基于学习的班集体建设的思考

介绍大学生班集体建设的现状,提出加强学生的自主学习和班级成员的相互学习,在任课教师和班主任的表率引领下,提高全体学生的学习热情,创建学习型班集体的一些措施。

南北朝以来,文人多方面地效法陶渊明。择取雅号,投合其情趣;喜爱一物,逼似其嗜好;粪土王侯,继承其精神;从业农桑,发扬其传统;恣意游遨,摆出其姿式;关心民瘼,具有其胸怀;写田园诗,呼应其创作;亦步亦趋,模仿其诗体;才高者,祖述其诗风;中巧者,化用其章句。学陶已成为一个综合概念,成为一种复杂现象。     

Intergenerational Programming for Foster-Adoptive Families

Abstract

Generations of Hope serves foster and adoptive children, their adoptive families and older adults through an innovative program that is breaking new ground in the development of caring intergenerational communities. It was created in 1993 as a non-profit social service agency designed to improve the service delivery and policies of the child welfare system; it ended up helping not only foster and adopted children but senior citizens as well. This paper examines critical social issues facing both foster children and senior citizens in the United States and how this program created a neighborhood that combines several generations of kin-like support to meet the needs of these vulnerable groups. We describe how the Generations of Hope model brings together in tangible ways critical shifts in perspective regarding foster care and gerontology. The lessons we have learned speak to research, policy making and practice.     

Successful Vocational Rehabilitation for Individuals with Significant Mental Disabilities

ABSTRACT

Individuals with significant mental disabilities (SMD) frequently have scattered work histories (Finch, 1997; Tan, 1996). Often the SMD consumer is unable to find competitive employment or, if a job is secured, termination repeatedly ensues because of impaired interpersonal skills, faulty behaviors such as the inability to interact with coworkers, inadequate follow-through such as not reporting to work, and poor hygiene (Tan, 1996). The services provided to SMD consumers in this study were designed to address a cadre of support needs that would foster job retention and increase the number of successful employment closures. This cross-sectional exploratory study sampled 211 SMD consumers who received vocational rehabilitation support services through a vocational rehabilitation center in Columbus, Ohio. The SMD consumers sampled experienced both successful and unsuccessful employment closures.     

Hardiness,Successful Aging,and HIV: Implications for Social Work

ABSTRACT

With dramatic developments in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, life expectancy is increasing, resulting in more middle-aged and older adults living with this disease. Little is known about the problems, and especially the strengths, of those living and aging with HIV. Hardiness is used in the gerontological literature to describe and explain how people age successfully, despite traumatic life events and chronic diseases. Similarly, the concept of hardiness may be used to guide clinicians, researchers, and clients on how to age successfully with HIV. This article provides a review of hardiness in aging and HIV, and emphasizes its importance in facilitating successful aging with this disease. Conceptual and methodological concerns in studying hardiness and successful aging are addressed. Potential interventions and clinical implications for social work are posited for augmenting qualities of hardiness in people aging with HIV.

《周易》对于人生行为的教化意义,是《周易》文化精神中的一个重要内核。以"天人合一"的基本原则对社会人生的敦淳启喻的教化作用,是这种哲理思想的生动的社会显现,也是《周易》人文精神的基本内核。《周易》还进一步从道德教化的范畴,提供了一个"圣人"教化的遵循模式。《周易》中的"圣人"明显带有中国文化的特色,是由中国文化的独特精神所决定的,"圣人"与"天"的和谐一致,体现了中国传统文化至善至美至真的境界。此外,《周易》还提出了个人自我道德约束的行为准则。     

榜样示范教育的心理机制与创新改革

榜样示范教育有其内在心理规律,这一规律是以情感为核心的移情作用的体现;榜样教育示范作用发挥的条件是必须构成对现实人的思想道德意识的改变,树立正确的人生观、价值观。新时期思想道德教育应遵循心理规律并结合现实加以创新运用,树立新的榜样观,注重从工作中培养典型,防止榜样宣传极端化,健全榜样的社会信用体系。

学习者策略研究是近 2 6年来外语教学研究的一个热点 ,而对成功的外语学习者在学习过程中所采用的策略研究则是热点中的热点。文章从外语学习的过程入手 ,通过对外语学习成功者的经验和方法的分析与研究 ,归纳出 8种成功的外语学习策略     

语境在中国外语学习者猜词过程中的意义

词汇量是制约众多外语学习者向深层次发展的一项重要因素。众多外语学习者在阅读或交际过程中在遇到生词时往往采取多种策略从而达到篇章理解的目的。猜测词义是词汇学习的一项有效而直观的方法之一。在猜词过程中,学习者可通过多种策略达到猜词成功的目的,语境化是重要手段之一。语境是语言学中重要的一部分。任何语言的理解都无法脱离语境。通过文章中的列举分析,可得出语境可大致分为语言语境和非语言语境,二者共同作用于词义的理解。本文通过定量分析法分析了猜词过程中各种策略的使用情况及其与猜词成功率之间的关系,并据此探讨了语境在中国外语学习者猜测词义的过程中的重要意义。最后对外语学习者提出词汇学习的合理化建议。     

超越者的光辉——论《西游记》中的仙佛形象及其佛教渊源

在明代的神魔小说《西游记》中,有一批类型化、神圣化的超越者形象———仙佛。仙佛形象系列与修行主人公（唐僧师徒）、修行的障碍者（妖魔）和修行的旁观者（众生）构成小说的四种基本人物类型。文章从仙佛形象的超越者特征入手,分析其性格的诸多侧面,揭示出小说与佛经中仙佛形象的文化继承关系,并论证仙佛形象是小说酝酿宗教气氛、实现情节转换的重要手段。
