ，存在生成子Ｐ∈Ｐ（Ｓ），使得 Ｋ_(０)Ｓ■ ≈ Ｚ， ■（［Ｐ］）＝１。     

On the least-squares model averaging interval estimator

In many applications of linear regression models, randomness due to model selection is commonly ignored in post-model selection inference. In order to account for the model selection uncertainty, least-squares frequentist model averaging has been proposed recently. We show that the confidence interval from model averaging is asymptotically equivalent to the confidence interval from the full model. The finite-sample confidence intervals based on approximations to the asymptotic distributions are also equivalent if the parameter of interest is a linear function of the regression coefficients. Furthermore, we demonstrate that this equivalence also holds for prediction intervals constructed in the same fashion.     

日语拟声拟态词的汉译策略探析——以小学馆漫画《湯神くんには友達がいない》为例

拟声拟态词是日语的一大语言特色,在日本漫画中的地位不可小觑。以小学馆漫画《湯神くんには友達がいない》（1～11册）中频繁出现的拟声拟态词为例,在遵循功能对等和归化两大原则的基础上,提出了拟声词汉译时注重译文本土化的“变译”和保留原文化色彩的“释译”,拟态词汉译时巧借汉语四字词语的“借译”和回溯源语的“回译”等四大翻译技巧。认为在翻译日本漫画作品时,译者应提高对拟声拟态词的重视程度,并灵活运用上述四大翻译技巧,在加深译作本土化的同时,保留原文化的神韵,再现原作的风采,使译文富有感染力。     

Characterization of Revenue Equivalence

The property of an allocation rule to be implementable in dominant strategies by a unique payment scheme is called revenue equivalence. We give a characterization of revenue equivalence based on a graph theoretic interpretation of the incentive compatibility constraints. The characterization holds for any (possibly infinite) outcome space and many of the known results are immediate consequences. Moreover, revenue equivalence can be identified in cases where existing theorems are silent.
